Bought my first home with Lennar. Every think went very smoothly and I would highly recommend getting your own inspection done on the home. There were a lot of problems with the roof. The house was everything we asked for and it cost me almost no money for closing costs. Only thing is they forgot to do a final inspection. I was notified once I moved in that they will need to enter my home and take pictures to do the final inspection. We were unable to schedule a date due to me being out side the state at the time so no final inspection for me ?!?!. Also mail boxes take a while get put in we ...

Location of home and floor plan well liked and met our needs. Quality and workmanship was disappointing and expected better. The people at Lennar were responsive and worked to address a few issues encountered and made things right. We had higher standards than the contractors used for some of the work performed, but do understand supply and resource shortages played a major role into some of the problems. All builders are experiencing this problem. Overall, we like the home and satisfied with resolutions.

Jennifer was fantastic. Always there to help us. She advocated on our behalf more than once. We had a terrible experience with the dishwasher. It never worked properly and had to finally 6 weeks later be replaced. I felt Rich did not help as much as he should have. I did not want to blow up before I got the result I needed. Customer Care was not very helpful

Love the design of the home. But the fit and finish is not the best . The molding work is not good the finish painting is not the best. Seems rushed. Someone should do better in over seeing the finish work..

Disappointed with the corners cut, like using non-sealing grout on all the tile in the master barhroom and using weak shelving in the closets and pantry. I am still waiting on my shower door in the master bathroom after almost 2 months. Also do not know where my window screens are. Additionally have a large gap under the front door and damage to the guest bath tub.

I purchased a Lennar Patio home at Green Gables three years ago. The place was delivered in pristine condition at acceptance on closing day. This time I did not experience the same thing. The place was very dirty paint and other debris everywhere and I felt pressure to close that day.

Delivery was spot on time, despite challenging circumstances, sales team was responsive and supportive, home move-in experience was good... only problem is with the quality of the finish... looks like poor supervision leading to too many issues post handover. Also, ticket resolutions is painfully slow.

We had some issues with chipped cabinets. Not the best quality. So far they have been good with resolving. Didn’t find inside up to My standard in cleaning. Our garage floor was not clean. Some neighbors the cleaning staff hosed down. Not ours. Little disappointed with all the garbage, cans , bottles all around from construction. Construction should have pails to throw their garbage in instead of throwing on ground. Great neighbors took the initiative to clean out pond. It should have been done by cleaning staff.

My wife and I appreciate the Lennar community of Fendol Farms with its design and layout. We had a wonderful purchasing experience with the selling agent Matt and Lender Kaiser. Overall, we are please with the home; however, we are disappointed (and still disappointed) with certain aspects of construction that to this date have not been addressed. These issues were brought up at Orientation; at the Walk-Through; after closing; and with the Warranty Department. Had these issues been addressed in a timely fashion, the overall homebuying experience would had been great.

The only issue I had was with submitting my Closing Costs. I used the directions provided to me and both times my wire was returned to me. I lost my wire processing fee of $30.00 and an additional $45.00 twice when the funds were returned to my Bank Account. I found it frustrating that I did what was asked and it cost me a lot of money.

My first morning in the house I took a shower and it didn’t drain. They cut a hole in the ceiling over my kitchen sink to clear the drain it took 3 weeks to get patched. The front door, you could see light and feel air coming thru. It was worked on and 2 weeks later I can see light again. It looks like the door is bowed. Things identify in the walk thru didn’t get fixed. I’m a skilled tradesmen I can fix these things, but with a bran new home I didn’t expect to have to.

There have been several minor issues that have been resolved quickly. We paid too much for the house because the housing market was crazy when we signed our contract and we were on a waitlist for a while. Now there are several houses for sale right around us. Timing is everything in the housing market. The biggest complaint I have is standing water in our yard after the house next door was completed and water runs down into our yard and pools. The water doesn’t stay long enough for Lennar to consider it a warranty issue with the grading though, so I guess we will have to live with it and ...

To be more upfront on what you are really getting instead of leaving you in the dark. (I.e.) ceiling fans, light over the dining room area, to set the water aggregation system back to a normal level. Be more in contact with the customer during the build process.

Purchasing went smoothly, but then once in the house and items discovered that needed fixing, well then...that takes some time and effort getting anyone to come back to actually fix it. You have to call and call, then call some more and it still isn't fixed. I don't like having to be the squeaky wheel, but if that's the only way to get them to come back, I'll be squeaking all day long.
