Lennar realtor were awesome in responding to questions and they are knowledgeable of the area or the house that is been sold.

The concierge in charge of our home was fabulous. The selling agent was bad and unresponsive. He never returned phone calls, emails or texts. The overall set up of all the different HOA is needlessly complex and never explained eell. The quality of the plug points throughout the house is low. There were several large dry wall holes that were not fixed prior to the final walk through. Roof tiles were missing but the house was deemed all done and it was difficult to get the construction manager to check it and make sure it was done. The refrigerator water line was not connected. Sometimes I have to remember that I’m buying a track home and not a custom home. It’s a one size fits all types of situation when buying a house from Lennar so the custom touches are not there and yes, you do get items that don’t meet your expectations, but that’s what you’re buying also as far as warranty issues I could not be happier with Gabe from the #Warranty department. He has been on top of everything and very informative and making sure everything gets done to meet our expectations and works to get it done. Lennar should be happy to him on their team as I am

Overall pleased with the experience and closing on time, actually a week early. Believe we have excellent value for our purchase price even though our buy was near peak of market. Lennar construction rep, Dalton, was great in showing us use of home and maintenance rewuirements at closing. Only down side has been A) a few quality/workmanship issues which they have begun fixing buy ideally should have been corrected before closing, and B) many of the amenities that were supposed to be open prior to Christmas are still a couple months away.

It seems like every 30 seconds you are getting a msg or someone is Texting you about some phase of insurance, settlement, HOA, mortgage or some other phase of buying....respond to one and get double back without really knowing who or where they fit in the scheme. Last walk thru is a real joy also....moves way toooooo fast

Few issues that have still not been fixed. Disappointed, but overall a good product.

Looking for single floor living on a modest budget and lennar met our needs and wants.

Overall I am very happy with my new home. I had a challenge up front. My septic tank was put in the middle of my back yard so no patio Room could be built. After much anguish and threatening to not buy my beautiful home, the 2nd level Manager Jeremy offered to have septic tank moved for addition desired. It WAS moved and he promised to pay for a re-inspection BUT as of today the $150.00 has not been reimbursed to me. I contacted Jeremy again yesterday to request the reimbursement. All flaws i have found have been submitted and are being handled as the warranty team can schedule. I LOVE MY HOME AND WHERE I'M LOCATED IN THE SUBDIVISION. ... More

Personnel were mostly helpful and professional; computer systems, emails, paperwork was often messy, unclear, haphazard. When we did a walk thru of the home, we weren't given paperwork to sign until after the fact and many of the items we were requested to sign were unclear or didn't apply. Owner website is not up-to-date for our location, and it's missing key information.

Great salesperson in lennar office. Very helpful and informative. Project manager was very helpful and informative as well during walk through.

There was no information on where to pay and when to pay the mortgage payments. I didn't receive emails or postal mails about the selling of the mortgages or the mortgage payments

Get your own real estate agent, don’t just use the provided Lennar agent. Our agent was able to ask questions and provide information that we never would have thought of. Lennar is like any big business, they’re looking out for themselves. The Lennar agent didn’t even come to our closing. We l’ve had plumbing issues due to a pipe that was damaged prior to our purchase and 2 out of 3 of Lennar’s warranty people haven’t all been great to work with. It just depends on who you get. The houses are nice, as is our neighborhood, but you need to make sure your stay on top of things.

The response time for questions on the solar system was not responsive until 3 weeks after signing then they answered my phone call. Sunnova doesn't answer the question they give you an excuse and it isn't their fault. They point the finger at everyone else. It is going on 2 months since I signed and ownership was ours. We still don't know where in the process of getting our systems rook up and online line. There departments don't talk to each other. When you call you only talk to the new service department which isn't kept informed by the connections department as to what step in the process your paper is. ... More

My overall experience was not bad. I adore Michael C that did my walk throughs. I did not have the same experience with the sales rep on site. She was on the verge of rude more often than not. I also have not enjoyed the fact that there seems to have been miscommunication on what my town I actually live, I am a month in and still don't know what my address is : Fountain Inn or Simpsonville : even the utility companies have the address listed differently.....but I love my home,

The beginning of the process exceeded my expectations until I was under contract. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the key players on the team such as the processor, loan officer, salesperson, and property manager. I left messages and I would not receive a response, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The overall experience was good as compared to the cost - you get what you pay for. Lennar needs to pay attention to detail and not expect the homeowner to bring issue forward. The lot we wanted wasn't released but after we chose another lot, the original became available. Closing date was moved up by 6 wks from original estimate, had to jump through hoops. If we moved in after closing date, the final details were left for the homeowner to issue work orders: trim missing, hot water tank malfunctioned, outside light broken, floors not properly cleaned from grit, paint spots on tile & grout, door stops missing, light switches for light cans not properly wired. Still have water drainage issues lawn took forever

I think buying new house isn't bad idea especially when you have to be the first to touch almost everything.

Customer service after closing and buying has been helpful. However I’d wish the closing to have been much smoother than it was.

The contractors are not working with quality in the constructions cheap ,materials, but it's ok

building and construction is good but their mortgage lender side could use a lot of improvement.

To many people asking for the same information

Lennar has a good reputation so we trusted them. The overall experience for us is alright. Agent was good but as soon as we signed the contract, her responses become less and less and far in between. We noticed as we moved in how Lennar has cut on a lot of things that we expect from a new home built. On the second bathroom upstairs, it is missing a towel rod by the sink, the windows are all fake window in the bathrooms. You cannot open any of them, so you cannot even air your bathrooms. For the price we paid, we were hoping to have these little details taken cared of instead of us worrying about it. ... More

Responsiveness to issues post settlement has been great, however, we were not as pleased with the sales experience.
