Overall, home purchasing process was good. The Lennar representatives were very helpful and accommodating. Especially, Klarissa with Stonebook/Ridgeview releases. This only thing we wish is that materials used in this build were of higher quality. We’ve already had to repair the shower after only a few months of use. The home value is compromised when lower quality materials are used in the home.

Overall experience was good. Frustrating that outdated technology like landline telephone jacks could not be switched to Ethernet ports and insisted on installing Ring doorbell and sensors. Only dryer connection is gas - electric not an option and considered a customization. Overall quality is good- delivery date 90 days later than originally scheduled due to supply chain and labor issues

The overall experience was good. The responsiveness from the Lennar team was good. It seemed like the corporate office was looking to close on many homes that they could. A lot of supply chain issues with materials and seemed like they were rushing to complete. The on-site team did their best to address issues that came up. During the walkthrough the house was a mess and still under construction. There are still items that need to be addressed even after the closing. The lennar team is working to resolve the issues. Good builder but poor carpentry!

I had a great expectations based on the previous reviews from the homebuyers, team and support was great but the carpentry was no where near the expectation, hope they change the carpenter or ask the team to improve the work and get the things done perfectly rather than going with a workaround fixes. There are a lot of places where we can't see unless if we bend, those are the places where they wantedly skip the work or if it is done, that is just a work around! I have raised a lot of carpentry request post moving in, its been more than a month, there are no fixes applied yet!

Overall we had a great buying experience with Lennar. We did go through a less than attentive sales person early in the process, but that was resolved by the regional sales manager stepping in and picking up the slack towards the end. I would recommend Lennar for any future buyer.

Was told walk thru was on a certain date and closing to follow , but after 3.5 weeks of rescheduling and stories we finally closed, there was no consideration or reimbursement for staying in a hotel for that period of time as the building was no wear near finished upon our arrival in Florida,

Cindy from the sales team was amazing! Troy was wonderful in assisting us with resolving credit issues. The quality of the workmanship was subpar and the fact that I had medicine cabinets linen closets, and ample storage space in my 2 bedroom apartment and not in a $300,000 home makes the value for the price paid less than great!

We have lived in this since 1 June. The craftsmanship is average at best. Very cheap paint on walls. You can’t even brush up against them because you will leave a mark. Caulking is chipping a long with the cheap paint. Driveway is already chipping concrete and upstairs has spots where creaking sounds are heard while walking. Lastly if you want to have a nail poke your foot, just come walk on our carpet, especially when entering or exiting a doorway. You’ll put shoes on! The interior house painting

The paint job mostly on the inside of the home was the worst I ever experienced. There are whole strips of wall not painted. They missed along the base boards, corners and doors. I tried to get it touched up by they still did a sloppy job missing most areas. During the walk through the Lennar rep used blue painter tape to also mark missed areas. It appears the painters just took down the blue tape and didn't touch up all missed spots. Every neighbor has complied about the interior painting. Even your own reps said it was poor. I would wait until the landscaping is completed before letting the buyers move in. There are cracks in the ceilings, and other small issues. The biggest problem for my wife is the noise in the early morning from truck traffic. We have purchased a newly constructed home before. My wife is disappointed with the craftsmanship of this townhome. We thought we paid top dollar, but it doesn’t feel like it.

Overall my experience with Lennar was good. When I purchased late year in November of 2021, Lennar just acquired Realstar Homes who built most of the homes in the community. One of the issues I had was that Lennar didn’t allow me to choose my own options and decked everything out themselves. Luckily it looks amazing, but I just think it wasn’t cool at the time plus there was no shower door included. The unit itself is very functional and built solid! My best advise to anyone purchasing a new home today is to be patient but also diligent. Lennar does their best to manage the supply chain and labor challenges. Since moving in 4 weeks ago, we have encountered issues that required significant repairs. All can be contributed to poor sub-contractor performance. At the end of the day, the onsite project manager went above and beyond to make things right for us. Lennar needs to hire more leaders like Evan.

Lennar has been great to work with so far. Dana has been awesome supporting our punchiest issues. GC has not been back to finish punch list issues after several calls and text. Dana is working on it. Kitchen countertop has pits and Cloudy spots that will not come out. I know several owners have replaced counter and carpet already. Lennar needs to look into supplier and quality going into condos.

I've lived in my home for 45 days now, and am generally satisfied overall; however, there are some items to note if you're going into a home buying experience here. Make sure you know your colorways and are happy with them prior to agreeing to purchase the home. Don't let the salespeople, construction team, warranty people, or anyone force you into anything. For the price paid for the home, the construction was reasonable and workmanship was okay.. but you'd expect more attention to detail and prompt follow-up to correct minor issues and ensure the customer is happy. It’s really hard to communicate with the office staff, once closing came they didn’t care about multiple issues included those mentioned regarding the house. Response times are extremely high, with people having to follow up multiple times to get a response.

Had a lot of homes constructed at one time which lead to a few issues still unresolved. Like the home, but follow up on unresolved issues and communication could be better. Multiple no shows on warranty items in less than a month in the home.

Beautiful home, bad sound insulation!

Overall, we really enjoy the new home we bought from Lennar. However, this place's sound insulation is horrible! We live in a town home and have neighbors left and right. The garage is in the first floor, everyday we can hear our neighbor's car door close when they get home, also when they go up and down to the stairs. The builder said there are multilpe dry wall inbetween each unit, so techniquelly, we don't really share the same wall with others. But we still hear foot steps, doors in the house closing, sometimes even their TV.
