Sales team (James) was very supportive and helpful, even months after the sale. Resolution of punch list items was handled slowly but very professionally and thoroughly by Lennar staff (Danna).

Lennar sells a great product! Value was important and we definitely received that with our new home. As with any new home, there will be some issues that have to be addressed after purchase but Lennar’s CustomerCare team is quick to respond.

The Lennar home buying experience went well except for one thing. I had an unexpected medical issue and asked for an extension on the closing date. Lennar denied it and it almost cost me the home.

Lennar has used mediocre materials in the home which reflects the price paid. Response time for getting things fixed is good.

The overall experience was good. We ran into delays but that’s expected. The sales staff was great, the customer care experience post closing has been great. The construction manager was average as he was not as detailed and peculiar as needed (thus resulting in lots of fixes afterwards). The worksmanship of the subcontractors used are average, could be better. However, any issues we’ve had since closing, they’ve addressed with no argument so that part of customer service is superb.

For the price of the home it matches the quality.

I was in the process of looking into my first house for last 3 years, and finally Lennar had the one that was my first Home.

we moved in March 2018, so far we haven't had too many issues and when we do have issues they are looked and possibly resolved within 7 - 10 business days. We live on a Greenbelt and a development vacant lot that is supposed to be cleaned up - well the Greenbelt is a weed infested eye-sore the weeds/misc plants are as tall as the iron fence (5-5.5ft) and the vacant lot that is supposed to be grassed with sprinklers is a catch all for the construction workers for concrete, bricks and extra dirt from other areas - large dump trucks come and dump misc stuff and a small back hoe brings bricks, concrete chunks, etc...we have notified the sales office and the HOA office and still get the same answer "we are working on it" "we will keep you posted" -- so far nothing. ... Mostly a positive experience but disappointed in craftsmanship in some areas.

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.

Buyers should be involved in the entire building process, making sure what they are getting suits their needs.

My Lennar home made a new home purchase easy as everything is included, so you are not chasing little details and add on that cost additional dollars.....(included window treatments, appliances, flooring, tile, smart home features) The construction was on time, they provide regular weekly updates, and present the home with a detailed walk through. They have been good to their word and fixed any minor flaws that were identified and any issues I have found after they quickly addressed. I did not give them a 5 star for workmanship and material above as the exterior fencing, landscaping, are very poor quality, I expect to replace the fence in 3-5 years...... ... More

Decent builder with great customer service. The Sales person, Robbie is superb. Issues with workmanship and commissioning. AC was not hooked up. Discovered it when it got warmer. Should never have accepted the unit from the sub.

I am impressed with the workmanship, my primary home is from Lennar but my second home is way better than my primary home from Lennar.

Have home Inspector go over your home first.

No clearcut person to deal with during the buying experience.

I had called for a few issues. Received response from Lennar and Im satisfied. I still have a thing or two but Im ok.

Follow up fixes/repairs well organized and with few exceptions fixed all item.

The entire staff was wonderful. The only thing that I had a problem with was the Mortgage company. I was ask to present multiple documents multiple times by different agents.

The staff is great. The quality of work by the contractors on the finish work (paint, baseboards, alignments, etc) was not up to par!

For some minor issues, the General Contractor has been extremely responsive and quick to resolve. There are options that should be offered to decrease the cost of adding after the home is built. The six design items we wish that could have been completed during the build. 1. Insulated garage 2. laundry room sink 3. return line for tankless hot water. 4 Gas line to back yard for barbecue 5. power line to back yard for hot tub 6. outdoor water faucet accessible from front side of house. These are all items that are typically constructed behind the walls and require extra labor to remove and replace wallboard to add after home completion. Considering these new smart homes require a lot of technological savvy, it would be nice to have instruction manuals and additional training time allotted to take advantage of the features. It would have also been nice to know that the Amazon employee was going to set up the main control panel in the laundry room. We bought a couple items that comcast installers recommended that fortunately we were able to return when the Amazon employee informed us they were not necessary. Regarding quality, a couple key issues we requested resolution on... was to fix a significantly visible bow in the wall of the main family room, as well as a significant bow on the garage wall. There were other walls that could have been a bit more straight, but we decided not to be nit-picky. The sheetrockers should be more attentive to detail. ... More

The quality of homes are great but of course there is always some details that need to take care and the person in charge is not good like the person we have before (Jose)

Very nice home the problem my family had was after they were done building they left a slope of dirt and an uneven backyard so we have to pay to get the whole backyard leveled they failed to say that we wouldn’t have a backyard and that it’s an additional $3,000 to level it that is the cheapest we have found. So just keep that in mind.

Took a while and some personnel changes to get everything done, but it is all great now..
