The bad experience that I have is that they move the closing day 3 times and the playground never have been build at the moment and Lennar told. Me that going to enjoy the amenities at this summer and them a person from Lennar told me that they are going to have ready the amenity for the next year that is to bad because my kids are waiting for the pool how they offered when we decided to move there.

From the builder and constructions standpoint, it’s great. Happy with the construction quality . But had very difficult with sales person . Slow or no response . misleading/inaccurate information about the prices and few other details about home. One of the examples about price changes that were not communicated to adjust until I fight to get it resolved and also they agreed to release few homes only for investment /rental, but they increased a lot..they didn’t honor they word

As off today I haven’t gotten the respond to a damage tile. The unit was deliver dirty and with issues. Not happy at all horrible company

Lennar is exceptional and would love to buy my future house with them.

I encountered many issues during my entire home buying process. The only highlight was my original representative when I first visited the new subdivision. Most of my issues stemmed directly from my mortgage loan officer not responding to my messages, and even giving my wife and I the wrong loan number. I’m in a fortunate position where most of my coworkers are in the process of buying homes and am able to steer them away from Lennar.

Home is great. Lending was fairly unresponsive unless we sent multiple messages.

Lennar delivered our new home within promised timelines. They have a great team in sales and delivery and kept me posted on progress of construction regularly with pictures of my home. They are usually uptight about what they will deliver and do not take up any upgrades. While I understand this may delay the project but it would nice if they entertain upgrades. Overall I had a very good experience with Lennar and am happy with them. Their after sales services is also great and their construction manager on-site is amazing.

The process was made very easy and we felt like we a lot was taken off our plate with the people who helped us from submitting our application to closing day.

Buying a house in this market is tough. We were thrilled to get the house and at the price we did. However, the loan process was pulling teeth to get anyone to respond. I sat at closing for 5 hours because they messed up paperwork and were not prepared. Our house is beautiful but they definitely cut corners on thing. We have random cement piles they tried covering up in the backyard, cabinet doors were put on the wrong direction. Cabinet under the kitchen sink completely fell off. The home was not cleaned as stated prior to move in and there is paint marks on our carpet. Overall we are happy to have a home but definitely will not buy Lennar again. ... More

The craftsmanship is poor it took multiple times to correct issues. So frustrating to say the least. It’s a new home, it shouldn’t be so hard to have a livable home. We’re two months in and have had to have repairs done. Insane really.

Love our home the way they designed the homes is amazing just wish they would make a big community pool it’s so hot in the summer and these backyards are super small to fit one in.

It’s amazing experience and I fully satisfied whit lennar . I personally recommend for my friend to go for it whit lennar p

Great experience overall. Wouldn’t change anything

I’m a little disappointed that the model home was sold as is. The house has definitely settled after being built and not attended to for the settling. There is nails starting to come through that was said nothing could be done. Treat the model home like a newly built home. The home had minor touch ups and was done very poorly. The garage that was redone after sale due to being the office was put up very fast and poorly. We waited 3 months for it to be finished and to see the result was very upsetting. I was honestly very surprised to see the touch ups so poorly done. The paint along the floor boards was poorly done and will need to eventually be fixed. I would think the model home you would take more pride in seeing its the home you show to prospects in hopes they decide to build. ... More

I am very happy with my new very well done and smart home!

This home was not clean, poor painting everywhere especially the area above the baseboard. This means that semi-gloss was painted above the baseboard in some cases at least 5”. This was noted with both walk throughs, but was not corrected. Paint splatters on sliding doors not cleaned off and the tracks for the sliders were not cleaned. We have NEVER moved into a brand new house that was supposedly cleaned but needed through cleaning, by us, before we moved in. If this is what has happened with the other homes, I would suggest getting new contractors. What’s the deal with the cement lip pulling into the garage, that is an accident waiting to happen. I looked long and hard before I purchased. I have been following Lennar for about 6 years and every community they build I follow it. I am in love with Lennar homes. Lennar staff was very professional, always ready and willing to help, Not to mention my loan office Mervyn was outstanding, personable, knowledgeable, professional, he made my process so easy and stress free, I cannot thank him enough. just overall great people! just the best team ever!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience Lies on many things

Owned a few Lennar homes over the years and I fell like the quality has gone down. Also the everything is included motto no longer exists. I had to put in a back yard and blinds on main level that I haven’t had to do on previous homes. Also wasn’t too happy with the games from the sales side. Thought it could have been handled better.

Overall home buying experience is very good. After closing their response to issues is not very good.

I could not be more discusted with the entire process. NEVER use Lennar Mortgage, they only complicated the lending process and make it harder. The construction is definitely subpar, 3 electrical issues that are 100% the same but they can't seem to solve the problem any longer then temporary, paint on the walls could but have been applied any thinner, door knobs and strike plates coming off after 2 months, cracked concrete driveway before we moved in and The stupidity of the construction manager looks at me and says there's no problem. I would NOT ever purchase another Lennar home and I'm already looking forward to leaving this one. The WORST home owning/purchase of my life ... More

From the moment I signed and gave my deposit for my home I felt that it was one of the last lines of communication with Lennar without pulling teeth. The only time I received a call back was when they sent me a review. After moving in and doing a virtual tour It took over a month for anyone to respond after having to reach out yet again. I have family members that moved in over a year ago and they did not have the same experience. Lennar service has for sure decreased in quality and craftsmanship. The endless cement LUMPS that are under the carpet is ONE example of shoddy work done. I know these are cookie cut homes but there should be more pride in there work. I think the quickness in the turnaround time putting up these homes are showing for sure. -Lennar could also offer their employees a course in customer service. It would go a long way on how to talk to people. Unfortunately, we have run into a few people that could use it. -We were also told the HOA was one price and when I got my booklet it went up without any notification. The staff at Lennar are wonderful and the buying process was made as simple as possible. The real issue that Lennar needs to work on, is the finishing work and hire contractors that deliver a much higher quality of craftsmanship than they do today. We had a terrible walk through and closing experience due to the bevy of unresolved items that our project manager didn’t handle. If Lennar had a quality coordinator to review and follow through on work prior to presenting a home to a new owner it would greatly improve the process in our opinion. People shouldn’t spend this kind of money on a home , and then have to chase down and work with the Contractors to finish things that should have been done prior to closing. Good luck. ... More

processing job (getting IRS transcript, multiple job verification, same request many times. ) My son is a loan officer too, lennar price and title paid, made me go thru lennar. But, he was saying, paystub, and bank statement and IRS transcript is all automatically pulled, if client gives permission.
