Like Lennar home overall but some workmanship is not good as expected. My home was kind of one of the last homes in the community and felt like Lennar try hard to close it fast instead of taking care. After move in found out many minor issues but like the home for floor plan

Good for active residents but need to address not so active resident who have dogs. Not even a small dog park or grass in the community center for dogs to play. In my estimation about 40% of the residents have dogs. Even Millenials now love dogs :)

We love our new home and our new community. We've overall had a good experience with Lennar because they have been responsive to all issues and honored their warranty to the maximum. I would even say they've gone above and beyond to fix issues that have cropped up. Things happen and I realize that. My only complaint is the quality of materials used when building the home and the rushed "botched" jobs that occur as a result of poor materials and a fast paced building environment. The quality of work by subcontractors need to looked at very closely. Seems like they just don't care. A few things can happen here and there but at every turn, the process needs to slow down, your name is on it!!

We are having a problem with the door. A part needs to be replaced. We had another’s visit but the part was not brought out. Still waiting. We were supposed to receive a text when they were coming. Didn’t receive a text. They came when we had to take daughter to class.

Overall we are happy with our home. We were extremely disappointed that the HVAC unit is right outside our master bedroom window, it constantly wakes us up every single night and I am not pleased at all with that. We were never told it would be there, on the model it was on the side of the house by the garage and we assumed it would be there on this house. We've had numerous issues with the carpet, and an independent inspector came out recently and said the company failed to properly seal the seams at the transition, causing constant fraying. The base materials (flooring, interior paint, appliances) are very basic at this price point, possibly with the intent of selling buyers on various upgrades. Certain items (i.e., full gutters, better drainage) should be considered essential in this climate.

We love our home but there are some issues with keeping the ponds maintained (grass around edges next to water and no fish for but control) There is also a vacant lot at the end of Passion flower that is overgrown and unsightly. I also don't like the fact that we are having to pay $5.3 million for the pool and clubhouse that was promised as our amenities when we bought our house.

Pleased with our home purchase and pleased with the builder and the sales staff. After having lived in the house for a few months now, have three suggestions: 1. Sales staff needs to know the location of the neighborhood pool and actually visit it. 2. Fencing needs to be of a higher quality in workmanship. 3. Garages, if were about 2 feet wider, would be much more functional.

My new Lennar Home is a good value for the money, but like almost any new home and home builder, there were a few issues with workmanship. These issues were quickly and completely resolved to my satisfaction. I would have given the overall experience 5 Stars, but the mere process of building a home precludes ANY builder getting 5 Stars.

Improvement in allowing customers to be a part of the construction planning, and not a one-size fits all. Small items such as windows in all bathrooms and a utility tub would have been satisfactory for me.

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.

The local sales person helped in every way that she could. The middle management of the sales department sold our house out from under us with no warning even though we had sold our house, put $10,000 down and were 6 weeks before their closing date. We had to find housing and spent 4 months waiting for another house to be built.
