The process of building a home was smooth with regular updates from the construction manager and new home consultant. We were briefed almost every week on the progress being made. However, there were numerous errors in the build. Framing issues, incorrect finish materials, etc. that were caught by us and not the construction manager. Work had to be redone. This was a bit concerning, as it was apparent attention to details was not happening. The lack of keeping the trades accountable for acceptable and correct work translated in us closing on a home that had a wall that needed major repairs, stairs being re-stained, a poorly stained front door, and poorly painted and finished parts of the home. All of this should have been caught before we closed on the home. Lennar was so fixated on keeping the original closing date, work was rushed. Quick and Quality are not usually compatible. This has made our warranty consultant have to work extra hard to rectify all the issues that should have happened in the build phase. Plus it has been extremely inconvenient to our family to deal with drywall dust and construction after we've moved in. I will say Lennar has made good on all the issues we've found after move in and done it with a great attitude. That is a plus for them standing by their product. Overall Lennar has been easy to work with from home purchase to resolving most of the warranty issues.

Great selections offered and workmanship is great. Very excellent experience with the walk through dying closing.

Home buying experience was fine. Customer care responsiveness to resolve issues could be better.

Overall the buying experience with Lennar felt like a breath of fresh air in comparison to that of what was almost our builder, Cornerstone. We scoped out a few builders, Lennar, Cornerstone, and Taylor Morrison, and felt that Lennar offered better floor plans, and more bang for your buck.

Beautiful home! Lennar made it a great buying/building experience.

Gen suite has worked out wonderful. Both in-laws and parents have had extender stays. Neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Recently installed my Tesla electric car charger(easy hookup). The sales team outstanding. Thanks Scherri for all your support, assistance and caring.

Overall experience has been good. Construction supervisor Steve was excellent and warranty customer care man Pat are very good.

Great and trustworthiness selling staff

Everything was great including the value for the money and the townhouse being ready for move in on the day promised. The responsiveness to most issues has been good except for an issue we have with water flooding our lanai when it rains. It has been 2 months since I first reported this issue and nothing has been done about it. Smaller issues such as cabinet touch ups and doorbell not working were fixed within 10 days. I would recommend buying a lennar townhouse as they are well built and very nice however ensure that you get all your issues addressed during the warranty period.

A good home for the money.

Great customer service was the main reason I bought my home from Lennar. The sales team was professional and friendly. The customer care team is responsive and efficient as issues addressed quickly after move-in.

Its ok not great

Lennar mostly lives up to the “Everything’s Included” promise for that line of houses. Excellent value for money and very inclusive with the homebuyers during construction. However, their internal and external communication could use some work. Their people weren’t always coordinated with each other on issues like when to show up for pre-closing walkthroughs or who to communicate with for certain questions and concerns and their warranty process is chaotic and uncoordinated. All was good except for delivery at closing

Happy to have found a home before the housing market got too crazy. Overall I'm satisfied with my house and look forward to making many memories here.
