we moved in March 2018, so far we haven't had too many issues and when we do have issues they are looked and possibly resolved within 7 - 10 business days. We live on a Greenbelt and a development vacant lot that is supposed to be cleaned up - well the Greenbelt is a weed infested eye-sore the weeds/misc plants are as tall as the iron fence (5-5.5ft) and the vacant lot that is supposed to be grassed with sprinklers is a catch all for the construction workers for concrete, bricks and extra dirt from other areas - large dump trucks come and dump misc stuff and a small back hoe brings bricks, ...

Very happy with house but Garden grass was dead in places and has not been resolved,

We have had some gardeners out to re seed the dead areas a few weeks ago, we have watered day and night (which is at our cost) grass is still patchy, we are very disappointed, we would like to see the garden re turfed so we do not have to go through this hassle.

My Lennar home made a new home purchase easy as everything is included, so you are not chasing little details and add on that cost additional dollars.....(included window treatments, appliances, flooring, tile, smart home features) The construction was on time, they provide regular weekly updates, and present the home with a detailed walk through. They have been good to their word and fixed any minor flaws that were identified and any issues I have found after they quickly addressed. Decent builder with great customer service. The Sales person, Robbie is superb. Issues with workmanship and commissioning. AC was not hooked up. Discovered it when it got warmer. Should never have accepted the unit from the sub.

For some minor issues, the General Contractor has been extremely responsive and quick to resolve. There are options that should be offered to decrease the cost of adding after the home is built. The six design items we wish that could have been completed during the build. 1. Insulated garage 2. laundry room sink 3. return line for tankless hot water. 4 Gas line to back yard for barbecue 5. power line to back yard for hot tub 6. outdoor water faucet accessible from front side of house. Very nice home the problem my family had was after they were done building they left a slope of dirt and an uneven backyard so we have to pay to get the whole backyard leveled they failed to say that we wouldn’t have a backyard and that it’s an additional $3,000 to level it that is the cheapest we have found. So just keep that in mind.

This was the smoothest home buying experience I’ve ever had until the week of. The loan officer began to back pedal on things stated and the Lennar title company representative was completely unprofessional! I didn’t appreciate the bait and switch days before closing….but I love the house so it is what it is. They are extremely responsive with issues that have popped up and questions I have post move in and I love that!! I appreciate their level of customer service.

Overall process was smooth. I used all of Lennar's in-house services (loan, insurance, and title). Good communication with the team and streamlined the process. Their prices can't be beat, but you do get what you paid for. Lower build quality and materials compared to other builders, but we knew that before getting into it.

The experience was good up until I had to contact the senior loan processor…. She (Chevon) would not answer or return my phone calls. Didn’t look over all documents that were sent… kept giving us the run around, would send me an email at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a list of items I had 48 hours to submit. My walk throughs were great, Terrence was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Since closing on the home in February and moving in, we have encountered multiple issues across several areas of the property, including: Floor tile installation Drywall finishing and painting Exterior workmanship Kitchen countertop installation Front door installation Closet door installations More recently, we discovered a cracked PVC plumbing pipe beneath the driveway, which has led to slow backups in the toilets and master bathroom shower. There was no hardware in any of the bathrooms. I had to go out and purchase and then install toilet paper holder, towel rack, etc. such a pain. I feel you cut wherever you could. Make it feels cheap

I feel that you took the cheap way out when you could. For example no hardware in any of the bathrooms. I had to purchase and install towel bars, toilet paper holder etc. cheapens the whole experience
