After moving in customer suppory and service by the Lennar team was very good.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. Needless to stay, the seal job was an added expense we hadn't considered. The home was supposed to include a wi-fi booster and screen for our patio door. Lennar stated these items were on back order due to supply issues. We closed on our home in August 2021. It's now late December 2021 and we haven't heard a word about the booster or screen door. My husband and I decided to finance with Lennar's in-house mortgage company. The process was honestly stress-free! I still can't believe how easy it was to finance this house. Overall build quality and buying experience is good but not good with responding to issues

We like the house models in Lennar and they use to response very quickly. We are enjoying the new home , please provide better quality

Our house is nice. It is what we previewed and we’re learning to adapt to the little to no insulation on the interior walls. We are used to more acoustic isolation between rooms. Overall we enjoy life at The Isles of West Port.

Good quality homes. Consultants were very friendly and promptly responded to issues. Loan process can be improved. Underwriters waited to 9th hour to request information that could be requested far in advance. Closing was delayed. Local Loan Manager, Keith worked diligently to get new closing date.

The financial team were great and very helpful!

Overall, satisfied as can be with the new home. I feel we were fortunate as to only have one major issue. However, talking with neighbors, there were too many stories being shared about their problems with their new home.

Response time to requests for repair is unacceptably long

Great experience until closing, the people that deliver the house to me was terrible unwilling to help with the issues detected at closing

Overall, this is a good home buying experience

We find all of the personnel to be straight forward and service oriented. COVID has made it hard to get "quality subs" many lack depth of experience to do their trade.

We really enjoyed working with Joe. He was the real face of Lennar for us. Always took the time to explain things and respond to calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time. I would work with Joe again and refer him to friends and family who are looking for a home!

Overall it was a good experience

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase of a townhome built by Lennar. However, the drywall and paint work done throughout the house is not stellar. It’s clear to see they were both rushed jobs. The paint used is not of high quality and, as a result, makes it very difficult to blend and match up perfectly when trying to fix imperfections. (This was confirmed by another professional painting company.) Several of the switch plates are crooked but my home inspector told me that, unfortunately, is something that could not be fixed without replacing the drywall completely. I was lucky enough to choose my kitchen countertops, cabinet colors, and floors before construction began. I do wish there were more options to customize things like fixtures. There were some speed bumps along the way, such as the keys I received at my closing did not work so I was unable to access my new home until the following Monday as it required a locksmith to come out and replace the deadbolts, etc. I like the design of the home and the neighborhood. Generally speaking, I know I would have appreciated more attention to detail to ensure my house was near perfect when I closed. ... More

Good experience in an a sellers market

Buying experience was good but open issues not taken care in timely manner and still have lot of open issues.

A lot of poor quality work discovered and still being discovered in the house. Lennar does respond to get things fixed.

Lennar is only builder that provides option “Everything included” for their new houses. We really love this great idea and comfortable for home buyers when searching for new home. The service responsiveess is very good. However, the workmanship is not good.

It’s been a roller coaster ride since we first sat down with the Lennar sales person. Lots of attitude, miscommunication, and mistakes. It wasn’t until we contacted the Lennar Division President that we got some real answers and satisfaction. Our first customer service “after the sale” person was lame. We didn’t get a day of possession celebration or gift and he told us that the foundation and walls being out of square was “normal” and that’s how Lennar builds homes. We were told to feel fortunate that we didn’t have some of the problems that other Lennar buyers were experiencing. Our latest customer service person echoed these sentiments, but he’s definitely more responsive and reliable. The Lennar Mortgage and Title people were awful in the beginning, but we ended up with a terrific team of professionals helping us. The sad reality is that Lennar is no better nor worse than Toll Brothers, DR Horton or any of the larger tract development companies. ... More

Could have been thought better than just following the blue print

We absolutely love our home and the process from choosing options all the way through to the construction meetings and home walk-throughs and closing. The process was pretty straightforward with regular check-ins and updates. Our biggest area of feedback is the warranty follow-up now that we are closed on the house. Understanding that trades and materials are delayed at this time, but need more communication and scheduling updates from the warranty team. Other than that, we love our house and the building process with Lennar.
