My purchase experience was great. However, there have been way too many issues upon moving in. Customer service has been excellent at addressing the problems, but I just wouldn't expect to still have issues after 6 weeks.

Overall, my experience purchasing a new home was mixed but ultimately satisfactory given the value. The price point for a 2,000-square-foot home was very reasonable, so I recognize that some of the finishing details may not match higher-end builds. That said, I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail during construction. Home buying experience went smoothly. Jaqueline was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Dave was very responsive with remedying 'punch list' items. We still have issues with our sod though and am awaiting a resolution. As a lifelong plumbing engineer I am particularly sensitive to the quality of plumbing fixtures and feel that the installed fixtures could have been of higher quality. An issue that I find annoying is the amount of time it takes hot water to get to the faucets. (35 seconds for the kitchen faucet). Other than these issues we are very happy with our new home.

The product is great and I am happy with it. The customer service from the loan officers was not what I would have expected. Everything was via email. No one ever called to tell you who would be calling you next, or what the next steps were. You would just receive an email from someone new making request. Very impersonal for such an important purchase. The initial agent was missing in action unless they needed something signed on their end. Never reaching out along the process to see if we had questions.

I missed some things on walk thru and I called to get items to be fixed, and now I was told that is a cleaning issue and that is not per design. So be sure to take your time and mark anything you want to be fixed otherwise you will have to fix the items yourself. So I am having to fix items myself that I should have flagged. The red dirt stained several items on front entry now I will have to paint and do lots of scrubbing! The home needed cleaning before I moved in also but was not. After living in the home for a little more than a month we have come to find some issues with the cheapness of some of the materials used to buld the home and the lack of quality on the home build itself. With the amount that we paid for the home we expected better but it not just and issue with Lennar its generally with j ome builders as a whole these days. Lack of workmanship, quality and corners being cut to save money for the builders

Enjoying the new house. No issues with the house so far. No contact from the sales team after signing papers. They disappeared. Wish they gave more information about building materials such as type of paint and flooring. Will be tough to match when fixing touch ups.

Love the house, but the problem is.. my warranty deed says one city, but I have to put a different city for shipping purposes. Some companies dont acknowledge/pull up the physical address at all in their systems. Should have been told this in the beginning. Paying one city's taxes bit having g to put another one for daily life. Makes no sense

There were some issues with the house even before going in that weren't fixed and it's sad that you have to submit a warranty request to get them fixed and that can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. They should definitely be more in depth of how to change out lights and other things that you normally wouldn't think to ask. It would also be great if you were a new and first time homeowner to have a contact person with questions as far as HOAs how to submit a service warranty just general things instead of reaching out to people who no longer want to work with you because you've already purchased the ...

I had money coming back that I desperately needed instead im in my new home struggling. I was told up to the day I closed I was getting money back...instead I had tor fork out money. Second home with Lennar

Working with Gino, the mortgage officer and Dennis, sales agent for the second time was excellent experience. The final walk though before the closing was excellent. the major issue this time was the delay of 4 months long delay in closing and loss of tenants/rent due to that was a major set back. Plus after the closing the ongoing construction with only one street access is a nuisance, mail delivery and school bus access are not convenient still. other than that location wise it is excellent. hope to get another smooth experience of buying a third home from Lennar.

Lennar makes some beautiful home, and the process and quick. My only issue is the information the sales and construction manager did not provide the correct information. For example landscaping. They told me I will need to maintain my lawn.which is fine. I specifically ask who maintains the lakes lawn. I was told the HOA will. It’s part of the Masters fee. But that wasn’t true And other issues is I ask about the lake behind my house. I ask was there anything in the lake. I was told no it’s a man made lake. Excellent building manager, hidden HOA issues

The building manager is excellent to work with, fixes all issues I have reported. No major issues found so far. The only thing that was sour is that the HOA is not in control of the homeowners and they outsourced enforcement to a company that has an F with the better business bureau. Yelp is filled with negative reviews and only dealing with them briefly I fully agree. They do not respond in a timely manner and close out tickets before issues are resolved. It’s ridiculous that I could end up waiting 90 days or more to do a simple landscaping change to my own property.

Very surprised by the low average quality of some of the materials used in our new home. Relatively cheap carpeting with poor quality padding. No self closing cabinet drawers. Cabinet drawers not dovetailed. Relatively thin countertops.

The initial experience with the sales associate was pleasant and he was extremely generous with his time in showing us what we wanted to see. The homes are impressive at first, but lack everyday storage space where needed. After we started the paperwork portion it became somewhat of a nightmare.
