The home buying experience with Lennar was wonderful. They were great at letting me know each week how it was going. Plus, any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. They also closed when predicted. I would recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a great home with great customer service.

Laundry list of items not completed or completely incorrectly, shabby contractor work, cost cutting. Still waiting on one pending item to get fixed. First and last "Lennar" home I'll buy.

Sales and mortgage processing was Top Notch Walk through, attention to customer satisfaction needs improvement Overall experience was Good Sales and Mortgage team Top Notch Contractors used to finalize work on the could use improvement.Quality of the work on some areas was below average.

My builder went above and beyond. Such a great experience. I am definitely going to recommend to everyone.

Overall experience was good, the workmanship of the house isn’t the best. I understand you are only as good as your contractors and sub-contractors. But I really wish they had higher standards to building a home. From the concrete work, to other parts of the house it’s just put together cheaply. You spend your hard earned money and hoping that nothing breaks because barely anything is under actual warranty. Like I said overall experience is good but the quality of the home and workmanship is subpar at best.

We have an electrical problem where half of the house is without power and it hasn’t been resolved in over a week!!! The sales team and the onboarding process went smoothly. Solving the electrical problem not so much.

There are several things that I feel like could have made our experience in building with Lennar so much better and wouldn’t in my opinion have been all that hard to accommodate. For instance we weren’t allowed to change anything about the options in the house and they hadn’t even broke ground yet. We asked to be given color options for the exterior color and was denied even a set option of colors, we were denied being able to add a few outlets in the pantry, we were denied option of what type of paint(instead of using the garbage flat paint). The reason was they already had everything set so no changes could be met. But when they changed the hallway closet to be much smaller than the closet in the model well they could tell me why it was different(which took away about 3 feet of depth in the hallway closet). Our sod was dead when we moved in but I will give them praise because they did make that right and with a pretty quick turnaround time. But we also have common are and an easement that I have been trying to get fixed for some time now with no luck. Home buying experience was great and hassle free. The rate was superb and Lennar worked with us in every way possible. We are very happy.

While closing I brought of multiple items to their attention to fix issue but they never fixed it. One of issue caused water leak after closing the house. Construction quality is so bad. Warranty support is too bad. Send some handyman to fix all types of issues. He does not know gravity of the issue. So I do not recommamd lennar to anybody with this experience.

Terrible trade quality across the board

Sales team and loan officers are dedicated to assist new buyers in every way they can to make the purchase process the most easy, friendly and hassle free.

Work with Gavin and Rocky was above satisfactory. Was required to sell my house to keep this one off the market, but would not give me a closing date. We were able to move just before being homeless but we got only one day notice. The experience was nerve racking and frustrating. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

My sales associate Kasey was awesome and super helpful! The home itself is ok as far as workmanship goes, you can clearly see the building crews have no cares about the quality of work when building the homes.

Not what we expected at all.

My experience has been mixed. I really like my new home and where I live. I opted to use the Lennar mortgage company because of the incentives but the experience was less than satisfactory. The representative was not very responsive and I had to hold them accountable for doing what they promised. Make sure you review your closing documents. There were several items to repair in the house before closing and the level of cleanliness was low. You would think that the builder would want to provide buyers with clean beautiful home. They acted like that wasn't realistic. The quality of the amenities is low. In this market with much higher prices, it may be difficult to get a quality home without overpaying for it. I have a long list of repairs to report to them. The crews that are building the homes have no respect for the neighborhood. They would leave their dirty food containers inside the home for days while building. Now that im in the home, im finding food trash in my backyard from the crews who are working on the other houses. I've even seen trash in the trees. The litter near my home is excessive. On another note, they are responsive, and polite. My neighborhood is great and I like the overall layout of my home. ... More

We are looking for so many things in house, like location, proper sunlight, enough space, parking,.... but this home is perfect it's really easy for us.

The sales guy was not truthful about having the house cleaned and painted before we got there. He told us what we wanted to hear. We had to get the building manager involved. We did not have keys to our new home when we arrived either. It was a bad experience

Love my new Lennar home. Everyone has been so nice and professional through the home buying process.

The loan officer I worked with was great, and his assistant was a problem. Others on the mortgage team were good too. Many of the fixtures in the house are of very poor quality: toilets, faucets, etc. The stairs into the attic are a REAL PROBLEM. You have to get 10 feet up on a ladder to even reach the attic ladder, and then you have to pull so hard that falling is a real danger.

Had an awesome experience with the whole Lennar team but Andria was amazing sales with so much knowledge and her professionalism was impeccable! Would recommend Lennar to all.

There were a lot of issues I brought up during the 1st day of walkthrough. The construction manager wasn't professional in responding to my follow-up calls/messages. For example, my refrigerator was so tilted, and when I called him to have it fixed, his response was "it's just the way it is". He only fixed it when I told him that I wasn't going to close the house and that I would inform the Lennar salesperson about his work ethics. I have been living in my new house for a couple of months, however, I have been discovering issues such as: thud sound from the bathroom, crooked drywall for the windows, grout not cleaned up, dead tree (which I also brought it up during the first day of walkthrough but I was told that it was like that because it was winter. Now, Lennar isn't willing to replace the tree for free), dryer not drying clothes, broken refrigerator's ice maker, chips on the bathroom tile, broken towel bar, etc... Some of it were already addressed but my point being here is that I shouldn't be experiencing these issues with the price I paid for the house. ... More

This builder is the first builder I have built with that does not have a one year warranty punchlist, fix items, including cosmetic flaws in sheetrock and dry wall nail pops. I have found many flaws since moving in tgat I will now have to spend money on out of pocket to correct. This is totally unexceptable. I came from a builder in Tennessee that hung beautiful doors with beautiful woodwork and a wonderful one year walk through punch list check off. Ryan homes, Parkside Builders, SK builders, D R. HORTON builders all do this. My handrails never got a top coat of polyurethane in my home. Title work in showers was perfect, flooring was good. Walls and trim really poor work. I had to paint the entire home inside before moving in. Doors wouldn't close had to have them removed and plained. Crackbin guest room header upon moving in and an electrical circuit box was in the guest room wall. Why not put that on the other side of the wall in the guest room closet? I could go on and on. Overall, I am satisfied with my home purchase. This is greatly due to our salesperson JOSE!!!!! He was AMAZING!! We chose to go with Lennar's Mortgage company due to the incentives being offered. Working with the mortgage company was a TERRIBLE experience from beginning to end!! Without Jose assisting us, we would have stopped the whole purchase process very quickly. But, thanks to Jose, we continued with the purchase and have successfully moved in. The walk-through process is so quick that it's hard to find all the things that needed correcting, but they do have a 1 year warranty which we will definitely be using to get the things that were missed corrected. My initial contact with that department has been positive so far and hopefully that will continue! The construction manager that was present during the walkthrough was kind and helpful. The employee who actually did our walkthrough was also kind and knowledgeable, just moved us through pretty quickly which was a little frustrating, but I understand they have pretty booked schedules. Just wish it weren't so rushed. We like the community so far. I'm glad we are not paying for a neighborhood pool so our HOA fees are not ridiculously high, but we do have nice playground areas for kids and decent walking areas. I like the fact that Lennar homes come standard....the price is the price, no paying thousands of $$ for "options". I just wish the homes came with sprinkler systems for the yards.
