Great team to work with from start to finish in my home buying experience. Don’t remember all the names so I prefer to not name any particular person.

My first home, and my family loves it! The Lennar team helped me a lot, and answered all of my queations which made the whole process less stressful. The incentives were the best. We love our home and looking forward to make lots of new memories.

Where do I begin. The purchasing process was rigid and inflexible, no contingencies, no flexibility, take it or leave it. Not a great way to start what should be an exciting experience. The move-in was a mess. There were serious communication problems between Lennar and our external lender, and their financial systems felt outdated and slow. On top of that, we had a package deal that included a washer, dryer, and refrigerator — and they tried to back out of it and offer a credit instead. It took multiple heated conversations just to get what we were originally promised. We were ready to walk away from the deal entirely. Now let’s talk about the granite sidewalks — and I cannot stress this enough. Instead of standard paved cement sidewalks, they installed decomposed granite in front of the homes. When it rains, it turns to mud. Weeds grow through it constantly. It tracks dust and sand into your house. It looks terrible in front of a home. This is a walking trail material, not a residential sidewalk. Had I known about this before signing, I would have walked away. Period. It is that bad. Finally, I don’t trust the leadership at Lennar. The sales team is just telling you what they’re trained to say — they have no real power to help you. Decisions come from the top, and the top doesn’t seem to prioritize the buyer’s experience. It was a great experience if I needed help Jeanie and Monica was always available! And Jeanie took note that my husband was a veteran and helped us get a fridge and stove installed and included at no extra cost to us! Amazing experience

There is no follow thru, honesty or integrity at the Calabash office whatsoever for your attorney. There was zero communication, no returned phone calls or emails. At one point they sent preliminary closing docs and were asking for $360k+ in funds. They had the funds in an escrow account for my 1031 exchange. We closed 3 days late and even then had to wait 3 hours to get our keys. The funds due to me at the close were unavailable until 2 days later. The insurance for my homes was never paid (against the law as they had the funds) and my insurance was canceled. In the end I had to pay the insurance and fight to get a check for reimbursement. Butler & College should be terminated for incompetency, non-communication and breaking the law. I have not reported them but am informing you. All funds during a closing are to be disbursed. They were not. If it had not been for Kevin Williams, we would have never closed. Your attorney made the buying experience awful. ... More

Overall they still provide good value for the price. Our cable company discovered our house has not been wired with coaxial cable at all yet there are Ethernet data ports in the master and LR. Turns out those were never hooked up either and we were directed to put in a ticket. There are always miscellaneous chips and knicks and such so that’s all to be expected. The coaxial issue is major since the cable company had to drill right through our house to wire it and then run cable along a closet baseboard to the AV panel. Absurd.

Found multiple defects that were minor but could of been corrected quickly. Do not believe when they give you promotions such as free paint or free filters that were required/promised upon move in.we were told we would get a free kinectico water filter under the kitchen sink. They stopped responding. The free gallon of paint from sherwin williams magically expired upon move in. When you do the blue tape walk all they did was rip the tape off of the defects you wanted fixed. Do not trust them when they say “yeah will will take care of that we are expecting a delivery next week”. They will give you the run around. ... More

Lennar made the entire process simple and easy from their very knowledgeable salespeople to the loan officers. They simplified the loan process by having the ability to upload all the documents needed for the approval process and ease of electronic signatures.

Sales team is terrible and made this experience not worth it. Builders were good and the project manager and QA representative were great. But with the issues with the sales team and concierge and the lack of respect for the buyer having an agent made this experience sub par. Would never build with Lennar again

Lennar made the home buying process simple and efficient. The quality of home and the materials used far exceeded my expectations. We believe the craftsmanship and building quality of the home is right on par with some of the best homes in FL. The customer service and responsive to minor issues made me a life long believer in Lennar. Kudos to everyone involved in our home buying process. We appreciate you all!

This process was fast (16 days start to finish) and we were not prepared to move in 16 days, but we did it. The process is definitely nerve wracking because things move so fast and if it is your first time buying a home, it will be very overwhelming. However, everyone is amazing with helping and walking your through things. The most nerve-wracking thing was not knowing you had the final approval until days before the closing and having to pack up your house and do all the things associated with moving totally by faith! That part was probably the most frustrating thing, but it's the way it goes and we got a great deal. As far as craftsmanship, the houses are constructed well and very well thought. Sure, there are things that were done because it was cheaper, like the paint. It's contractor's paint and the cheapest they have. So, plan to repaint at some point once you are completely moved in because you will have scuffs from moving and so forth. Overall, we would definitely recommend Lennar. ... More

They installed a set of steps going into garage that is not safe, their response, do it yourself! Inquired why they put a latch on screen with nowhere to latch the lock, their response we don't care. Any inquiries are met with uncaring response of continued referral. The staff in Liberty Lake is uncaring and unhelpful. Once they get their money, they no longer care. I wouldn't recommend Lennar to anyone, wished I hadn't bought from them, crooks and uncaring company.

This is my third Lennar home that I have purchased. The quality, craftsmanship, energy-efficientcy, and customer service is unmatched! I have yet to be disappointed in any purchase. I highly recommend Lennar to friends and family, as well as strangers that I meet along the way.

The house only had a couple of issues that were caught by the girl that helped us on the walk thru but were resolved quickly.

We recently completed the purchase of a new construction home and, while we are pleased with the final product, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Throughout the process, communication lacked the level of consistency and attentiveness one would anticipate when investing in a newly built home. Inquiries and concerns were not always addressed in a timely manner, and resolution of identified items required multiple follow-ups. This created a sense that the experience was more reactive than thoughtfully managed. Post-closing support, in particular, did not reflect the level of service typically associated with new construction. Items identified during walkthroughs lingered longer than expected, and coordination to bring them to completion was less seamless than it should have been. Purchasing a new construction home should feel guided, responsive, and detail-oriented from start to finish. Unfortunately, that standard was not consistently met. With improved communication, stronger follow-through, and a more proactive approach to customer care, the experience could be significantly elevated. ... More

Your model homes look wonderful but the built home is nothing but cheap materials. How about a light fixture or carpet pad the list goes on. How about more than one linen closet or having bigger closet. This home was a nightmare to baby sit during the building process. I feel this home is cheaply made and I would never suggest Lennar to anyone and wish I would not have bought from you. Also emailing back and forth is nuts. How about you have your employees talk on the phone and save 200 emailsl . They also tryed to scam me on the duel zone heating system I paid to install and the extra vents. The house are so close together. You ever heard of breathing room. The Association has a help desk in Mexico which is not shocking knowing Lennar but how useful is a person who can't help. Way to cut another corner Lennar. I think of Lennar as the cheapest unstable company I have ever had to work with on a project. Get a clue you have a horrible online reputation. Oh one more thing. Have the home cleaned before a person moves in and make sure the entire home is cleaned. I have dust all over my lower level and have scrubbed three times and there is still more. It was a quick and easy homebuying experience.

Extremely frustrating to work with. The escrow/lending process was a nightmare they do not communicate at all.They would ask for paperwork but not be specific then they wouldn’t respond. We would send them what they asked for then a week later they would ask for it again because someone was off or somebody else took over your paperwork. Some of them are rude and I was told well I’ll get to it when I get to it if I have time. Then even after I signed me deed and everything was done they called me a month later asking for more paperwork that they already had. I truly love the house that I have purchased and am working on settling in. When it comes to sales and, follow up Trey E. did an amazing job of going the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of. He showed up at closing which I found to be personable and professional. At closing there was some confusion when we were told to meet at the title office, and they did not have us on schedule. Then they informed that the signing and notary was to be completely on-line. While in the process we found a mistake with the paperwork not reflecting the full amount of my money down, which would have affected my monthly payment as well as final sale. Fortunately the manager was able to work things out and get new paperwork written up and we were able to proceed. Along with that they were able to have the in person notary stick around for a final signing. Of course, this took longer than expected. An hour and a half meeting turned into an over 3 hour process. My realtor secured the keys the next day as I had to be at work for the next few days. That Sunday I received the keys and went to the house with a lot of unfinished details in my new home. Large debri outside of the house was not picked up, along with some dangerous broken glass and some nails on the ground before the sod came. During the final walk through some of these things were mentioned to Brandon the QC person I believe. Also the windows were not cleaned, film residue and water spots were quite visible on most of the windows. Also the floor did not look it had been cleaned. Carpets were vacuumed and counters were decent but the things listed above were unacceptable. Chris the construction manager was able to address some of these issues after I had shared a few emails. I had shared this with Wes and in the process there seemed to be a delay in action. The main thing I was concerned with the finish was the glass and nails on the ground which would have been dangerous had my son been around during those early days. This is why I mentioned Trey before because he went out of his way on his day off and made the calls to get the ball rolling the issues I wanted addressed. He gets an A+ in my book, though I would not give that type of credit to the others. Chris was helpful in following up with the clean up and dealing with the sod. One other thing I would mention was the quality of finish with the door latch holder in the frame. Some of them seemed to be put in hastily. I made my own adjustments to several of them, though they latch and close properly, their alignment was off. Since moving in I have noticed a few issues with the walls and some paint but I believe they are managable with a little touch up. There was no time to review contract or HOA rules. You agreed with the price and the paperwork was on the salesperson computer. 75 to 100 plus pages on the computer. From that point on you needed to be computer literate. It was document after document on computer. We had to get someone to help us with every step. Lennar should have someone that these constant problems with closing can help with. We’ve bought at least a dozen homes and this was unacceptable.

It was a pleasure working with Rhonda. She did a great job helping us navigate the buying process through closing into our beautiful new home.

Great experience! Everything delivered as promised and after sale support has been great for some very minor things!

Overall very good experience for buying the house.
