Had an awesome experience with the whole Lennar team but Andria was amazing sales with so much knowledge and her professionalism was impeccable! Would recommend Lennar to all.

There were a lot of issues I brought up during the 1st day of walkthrough. The construction manager wasn't professional in responding to my follow-up calls/messages. For example, my refrigerator was so tilted, and when I called him to have it fixed, his response was "it's just the way it is". He only fixed it when I told him that I wasn't going to close the house and that I would inform the Lennar salesperson about his work ethics. I have been living in my new house for a couple of months, however, I have been discovering issues such as: thud sound from the bathroom, crooked drywall for the windows, grout not cleaned up, dead tree (which I also brought it up during the first day of walkthrough but I was told that it was like that because it was winter. Now, Lennar isn't willing to replace the tree for free), dryer not drying clothes, broken refrigerator's ice maker, chips on the bathroom tile, broken towel bar, etc... Some of it were already addressed but my point being here is that I shouldn't be experiencing these issues with the price I paid for the house. ... More

This builder is the first builder I have built with that does not have a one year warranty punchlist, fix items, including cosmetic flaws in sheetrock and dry wall nail pops. I have found many flaws since moving in tgat I will now have to spend money on out of pocket to correct. This is totally unexceptable. I came from a builder in Tennessee that hung beautiful doors with beautiful woodwork and a wonderful one year walk through punch list check off. Ryan homes, Parkside Builders, SK builders, D R. HORTON builders all do this. My handrails never got a top coat of polyurethane in my home. Title work in showers was perfect, flooring was good. Walls and trim really poor work. I had to paint the entire home inside before moving in. Doors wouldn't close had to have them removed and plained. Crackbin guest room header upon moving in and an electrical circuit box was in the guest room wall. Why not put that on the other side of the wall in the guest room closet? I could go on and on. Overall, I am satisfied with my home purchase. This is greatly due to our salesperson JOSE!!!!! He was AMAZING!! We chose to go with Lennar's Mortgage company due to the incentives being offered. Working with the mortgage company was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end!! Without Jose assisting us, we would have stopped the whole purchase process very quickly. But, thanks to Jose, we continued with the purchase and have successfully moved in. The walk-through process is so quick that it's hard to find all the things that needed correcting, but they do have a 1 year warranty which we will definitely be using to get the things that were missed corrected. My initial contact with that department has been positive so far and hopefully that will continue! The construction manager that was present during the walkthrough was kind and helpful. The employee who actually did our walkthrough was also kind and knowledgeable, just moved us through pretty quickly which was a little frustrating, but I understand they have pretty booked schedules. Just wish it weren't so rushed. We like the community so far. I'm glad we are not paying for a neighborhood pool so our HOA fees are not ridiculously high, but we do have nice playground areas for kids and decent walking areas. I like the fact that Lennar homes come standard....the price is the price, no paying thousands of $$ for "options". I just wish the homes came with sprinkler systems for the yards. The communication with client could have been better.

As realtors and having brought 10 new clients to the community prior to our own purchase, my wife and I expected to have an advantage going into the new construction process with Lennar. No such luck. Having been assigned the worst construction manager we've met - a 25-year old who was brand new to the community, new to his trade crews and new to us - the experience was more challenging, more confrontational and upsetting than we could have ever imagined. We came to know Parker as Mr. No because his knee jerk reaction to every request for improvement was "no", or "It's not Lennar standard", leaving us disillusioned and unhappy. He had in no way mastered the craft nor did he take a proactive approach to the quality of his crews' work. Biggest issues - watered down paint applied single coat, trim, roof and siding. If not for the strong support from Lennar customer care before and especially after closing, our ratings would be lower. But I guess from the get-go there were some warning signs that Lennar wasn't too concerned with catering to every customer's needs, as we saw Sales reduce the prices of neighboring homes several times after after we went under contract. Lennar got them sold, but undercut our sense of value as well. ... More

The landscaping was not well done even after repeated requests. Also the drain leaked just 5 days after we moved in due to the negligence during construction.

Ryan sent us the right email at the right time. He processed our transaction seamlessly. We are happy with our new home…thanks, Lennar!

A handful of items were not complete at the time builder delivered the home, including the lanai being uninstalled. We brought up the issue a week before closing and nothing was done to address our concern. We were asked to close despite the home being incomplete at the time of delivery.

Sales and purchase were easy. Many of the Lennar systems don’t talk to each other so that was somewhat frustrating. After inspection and move in we found quite a few issues. Nothing that I feel confident that the warranty department would take seriously (house not sealed at roof - mice coming in). Been a Lennar home owner before, and Project Management and Quality Control is seriously lacking.

You can`t see your head in front of you at night and the houses don`t come with outside garage lights. The sprinkler system isn`t set to spray the grass in places. The yard itself isn`t level and lumpy all over. Brand new community with renters already. Mail box issues from day one. I`m not a fan at this point.

The experience was very easy and quick. The team was a great help with everything. all the way until closing. It was one of the best experiences I ever had.

There were some minor issues however they jumped on the issue and tried to resolve the issue and if it was not resolved they would come back consistently till it was resolved. The workmanship of the entire house was done very well and all the issues found with the blue tapes were all addressed. I would recommend these builders since they did an excellent job.

This is my second home with Lennar in the past 4 years. Closed in April, still have not been able to move into my home. Expenses have multiplied however no home. No one takes responsibility and no one held accountable. They force you to close on a home that is not completed with the high quality Lennar sells people on. Completely dissatisfied.

We purchased a new build Lennar home. Blue tape session went smoothly and all issues were addressed. Had an independent inspection check the home. A couple of issues were found and Lennar fixed them. Final walk through went well as well as the closing. Since moving in, any issue that we have submitted for repair has been taken care of in a satisfactory and timely manner.

The sales team at the office were very nice and great to work with!

Small issue quickly resolved

Overall experience with the purchase was not that bad actually was pretty good. There was lotta issues with equipment, including air-conditioning, washer, dryer, finishes and not working lights. It took a long time to get everything fixed although the air condition was pretty fast through Bayonet Plumbing, our air condition actually broke three times in one week. We had to get a new washer and because Lennar gives pretty basic appliances. We just had to upgrade to a front loader, which I think should be no-brainer to be included in the purchase as top loaders is just the stuff from the past. The plastic finishes on our appliances is very hideous. There is very little cost difference between stainless steel appliances and whichever garbage looking plastic that we got I also talk to fuel homeowners and the first thing they did is change their appliances because everyone thinks they’re just hideous. No one wants to have plastic looking appliances in their beautiful kitchen. The best experience we had was getting a mortgage with David. The process was just unbelievable and he was so fast and David was just on top of everything. He was just the best of the best. We can’t get rid of the smell of the paint from the house. ... More

Let me start with, we love our home and the neighborhood. Our buying experience was mediocre at best from the time they started building our house. Lennar was not and still is not as customer oriented as I would have expected. We felt we had to "fight" for everything we asked for. Prior to the house even getting started, we wanted to purchase the paint ourselves and have it painted, they refused. We did not want carpet, they finally accepted. On our pre-walk through, we identified so many defects in the house. The entire island had to be taken out and redone, the floors had to be fixed, the painting was awful, in fact when my painter came in after the closing, he touched up paint that he said was done "as if a child had painted". His words. There was paint on the floors and just splashed a round. We had been told blinds would be hung and they weren't on closing day. This almost caused us to walk out on the closing. I would have expected the craftsmanship to be far better than what we saw. I have now been in the house for 60 days and have talked with other new buyers and unfortunately, they have the same complaints. In fact, the unfortunate person who is the supervisor, doesn't even like to drive in the neighborhood. As I said, we love our home but due to everything we have experienced and what we are hearing from other buyers, we are going through our home with a fine tooth comb to ensure everything is good. ... So far I have had no issues.

My daughter and son in law chose this home for me as an investment property, The preliminary and final walk throughs were done via video meeting and conducted by a very professional man who anticipated and satisfied all my questions. Very please with the new property.

Few items that were not working when I moved: 1) Water heater: I lived without hot water for 10 days. Water heater has been replaced. 2) Air conditioning: One of the A/C was not working. Tech came in and replaced the parts and good now. 3) Cracked basement: Even though new construction, basement has a 7 feet cracked before I moved. 4) Water leaking: When they started sprinkle, water leaked from pipe and still leaking. means Lennar used very cheap material. 5) Siding wood already started peeling and curved. 6) Already started peeling the paint several areas. 7) 3 areas windows glass are going to replace b/c of poor quality and not meet basic requirements. My final conclusion: Used cheaper material, so don't recommend buying Lennar house to my family and friends. ... More

Highly recommend having a home inspector. After moving in there are little issues left and right that I don't feel like I should be finding in a new build. Sod that is not placed properly, floor buckling, uneven walls, uneven floors etc. After paying 400k + for a house I should not feel like i've been cheated in a way. Not sure if I recommend Lennar.

the financial piece was very easy and straightforward. the 3 hour walk through the week before closing is extremely helpful and was a good opportunity to address those little lingering issues like fixtures not matching or small imperfections in paint/trim. it was also very informative by showing all the features of the home and how they work or how to reset them for yourself. Overall I'm very happy with my home and the experience with Lennar
