We would have given an overall higher score had we not used Lennar Mortgage. The process of securing our mortgage was complicated, confusing and duplicative. On the other hand we love our home and have found Lennar to be very responsive to our questions and to any concerns we may have had.

This home buying experience has been a total nightmare. Everything from poor workmanship to electrical, plumbing, door issues, etc. We closed 2 months ago and still have multiple issues that have not been taken care of. In addition, we found out after we closed on our house that Lennar does not include screen doors on the patio doors! We purchase them from C&C window for $720.00. When they went to install them on the triple slider, they couldn't install because the door frame was installed incorrectly. C&C replaced the door jam and installed the screens but in the process ripped out a big section of drywall and Stucco that still hasn't been repaired. In addition to that I still have a list of 14 items that have not been corrected. Once they get your money, good luck with getting issues fixed. ... More

Very low quality of workmanship, low quality of material everywhere.

Title side and portal are not recommended. Plus 2% commissions is just wrong

My family and I are so happy with our Lennar home! From the beginning, our sales associate, Logan, was patient with all of our questions, provided detailed information and helped us get the process started. The home itself has been wonderful, we're 2 months in and other than some minor issues, we're so pleased. If anything does arise, our warranty rep, Melanie, is so responsive in getting things handled or keeping us posted on timeframes. Highly recommend Lennar!

Debrah and Bret were amazing! Debra sent us pics of the home, lot, and neighborhood . She would go out if her way on her days off to answer questions and measure rooms for us. We purchased our home site unseen. Bret is still fixing the Warrenty issues we have. He truely cares about us and getting our home perfect!!!

The experience was not really good did not keep us updated with the home, and closing was a mess.

We discovered some damage a week after closing and brought it to Lennar's attention. The Lennar customer rep took the info plus our assurance that we did not cause the damage, and then got back to us that because we didn't discover the damage prior to closing it was on us. We tried to contact the supervisor but were ignored.

The underwriters were unreasonable at every step in the loan process...... at one point I said stop the processes and start the process to refund my deposit , as I was unwilling to provide or unable as some of their requirements were of my bank and they(bank) would not provide to me to then pass on to them......example was showing a deposit on a monthly statement in the month not yet completed required me to go to the bank get a photo copy showing the deposit but because it had bank internal information on the top of the pages they cut off the top of the page showing 1of three and I explained this but after faxing over sixty pages, five trips to banks, I was done BUT when I said stop I give up.... suddenly the underwriters so OK we approve the loan.... love the home hate the process!!!!! ... Overall we're very pleased with our home. Pros include nice design features and lots of included extras, proactive communications from the builder, friendly and helpful representatives, responsive to issues, lots of information provided throughout the process. Cons were a lengthy qualification process, unattractive water and heating unit installations, issues with kitchen cabinet(s) alignment, an unpainted garage, and few options to customize during the build. Lennar Sales Team did no do good job in selling the property. Waitlist concept was not implemented and homes (phase-3) were sold on first come first base prior to the email notification of the phase availability etc. i have waited for an year and dreamt for my first home and end up with unsatisfied floor plan.

Don't expect any consideration. Quality is OK only.

Poor services, poor maintanence, reluctant on replying emails. All the house are build with low quality of work materials, Poor works ethics.

Lennar Mortgage was very easy to work with and that was the best part of the purchase. There were many issues I thought would have been done before closing such as soft close cabinets, paint, and other issues that should have been taken care of before closing.

I found it too difficult to gain attention of the sales staff at the model office. I visited the subdivision at least two times but was told to use online system to set appointment with the sales agent and was told that there was long waiting list. That discouraged me as a buyer to proceed any further. Finally, during the last week of December, I used the online system to set up an appointment and saw a sales agent. This time she told me that Lennar was offering excellent deals to sell several inventory homes. I ended up making an offer and purchased the home I could have purchased almost a year before. Although the process of closing went smoothly, I felt that I was not informed of many steps ahead of time. The quality and workmanship is very poor. Also, there is only one entry and exit point to the subdivision, which makes getting in and out very difficult and dangerous. ... More

Our sales associate Linda was great, she was very straightforward, trustworthy and helped us went through the whole process.

Joe C was incredibly responsive and professional. He took every concern seriously and kept us informed of all progress, or lack thereof. Our home is all we hoped it would be. That being said, it took way to long for the cabinet folks to fix a smashed cabinet. We are still waiting for the window people to fix two windows, and poorly operating sliding doors.

Excellent customer service. The entire process went as planned. Excellent communication at all times. Our Loan Officer Stephen was amazing. He really knows his work and everything was very close to the estimate. The project Manager Thomas was also amazing. The house was delivered by the schedule and the end result was amazing. We are extremely happy with our home. Thank you Lennar Home.

The buying process (excluding financing thru Lennar Finance) was smooth. I come from a residential construction background so I understand the challenges and tolerable "acceptance". The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the home at turnover. The garage and basement were absolutely filthy. It looked like a rough clean. The basement was powerwashed, but it looked like they turned on the power washer for about 30 seconds and then shut it off. The main finished space had paint and drywall dust around every single corner of the house as if the cleaners made no attempt.

I can NOT say enough good things about Lennar and the team of VERY Professional people who work at Lennar Home, all are just BEYOND Incredible. From applying for my loan till the day of closing, all a very seamless process. I'm BIG on great service, and that's exactly what you receive from the professionals at Lennar. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have access to many new construction homes. When I stumbled upon Lennar, I knew I'd be making the purchase. As an empty nester, was thinking I wanted to purchase a townhouse and quickly realized that may not be my best option. My NHC asked me if I was interested in viewing the Daybreak community and I said yes. The floor plans were all BEAUTIFUL. I was really sold with the "Everything Included". Didn't have to worry about paying for any kitchen appliances, landscaping, or fencing. Most Builders nickel and dime you with all the add ons. I'm almost sure this will be my FOREVER home.
