My LENNAR representative was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process.

We were impressed with the professional and friendly way of taking us through the different homes available and the cost of them. We made a quick decision and bought. Along the way Angela helped us and kept us updated on the status. We are living in our home now and all the different people involved up to the closing and beyond have been equally professional and helpful. We are impressed and thus far completely satisfied.

Overall we are happy with the purchase of our Lennar Home. I’ve noticed there are minor things that are somewhat of an annoyance when it comes to the quality of work performed- not square walls, minor imperfections throughout the home. Watching the houses go up around us in the neighborhood it makes sense because it’s happening so quickly. However, all issues are very minor and we are truly happy with our purchase. No regrets here and would recommend Lennar to friends and family!

There was a lack of communication between the company, buyer and agent. Often times requests needed to be sent several times. Two areas we marked in our initial and final walk throughs are still not corrected.

Is the worse experience I had, water was coming inside the house when raining through the windows I reported to everyone and my husband had to fixed almost a month and nobody has follow up this issue. The house was with the tapes pending things to be fixed and dirty at the time of the walking through before closing. I am still waiting….BAD.

Overall, the house is very nice! Only gripe is with their in-house lending, took two loan officers to review my loan and their underwriting is very strict, if you have a second home. Other than that, so far so good. Minor warranty issues after closing, but they are handling it, maybe a little slow though.

I was told that i am getting a smart home from the beginning till the completion of the deal. However in the end, i found out that my house was not a smart home and lacked many smart item. When I complained, few items were added but few still left out.

Was very unhappy with lack of communication from Lennar Mortgage. Would take days/week to get a response. Now that my loan has been sold to another management company. I have the mortgage reporting twice on my credit report.

My husband and I had been sharing our concerns to the building team and even the Lennar Realtor . Closing date several items were still not complete and the house was not even power washed. the upstairs porch was dirty. Until now they kept saying they are coming to address this issues and had not been here yet. We closed in April

The whole financial department of Lennar was absolutely horrible, very unorganized, changing fees last minute and adding in costs at closing to where I was almost not able to close.

We are pleased with the quality of our new home. The process was smooth and ahead of schedule. We were kept informed of progress throughout the build. The construction manager, Eric, is superb! Very detail-oriented and responsive. All the build teams did high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Every step of the process we were informed. No guess work involved. Lennar always communicated and was very responsive to our concerns.

My family and I are very much pleased with the experience with Lennar.

I remain satisfied and grateful for the new home feel, warmth and joy. Community is nice and feels safe. What more can I ask for for the price? Thank you.

The first home we were purchasing there was a mistake on the paperwork and they wouldn’t do anything about it. So we lost the house and they were nice enough to transfer our money to the new home but they failed to tell us that the property was not level and only that it was a little larger and that they would not do anything about it. Then when we had the first walk through we told them about some items and they told us they would have them fixed by the time the final inspection was complete but they lied about it and told us they had them fixed and or replaced but they lied to us again. Know that we are in the house and we have some issues they said they would fix them and they made an appointment but no one showed up and they were checking on them. ... More

Delays were with justifiable reasons and sales manager kept us posted with video clips showing progress that as exciting

Aside from Arthur R., our salesperson, who was wonderful to work with, the rest of the process of acquiring our veranda was not a pleasant experience. Shotty workmanship, rushing to get us closed when the condo was far from being ready, lack of communication, no followup with items needing attention, and more than anything, the mortgage process was so frustrating! even getting the closing paperwork by mail was a problem. Having been in real estate, buying and selling new homes as well as resale properties for more than 35 years, and helping folks with their mortgages, we must say that this transaction was not what we anticipated. I love my new home. The sales agent was very responsive to calls and helpful when an issue came up. However the building site managers during our build were not responsive,did not stay in contact as promised,did not address issues that were brought up and promised to be fixed.This was an issue since we were buying from out of state.Finally LeRoy Pratt stepped in and immediately addressed all of our concerns. Thank God. Now we close. 1st week in our house the air conditioner breaks, the 1 st week the toilet doesn’t work, few weeks later the sprinklers are leaking all over. Most issues were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The ac the entire blower had to be replaced and this took a long time. So these are the reasons for my 3 star review. I have been dealing with issues in house build since i purchased the house. Water has been sitting in water meter for weeks, no solution has been provided under warranty only workaround has been given. Finding missing electrical outlets. Bad grading done, improper landscaping. cheap quality porch door. Finding cracks in dry wall close to electrical outlet which tried to hide by paint.

Zach and Kris have been wonderful to work with in our first new build home. Any issues are quickly resolved.

Once you close they pretty much ignore you. My sod died within a month and they told me it was my fault for not watering it. They did not cover sod.

I just bought my first home in 2023 and after a lot of work combing through the market, I finally came across homes quickly selling in an ideal area! I had heard good reviews for Lennar and decided to give it a chance. Immediately in the walk thru I noticed quite a few things that needed to be fixed. I noticed a few cabinets needed to be replaced, one was loose, the doors all had some damage to the paint from being closed while wet, the carpet was stained with muddy boot prints, and there were marks on the flooring. I was told these things had been completed but was never offered an additional walk thru, so I had to trust that the work had been completed and fixed. Upon move-in I was blinded by excitement, but as I was moving my items in, I saw my home at new angles and noticed NONE of the additional work had been completed. On top of that, the house did not get cleaned, there is paint on my carpet and flooring that won’t come up, there’s so many gaps between door frames and door steps, the dishwasher was not installed only placed in the correct cutout, the sink fell within a week which caused severe water leaking to damage my cabinet and I was without my kitchen sink for weeks. At first I had a good experience with my warranty tickets but then quickly realized they kept sending the incorrect people out, proving they had no real understanding of the situation, so now I’m very displeased with the warranty service as well. If I had it all to do again I’d go with a different builder. It’s as if the house was thrown together with no care, not to mention, before it was complete when I went to view the home, there were beer bottles all over the floor and drinks in my brand new fridge. The entire road of Lennar homes have warranty tickets out as well. This company is extremely unprofessional and they seem to not care about the importance of having a livable home with an infant. I probably didn’t even cover everything but I truly can’t keep track of all the things that have made my experience so bad. ... More
