The sales person was available for questions and thru the process responsive. The project Mgr /construction Mgr. was very helpful and informative. And did the best job of keeping us informed The customer care rep does the best he can to resolve issues timely. The initial mortgage person was responsive and followed up , the person who was handling the final push was not very good, she continued to ask for info provided and right up to two days before closing

Compared to other new home builders, Lennar has a better reputation. My only complaint is that Lennar doesn't invest enough in after market customer care. The Customer Care Representative has too many homeowners under his prevue to be able to address issues in a timely manner. If Lennar truly cared about how homeowners feel about such a significant purchase and if Lennar is hoping homeowners will recommend their product, then Lennar should make a bigger investment in their Customer Care staff.

Great workmanship in some areas, others lacking especially paint and trim. Very poor interior paint. Drywall tape shows through in numerous areas.

Overall the building experience and end result was as expected. I am a little disappointed with the landscaping, specific to sod. It is unsatisfactory. Four months later and the property behind our lot has not been beautified. The construction fencing is still up and the area has not been cleared. It is unsightly and we are unable to fully enjoy our views. We have addressed this and nothing has been done.

Experiencing good service for response from leannar company. But if you improve the qulity, actually we don't need the service a lot.

The workers on all aspects of the actual structure do work very hard and fast.

In the 9 months between down payment and closing we grew increasingly concerned that Lennar was trying to sell the home out from under us. Tactics used to undermine the sale were devious and not direct with us as buyers. Received pressure to remove contingencies and written agreement about timing was brought into question. Now that we have closed and the process is done, we’ve been told by those in the know that the home value for price is equal or better than other builders. Workmanship on finishes is only fair (sanding, painting, door alignment, over use of caulk to cover up sloppy workmanship, etc.) Everything is builder grade. No substitutions were allowed, not even colors. Worst issue: after only 4 months of gentle use, engineered hardwood floors (part of the premium package) have scratched easily and repair is impossible. Was the first home so basically the trial house. Lots of things missed or just overlooked. No QC was done before final walk through. Currently dealing with mold in attic and high humidity in home. Will update depending on how Lennar handles these.

Lennar did a great job.

Ava Knight was great! Very helpful and attentive to our needs/wants. However we did have a few issues with their lenders, they seemed very unorganized, we had to send the same documents multiple times.

Opt for the upgraded interior paint if its offered as a roll on style paint the spray paint job is horrible and there's overspray everywhere. Look at the baseboards, window sills and door trim on your walk thru - the cleaning crew misses them every time in every room; they're covered in plaster dust... Make sure your laminate floor is quiet, no crackling or popping. Walk every room for squeaking floors and stairs - get commitment for repairs. All of your "quality concerns" are going to be handled after the fact by customer service...make sure you have their number and email addresses before they leave your walk thru - other wise it may be a few weeks before you hear from someone again. ... On-site customer service is great. If there are any issues, they are quick to fix them. Everything included makes life easier. The color that comes with the house is hideous, I wish they paint it all white so buyers can choose. I am happy with my decision to buy a house with Lennar.

The house is very complete besides options.

Good job in completing the job

Only issue is the abysmal site prep and landscaping on our lot. We have a pronounced drop off/slope in our backyard. We were advised that some basic ground covering could be expected come spring. Unfortunately all that appeared was clover and an assortment of weeds and nuisance grasses. Two trees were planted which didn’t didn’t survive to spring. Please be aware that Lennar does NOT provide any warranty on grass, plants, or trees after closing. If you have any concerns about greenery be sure to address those before you close.

Look behind all doors, cabinets, around windows inside and outside, behind commodes, all around garage.

They deliver on time, no hidden costs, honest staff. You are kept constantly updated.

Buying experience was good but we had few issues in the buying process. Provided different appliances to each individuals. Few got the updated ones. Responsiveness to issues in the house is slow

I appreciate Tom Linsey attention and quick response to my issues.
