This is my first home...

We got a great home at a good price!

Overall, we had average experience. We wish the communication about closing date can be more transparency, we understand many factors could cause delay and actually are ok with it since we are not in hurry to move in. However, the last minute change on the home inspection date due to the construction is not ready as promised adding challenges to our moving timeline and extra time to coordinate and reschedule it.

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

House is well built, the Everything included feature is the best, appliances are top notch. We only did the floors and backsplash for the upgrade and that’s a big savings for us.

It was a very smooth home-buying process. All the people involved were extremely professional and helpful. Homes were reasonably priced despite of the booming housing market.

Some people they they we’re perfect some people I am very disappointed unfortunately

There are some “punch list “ issues that still have not been addressed. There are a few areas with workmanship. Some corners were cut, but overall we’re very happy with our new home

A production builder but very good quality and materials wish they would let you pick out your own appliances though

great. but when the plans change there is a little difficult in communication between some work areas.

Post o office refuses to delivery because they say the developer is the problem. And Lennar says the PO is the problem. In the meantime I must drive 8 miles to stand in line to beg for my mail

We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

The builder workers are good help.

Overall a great buying process experience!

I really valued the walk throughs and the onboarding that was provided to me. I would love to have another follow up with customer care just to go over some things as we’ve moved in.

I like Lennar's quality of work. They do right things and the do things right

No gutters in the backyard created water ponding and a health issue. However, the builder refused to correct it.

Everyone at Lennar is very friendly, this is my 2nd home - but my first time buying by myself - it is very overwhelming - they were always very patient with me - I went back to the model home quite often - just to make sure it is what I wanted - they do put you on a wait list - but keep you updated

Lennar managed to close on time despite all of the supply chain issues. On-site customer service and sales manager were very responsive. Questions and problems were resolved quickly.

The warranty service team here is excellent. No matter what the concern is it receives a top priority response and resolution.

Build representatives were always very kind and responsive. This made the buying experience much more pleasurable than you would typically expect. The only shortcomings found in the process were by third-party contractors brought in to work on a specific area of the build. Most were very good, but there’s always one or two that take shortcuts. The builder was good at finding most of these and collecting on their own. Some of cars we found after moving in and had to request corrections. Builder has responded quickly and professionally to these few requests. All in all, I found Lennar to probably be the best large volume home builder out there. ... More

In general, a very nice house. Some architectural oddities…no light above the kitchen sink (!), no place to put the towel before your shower, walls that do not line up. Not as carefully designed as my Pulte Home. Appliances just GE not GE Profile so suffer in quality. No ability to upgrade.

Well built home. Overall very pleased and glad to be living here. Some trouble with timely response and correction of several relatively minor but essential items that were not finished up to spec at closing. Lennar needs to replace the substandard sod contractor laying the grass for the yards.
