GUICK RESPONSE TO ALL ISSUES. LESSER CONFIDENCE IN THE DESIGN CENTER, WRONG FLOORING PUT IN, HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED, WE WERE TOLD THE WINDOW TREATMENT COMPANY CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, NOT TRU ACCORDING TO THE INSTALLER, HMMM???? LIVED WITH NAKED WINDOWS FOR ALMOST A MONTH, NOT GOOD

First time home buyer. Did not realize everything I would have to look out for. If I had thought to check some of these things probably would not have purchased this home. No faucet in the back yard to water my grass. I feel this should be mandatory, but what do I know? All the toe kicks in the kitchen are hanging on for dear life they will all fall off eventually. Had a minor gas leak that I did not report for a few weeks because I was told the faint fas smell near the meter was NORMAL, yes Im the idiot for believing that, this I do realize. Im sure there's more that I can't remember.

I read some of the horror stories about Lennar Homes and thought that it was just people that were angry over ridiculous nonsensical things. However, I can tell you firsthand that the finish quality craftsmanship is so poor and so unchecked they have no quality service control whatsoever. The house was full of so many poor quality finishing that I had to make a list that should never have had occurred of the poor, finishing quality of the home. I have bought probably 16 homes during my life and I even worked for companies that build homes and I’ve never seen poor quality control ever people get excited when they buy a home and they look around real fast but if you look at all the baseboards all the trims around the doors, actually look at the walls in the joining of the walls to the ceiling, checking the cabinets and the quality of the fitting of the of all these moldings and cabinets and the quality of the actual finishing product. Then you will see so many poorly done finishing that you wonder how they even sell any homes I’m trying to be polite here so if you want to have pictures, I’ll send you pictures of my finished home and everything that I am making Lennar do again to make it right it is horrifying and honestly I am aghast at how poorly this homeless finished good luck. There was no effort to make the new home buying experience nice. I have bought 4 other new homes and this experience was the worst by a long shot. Additionally, the quality of the home is very poor, from appliances to dry wall work to doors not closing properly.

Lennar has paid attention to aesthetics and décor, functionality and form and above all usability. I find it natural to move from room to room and feel at home. All the appliances are of great quality and name brand. The connected home experience is first for me and is really good. I would add that the sales agent I worked with was genuine, very responsive and will not hesitate to buy another Lennar home.

Easiest home buying experience we have ever had.

The entire process was awesome

Overall we love our new home. It is beautiful, and we loved not having to make so many decisions during the building process. Our one complaint is the quality of materials and workmanship. For the price we paid, we expected better. With that said, Lennar has been great about fixing the all of the issues, so overall we are satisfied.

The entire process was stressful. They were "accommodating" but only after I said I would not be purchasing the agreed upon house. The closing process itself was a nightmare. I had to ask off 4 different days from work for the closing date because it was always up in the air. Living here for about a month, I still find subpar elements in the home. Flooring done incorrectly (which they "fixed" before moving in) granite countertops unfinished. Our downstairs is a cooler, while the upstairs feels like a sauna. This is the 2nd house we own, between my fiance and I, I don't recall anywhere near this experience with our 1st... Is it the worse possible scenario? No. Would I be willing to do it over if in the same position? Big no. ... More

Some of the items were missing post closing which were part of plan. When I raised request each team is pointing to others. No one communicated that these items were not part of the house I purchased, but as per them it’s a known issue for some houses.

I love my house! I found a new house with a great deal. I love my neighborhood. It took less than a month to do everything .

Overall had an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Horrible customer service representative, who was so aggressive and self centered that she recommended to forget about our crying baby who just fell and hurt but focus on her as she needs to go. Every single request for issues is fraught back with not supported comment or do it yourself suggestion.

Get an independent home inspection done, it will be worth every penny.

Had to reach out multiple times for answere

The employees are great. Kind and helpful. Debra made the purchase experience easy and Josh was very attentive regarding quality issues. Unfortunately, the subs and contractors are NOT GOOD. Our electric was poorly done and the quality of the garage door is unspeakable. We have had cascades of water pouring down the inside and the vendor says it’s NOT covered. Additionally, if we caulk the windows it voids whatever warrantee there it! Very disappointed.

the floors of the interior of the house unevenly and noisy when walking like squealing wood, doors without finish, the handrails of the stairs without fine finish, rather scratchy and unpolished or varnished, sliding doors that get stuck because of the poorly installed, and worst of all is that to attend a claim, The owner has to accept the time and days so that they go do the work that should be done before selling the house, and even so they go and leave the work unfinished.

Kelsey in sales deserves 5 stars and was unfortunately the only positive part of our homebuying experience. Lennar clearly overclosed as all the homeowners we talk to in the Avion seems to have several issues. Our home came with multiple issues from the start that were identified during the walkthrough, of which several are still not fixed over three months later....let alone many additional issues found afterwards. Our dishwasher wasn't working for over 6 weeks and we identified that it wasn't working when we first tried it on day 6 after moving in (took a day or two to unpack our dishes and then fully load it) and lennar said they couldn't replace it and we had to go through GE only to find out one of the top wires was frayed, likely from cutting the box open or something. Our garage door was scraping the walls and wasn't aligned yet they'll only paint over it, flooring folks have confirmed that it needs to be redone, and the painters confirmed that they only had time to do one coat of paint. This is just a sampling of issues and the worst part is that they have clearly moved on since nothing gets done without us nagging them all the time... Again as evidenced by the fact that our list from our walkthrough is still not addressed and no one follows up with us without us reaching out. We are genuinely concerned there are other issues we aren't even aware of yet b everything was so rushed. ... More

Although the overall experience is average, the new house customer managers at walk-through and 1st month after closing were responsive to issues. Sometimes the corrective works were not done in the time as promised, with our persistence it got done.

I signed the contract thinking they would fix broken windows, doors, uneven fixtures since first walkthrough. Four months later still waiting, they fix some floor issues, drywall issues and now water is coming from the ceiling. Very dissatisfied!
