The quality of the materials and workmanship very poor.

Lots of repairs needed before and after closing and it took long time to respond to or repair. Flooring installation is poorly made and the front door peephole is made to accommodate a 6+ foot tall person to see from. When asked yo lower for safety was told NO can do.

Lennar is supposed to replace my driveway since it was in horrible condition when I bought it. They have no problem pouring driveways for the new houses across the street but have yet to give me a date when my driveway will be fixed.

Random things in the house were found to not work or not be installed correctly. Electrical outlets not working is very annoying.

Few things in life are as nerve-racking as buying a new place. Exciting but stressful! I must say I was very impressed with my experience with Lennar. My salesperson, Ann, was great and very receptive to all of the questions I fired away. Joe, my loan rep, was also very communicative and quick to respond. And then also a shoutout to Don, the lead for the community building team, as he took me through 2 very thorough walk-throughs and even gave me his # to call with questions once I moved in. Came with todays perks eco friendly .Average experience overall.

I love my Lennar home. The community is in a great location. We have access to a big park and the mall is only 8 minutes away. Our area will continue to develop over the next decade and I’m looking forward to the future. For anyone who’s looking to buy a brand new home I would recommend Lennar.

This is the second purchase of a Lennar home for us. Excellent customer service and experience both times.

The quality of the house is very good and everything is beautiful! Best floor plan I’ve seen here in Florida by far!! Nick is very attentive to all my needs!!

Steve was amazing through out this home buying experience. Great all around person! The responsiveness was always prompt. The home has been great and the neighborhood peaceful. Some of the areas around the home have been disheartening. I have glue on the floors in several threshold that won’t come up and scratches on the floor tiles unrelated to moving as no furniture was moved into the bathrooms. Paint imperfections exist throughout the house. I expected better appliances/fixtures for the money paid for the home.

My experience every time I visited the community offices to know the models and the community was always phenomenal, Jamie was very nice and knowledgeable. My experience with Lennar mortgage was average, communication was an issue. When I received the home, Alex was fantastic, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable.

From start to finish Lennar team made the process smooth and transparent. I got a lower rate, better house and all without the haggle of todays bid wars. I m beyond pleased with how he’d the team worked to get me in the house. Now that we are in, we are very happy with the home overall.

The bones of our house are great but the finish detail is awful. Our agent did a good job working with us but construction and communication regarding the construction was disappointing. There were months when are house just sat there and nothing was done. Then the hurricane hit and the hurricane became the reason for no or slow movement on the house. Once we finally closed and moved into the house, the disappointment continued! Paint and finish work on the house are awful. Multiple interior doors need repaired or replaced. Paint and flooring need to be repaired or cleaned. When you buy a few house, I realize touch ups are needed but it has been ridiculous. ... More

Terrible customer service. Can’t get anyone to answer calls, still haven’t gotten my mortgage situated. Yard was done terribly.

I was treated well during the purchase of my new home, quality of the home is great and everyone was supportive of any issues I encountere I highly recommend LENNAR Home.

Poor finish final product.Will not buy again.

We had our home built and we only had 1 package choice in options, color of carpeting, tile and floor planking. The windows, HVAC and appliances are on the low end of quality. Clean up was terrible. We spent a minimum of 20 hours scraping paint off the floor and trim.

The sales, loan and closing experience was excellent. The inspection has well over a dozen issues open some that were just poor attention to detail on installation. An example here would be a dishwasher installed but insides not assembled installer ran a test and melted parts, Window that you could not open, someone installed it and had to close it but did not fix the fact it took 10lbs of pressure to close. As for the closing document this was a 1031 transfer and lennar sent 35k back to the intermediary post closing rather than reducing the loan. Now I get to pay taxes on the funds returned. When the landscaping was installed (trees) they drilled/dug through the sewage pipe and it backed up into the master bath about 3 inches deep. ... More

I opened a Lennar warranty request on Jan 25th 2023 shortly after moving in. The reqest Case#05105695. Lennar warranty Customer Care Rep Jacob has been promising the repair work for months now and noboby ever shows up. The backyard and side yard floods and has standing water for days after it rains. Turning the yard into a mudd pit. When I refused to sign a work order complete document they just closed the work case.

Kristen was extremely helpful and informative throughout the home buying process. She did everything she could in which her job role allowed. It was a pleasure working with her. On the other hand, Lennar (Corporate) was not considerate at all in accommodating to a closing date that worked best for me, unless additional money was added to the transaction. There are still some items inside and outside the house that were noted and marked before and during the walk through as items to be fixed that were ignored and have not been fixed as of 4/2/23. I am also still waiting for the land developer to find a solution to the water that puddles during rainfall at the border of the rear fence line and side yard as there is no system in place for the water to drain. ... Six weeks after closing, still working to resolve identified deficiencies.

All of these people above are a huge reason why we bought and the responsiveness to any detail we may have is addressed quickly and proficiently

Overall, good experience with sales and customer care team. Not sure I would ever use the loan servicer directly through Lennar again as they were not great but everything else went smooth and we love our new home.
