Cheryl was a wonderful agent to work with and kept the flow of information with updates current and made the purchasing experience easy. The Lennar staff tries their best to respond in a timely fashion however some of their suppliers are not as responsive.

House was built even before planned date and meet our expectations.

I would definitely like to appreciate the builder to assist me to get an end unit town home which was initially an interior unit that we booked. My only concern is the mortage rate of interest which is exorbitantly high for me now 6.375. The overall quality of the town home is good. Kitchen appliances, Kitchen Marble quality, Toilet parts, hoses would have been slightly better. There are things that could have been slightly better in comparison with the price I have paid for. However I am overall happy with whatever we got. This is a bit of an early stage for me to comment on the other areas now but I believe I would get complete cooperation and support as and when needed. ... More

Like all quickly built homes... lots of little things need to be fixed/replace already. Nothing serious---all minor issues.

Unfortunately congress butchered all value in this country.

This is our second time purchasing a new home and I have to say this process was a little more difficult. The lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. We were giving three different completion dates. And now that we are all moved in there are still things that need to be fixed inside the home. Everyday we're finding something that was not complete. I will say these are beautiful homes but you can tell they cut corners on certain things in the home. For instances there are no real towel racks in either of the bathrooms. The shower door does not close all the way. Our refrigerator didn't even have a filter. And you can pretty much tell these homes are rushed in the building process. The loan team were diligent and always very willing to help us as well as Jen the sales representative Who answered our calls and questions in a timely manner.

Disappointed after traveling all night from out of state Supposedly the house was move in ready. When we arrived at 430 AM …..the house we walked into was filthy! Slept in the garage… in the car. Brought it to the project manager’s attention and he had a cleaning crew come in that morning.

Sales Agent Debbie was GREAT! But be shrewd in purchasing! During the purchase process I asked if they would reduce purchase price due to rising interest rates. I was told that they don't do that. HOWEVER, after I purchased the house I found out they sold the same model of house on a larger corner lot for about $30k less than my price. I also saw on their website that they are selling the same model in a future build for almost $60k less then they charged me.

For the most part things are ok. Small issues have been addressed. However we’ve been here almost 2 months and still not been able to have 30 review. Have reached out and not heard back

Pay close attention during your walkthrough. We found many issues including: damaged cabinets, broken tiles, poor paint work, etc. Don’t ask for any deviations from there plan as they are generally not very flexible. Warranty team has been very helpful.

I commend Lennar for their quick responses to issues I’ve come across. That being said, I am disappointed in the workmanship. This is my second Lennar purchase in three years. First one was great; this one disappoints.

Have some exception items after closing on 11/23/22. As of today 1/12/23, still not completed. Even scheduled for work, yet never show up on time and causing us to wait at home.

We moved into our house and several things still needed fixing! From painting, fixing a door that wouldn’t close to cabinets that have major cracks in them, under bathroom cabinets that have not been sealed or painted, caulking around one of the toilets to the master shower drain being plugged with debris and wouldn’t drain at all. That took 3 times coming 1 to see what was wrong, the other two times to “snake the drain” before it finally worked. In a nutshell it looked they they just threw it together at the end! We’ve contacted the contractor and site manager numerous times. Some things have been resolved but the cabinets won’t be replaced until March! This is so unacceptable! ... More

I recommend that the buyer actually visit the model they are considering. We didn't and were a little surprised about the size of the storage.

You do get a lot with the new home. Fence, grass, bark, trees and shrubs. Good luck with getting timely responses and fixes to warranty issues. They could greatly improve in this area.

Overall quality good. More punch list items than expected, most minor, however one is considerable, will require cutting up master shower tile floor to pitch draining correctly, pitch off more than an inch from one end to the other. In 2013. I also had a new home built by Lennar, quality and responsiveness was better. That experience in 2013 was what lead me to stay with Lennar. The current sale rep, Moe Lee is excellent and very responsive. The mortgage team was fantastic. The only area of concern was with the overall quality of the contractor workmanship. I am currently going through the warranty process, if this goes flawlessly, it will make the quality issue more of an inconvenience as opposed to a major issue. ... More

Initially assigned loan officer is not cooperative. Because of him I was not able to lock the interest rate when it is low. Later I fight to assign other loan officer but by the time interest rates went up.

Once the house was turned over to us, it was hard to get warranties done

Great job overall. Response could have been better by Lennar Mortgage. Would like to disc this further. Deepak

My biggest issue is the fact that for over 400k the landscaping company fails to put landscaping material down before putting mulch down. I know the HOA wants all residents to pull weeds and maintain the flower beds. If landscape material is put down it helps weeds NOT TO GROW.

Sales process was great, then color choices, tile, brick etc. became an issue. Forced to revert to other choices. Still trying to get little quality issues resolved in the warranty process. Slow to respond, some final inspection items still need to be corrected 2 months after closing. Not being negative, I just expect quicker, better service.

Lennar team has been overall great to work with, especially the site Super Dan. The build quality of the house is good, but the fit and finish was lacking. Most issues I have with the house are cosmetic and involve pair and trim.

My experience with overall good, There was an issue at signing causing me to not go to closing on my closing day, which could have been rectified in a timely manner and it was not. The construction of the home was ok, there were issues that were quickly address and the team is friendly and on time.
