The home is very well built And the included automation is amazing like the ring and integrated wiring for WiFi where there are no dead spots. There are just a few small things that are becoming noticeable like the garage door not closing all the way and the door knobs being loose. Nothing major. Lennar is very responsive and ensures to get things corrected very quickly. Overall I am very happy with my lennar home.

Steve our sales person communicated well to make the purchase enjoyable. Moved in on time as promised . Homeowner orientation with dru and Danny and Amazon went well. We love the layout of our new home and the neighbors on the block. Excellent community layout and amenities. Had some minor issues with the house but Igor has taken care of them. His communication and follow up is outstanding. We are very pleased with our purchase decision and recommend these homes for over 55 active adults.

The area to live in is great. Very near a brand new Publix Market & shops, many golf courses within 5 miles. The houses are very well built and priced correctly for the area.

Lawn Contractor did horrible on grass installation. To many gaps in sod when installed and not enough topsoil to allow grass and shrubs to grow properly. Have dead spots and lots of weeds. Almost break ankle each time I mow. Its like mowing a corn field. Inside finish paint peels to easily. Appears to not bond to prime coat. Even after walk through with warranty manager paint still chipping and peeling. Caulking at doors and floor have already separated in several locations. It appears the floor tile installers didn't remove adhesive in several locations. It becomes apparent after use and cleaning. Touch up painting left paint drops on floor? Did they drop clothes? Had to tighten all door knobs and toilet paper holders. Towel holders were placed above electric outlets in bathrooms. Not good locations. Noticed tile has cracked going into first bedroom. ... More

My wife and I are enjoying our new home. After 6 months of living in it there are a number of things that could have been done better during the construction phase to lower the amount of repair tickets we have opened. Installing damaged trim for example could have been noticed up front. Door frames not square for another. Sometimes doing it right the first time lowers your overall expenses. The service after the fact by our customer service rep has been fantastic. The energy efficiency of the home through the hot summer months was better than expected. I would consider building another Lennar Home. I would have caught the issues during the construction phase and addressed them at that time, but we were 1000 miles away. Many give Lennar a bad wrap. In my opinion, they offer a good product at a competitive price and have been very responsive.

Overall good experience. No issues.

Very happy with the home we purchased! No major issues and if any issue raised we were always taken care of.

Nice home; alot of repairs needed to be done; Lennar was responsive; they always tried the cheap way first but when that didn't work they always fixed it correctly.

Willingness to assist.

Response to repairs a bit slow. Sales office excellent.

The sales team, design center and construction mangers in addition to Chris that handles the warranty are excellent and appreciate any questions or feedback we have. The quality of the materials/workmanship from the drywall company was below par. So many mistakes and problems with them after I closed.

I have had to have a bunch of stuff fixed or replaced since I moved in. They build these houses at a pretty good clip but a one year warranty should give all homeowners plenty of time to have any issues addressed. But Lennar is very responsive to these issues and they do follow-up in a timely matter. I hope all of the Construction Managers working at Lennar are as good as the one I had the good luck to be associated with. Andre is impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. My customer care person also has done a good job. I do not regret my decision to purchase a Lennar home.

Definitely recommend financing and purchasing from Lennar.

Put yourself in your best financial health, as to having the most control over your purchasing experience, i.e., credit score, income to debt ratio. This may sound like obvious advice, but I cannot emphasize this enough. Side note, inquire with the HOA about any personal things you intend to do on your property. I've had a nightmare.

Bugs, bugs, bugs! We love our NexGen house except for the bugs. We've had 3 different exterminators out to try and get rid of them. I don't know what to do! I'm thinking we might just sell! I don't know how much clearer I can be! Not being vague at all!!!

We love our Lennar home and our little neighborhood. Responsiveness on warranty work is a real problem. They are slow to respond and I have had to contact them multiple times on the same issues. I was also told that some of the things that were faulty was built to Lennar standards, which I find hard to believe.

This is our first new home buying experience and it was smooth and pleasant mainly because of Rob our builder. He held our hands and guided us through the whole experience. I think if he weren’t involved it probably wouldn’t have been nearly as pleasurable and fun. He is still instrumental in getting any of the warranty repairs taken care of.

In general the home seems to be well-built, and Lennar was responsive with issues our inspector found prior to closing. The house seems to be well insulated and reasonably efficient. The garages are deceivingly small and are not very wide or will allow a full-sized truck to be parked inside (too short). The driveways are also very narrow at around 12' wide - several folks have had contractors widen their driveways after purchase. There are minor workmanship issues around the house such as walls that aren't square, trim that isn't square, troweled joints in the sidewalks that aren't square, etc. The base Whirlpool range that comes with homes has a strange grate pattern and pots are not stable when stirring contents inside. The base double ovens seem to work well. The dishwasher had an issue with the gasket but we fixed that ourselves. One of our toilets is leaking at the base, however the rest of the plumbing seems to be OK so far. The quartz counters and subway tile backspalsh in the kitchen is nice, as are the finishes in the master bathroom. ... More

The whole process was pretty simple. Some workmanship issues with some common sense items being overlooked.
