Good work, love it

Construction proceeded in a timely manner. The meeting prior to drywall installation was helpful in explaining what would happen next. the walk-through prior to closing assured us all work was done well. The few minor issues we had after moving in were handled quickly, usually immediately. Other issues were handled within 1 or 2 days by the contractor involved. Happy with the results and the home.

We bought a model floor plan after bouncing back and forth. The place is great overall. Location in Bulverde/ north SA is great. The home buying experience is way easier and better than going through an agent for a used home. If we were to buy again, we’d leave the appliances out and buy our own due to low quality. Plan on painting your garage and installing your own door opener. The provided home wireless router is not wired in so you have to route your own power. The tile work in bathrooms is par due to broken edges facing out and uneven placement. Overall, my wife and I are happy due to the location, community, and convenience of a new home. My home buying process was super fast/easy. What I am finding out now is just lack of communication with everything. I am finding different things out as I go, and that’s the tough part. Had HOA problems, my yard flooded because I wasn’t properly walked through how to use my irrigation system, and the list goes on. I’ve asked my neighbors for lots of help and advice along this journey because it’s all so new to me.

The home designs are very nice and spacious. My sales representative Joyce was amazing and Gary was very attentive to help in all home matters. The only areas of concern were the working with the mortgage and the timeliness of addressing items that need repair afterward.....

Nicely built house for how quick they are built- after moving in and trying to hang pictures on the walls we noticed how bowed the walls are to the point that we cant hang pictures with the command strips.

I'm very happy with my Lennar home. The customer service is much better in Fendol Farms than it was in my previous community Kitts Creek. I'm having some problem with the heating in one of my bedrooms that isn't yet 100% resolved. Some of the cosmetic aspects could have been done more carefully; i.e. painting and concrete work. Overall very satisfied.

I love my house! I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone trying to build. Doug, Pete, Colleen, and Joe were so great and incredibly helpful. My only issue occurred after my home was built. I requested a simple electrical problem to be fixed and it was never done. I got the run around from Ellen and the electrician. Needless to say my problem was never fixed.

Overall, the process has been very good during the building and delivery. Post delivery, living in a place where there are lot of constructions going on, there is always debris , Coffee cups, lunch boxes etc in your yard consistently. No one seems to be acting on that.

There were too many things wrong or not perfect in the new house. During 6 months, most of them got fixed, some in a perfect way some imperfectly.

I was told that my property in the back would be level that was definitely not true , it is very difficult with the slopes and valleys . and also there are landscaping trees that are missing in the back which would Help with my safety from the main street . I have been denied twice concerning the fence in my yard due to the property lines.
