Sales rep, lending team and customer service people were great. Could use better insulation so you don't hear everything outside while you're inside

Our home was delivered on time, but with shoddy workmanship. paint droppings on the flooring and carpeting (everywhere). It was supposed to be cleaned before closing, it was not. The carpet was filthy, garage was a mess and there was fecal matter on one of the toilets (not ours)!

Everytime request repair have go to online, take a while, tile crack can't get repair, blame homeowners.

We are very pleased with almost everyone who was involved in the process - from a realty and sales perspective to the construction manager to the mortgage advisor. We were less happy with the pressure apparently from management involved in the determination of our ability to afford the home. This was never actually a concern, but they became worried, and it created stress that was both unnecessary and unwanted.

Homebuying experience was good. No major issues.

Over all I am pleased but there has been a couple issues.

Major complaint was in the lawn. Sod was placed haphazardly. Very uneven and hazardous to walk on. High spots and low spots can cause ankle twists and tripping.

Overall I have been pleased with my purchase. The couple of issues I’ve had since moving in were resolved quickly. Well all except the issue with the construction workers loud music on a daily basis. Other than that I’m very pleased with my new home.

Having a great response with the team that follow up and corrects any fault I have found. They are polite and concerned.

Be sure to measure every room. Lennar did not provide measurements of any rooms on the floor plan and no measurements of the yard.

What initially caught my attention with Lennar is the extra details they put into the design of the home. I also enjoyed working with the staff who were very helpful and quick to respond. What I did not like is the quality of the builders work. After closing I walked into a home with dirty windows and dirty floors and paint splatters in multiple places. The outlets on some of our walls were spaced out at different heights. Also, the paint touch-ups were very visible and thankfully Lennar was quick to fix that. Another aspect I did not like is the quality of the grass they planted. Everyone in our neighborhood has a bunch of weeds growing but the grass they planted is still brown in most places and only starting to become green in some places. Build quality seems to be done as cheaply as possible. All interior items are builder grade or low end. Only one outside faucet is also example of cost cutting measures. One disappointment was the poor installation of the sod for the homes yard. Soil prep was poorly done and I have to keep removing rocks under the sod, causing it to lay unevenly. Cannot evaluate all aspects of build quality at this early date. Will see how everything holds up over time Lennar employees were friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. Projected closing and inspection dates were all met.

Ask lots of questions and keep pushing for updates. We were building from 1000 miles away and unable to see how things were going. The weekly update videos were not helpful. Get a 3rd party inspection, we found roof issues but they were handled. My kitchen island countertop was scratched when we took possession, they replaced with another scratched one, but have agreed to replace again, 3rd times a charm? We had a water leak under bathroom sink first day. My kitchen sink had a large dent on it on closing day, so while movers were moving plumbers were changing out sink (that should obviously have been replaced prior). Our irrigation sprung a leak the day they tested it, they agreed to fix and that was a month ago...Lennar is very quick to respond. But we have had several issues since move in. Nice home for a good price.

Overall experience was not bad but of course things arise. Satisfied at this time. I appreciate the Lennar team trying their best to help when it is needed. Hopefully it will continue.

It could've been better but I didn't receive the bifolds for three months.

The builder was nice, but I don't think there was much care/effort in the punch list items. The actual buying process and loan process was very frustrating. If we hadn't gotten closing costs covered by going with Lennar for the financing, we would have absolutely gone with another lender. We didn't have clear answers on anything throughout the process. We love our home, but the process even through closing was very scattered and unorganized.

The workmanship takes a hit when contractors are forced to complete a home for delivery, which creates build issues that the customer has to deal with after the fact.

We have now been in our home for 2 months. So glad we have a year warranty and boy have I been having to place warranty requests! Todays request really makes me sad because there is water leaking from the washroom wall and we had to use the emergency water shut off. Fortunately they get back with requests quickly. Unfortunately this one sounds major

Overall good as of now but I think quality wise we have to compromise

We bought our house on a specific lot because we fall in love with the model and the yard space, and the only notice prior buying was that in the corner side we couldn’t placed nothing heavy(pool, boat, truck) because of utility easements, but we were going to be able to place the fence up to 1 to 2 feet from the sidewalk. After closing, come to find out that because of the easements, we are losing 10 ft from the sidewalk on a side that has over 75 ft long (thats yard that cannot be fenced and kids won’t be able to enjoy) yet we have to maintain it. Did a walkthrough with Corry, he open a box for the smart home kit and showed me a marked paper supposedly stating all the sensors were in place. He stated that all I needed was internet to set everything up once closing is done. We did the closing, waited two weeks for the internet company to install the internet, when box is opened, one sensor is incomplete and 2 others are missing. When questions were raised to office staff, answer was “there is nothing we can do since it was brought to our attention after closing and who knows what happened with that equipment “ . The least they could have done (since they do this every day and know what to look for) is to make sure customers are not being taking advantage of.
