so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width ...

Love my floor plan and the space. Quality was an issue due to the amount of houses being built at the same time. More attention could have been paid to details. Paint Job and quality of paint I would rate a 2

We moved in on January 23,2021 and on the 24th we had a major flood in the main bathroom. The water when under the sink and out into the hallway and hallway closet and underneath the wall into the living room. We immediately notified Robin, she came out and looked at the damage and said she would replace everything that was water damaged. That was January 25, 2021. As of today May 25, 2021 nothing and I mean nothing has been done. The baseboards moved away from the wall and I am worried about mold in the walls. I would like to have this fixed ASAP..

Our experience with Lennar has been mostly positive. From the start we liked our salesperson, who was helpful, honest and explained the process along the way and made us feel very comfortable. Then we started working with Lennar Mortgage, and had a very bad experience.. The building process went smoothly and we were very pleased with the home initially, and for the most part we still are. A builder once told us "There are a lot of parts in a house" and we know everything isn't going to work as it should, and warranty issues are going to need to be corrected. We love our new home! The lennar "everything included" is a great initiative and provides lot of value without nickel and diming you. There needs to be more supervision and attention to detail - workers overlook many things which have to be addressed later. Customer service post buy is great.

The project manager and after close the warranty manager for my home have been extremely helpful at resolving any issues. There's a lot of new technology and they've taken the time to walk me through everything and even followed up to make sure everything was still functioning as excpeted.

Great sales experience at first, but as the house progressed, almost ghost like experience. The site construction manager was extremely rude toward us when we hired a third party inspection company to inspect prior to close.

My advice to new home owners is to read the fine lines of the contract as well as have it independently evaluated. Home was contracted to be delivered in December and did not receive until January therefore delayed in homestead and could not qualify for homestead until 2022. Also had to have pods for furniture storage that cost additional storing expenses as well as labor expenses. Being a first time home owner from out of state found that lot of things were not done properly. Floors were of poor quality. I had never built a home before, but Lennar made the experience easy. My salesperson overpromised on what could be delivered. He told me I could extend my patio & add a flood light. It was written on the documents I initially signed, but one month before I closed I was told that was no longer possible. I was also told that landscaping would be put in to cover the ATT box & that never happened. Overall, had a great experience. I just wish they would have been upfront and honest about what they could (or couldnt) do ahead of time.

Tom is always helpful and tries to get things taken care of. We have had problems with our carpet they finally determined it was defective and had to replace all of our carpet. When they pulled back the pad workers had filled holes in cement with DIRT! The new carpet isn’t any better, our so called Luxury carpet is cheap. It’s takes over three minutes to get hot water in kitchen sink, it is such a waste of water. Our gated community is only gated after 6:00PM. We were told all construction traffic would be using Pat Tillman and they DO NOT. We are suppose to have trees behind our view ...

Overall the market is over priced for what you get. The quality of the home is cheaper with no real customizable options. Staff is nice but quality of home feels cheap.

While the home is great and really happy with it. Many things were not considered. The quality of materials used is pretty low for the $$ of the home. Also when the shower was extended, there clearly wasn’t much though put into how people use it. There should of been an extended master double vanity of there and a slightly smaller walk in shower. Also tile looks unfinished without it going to top of half wall and to the shower head. Also there is no closet space for linens and towels which is odd in this size home to not have a single closet for linens.

They promised that we can get a straight driveway when they pour the concrete. Tom the builder manager said that they will let us know so we can be there to let them know. We had to pay extra to get the extended drive cause they did not let us know when they were pouring the concrete. On top of paying extra for the concrete drive way when we where building the house. The only person that was very efficient was Sawyer. He answered text right away and solved are problems.

The sales team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. was first rate. They provided consistent and timely updates on the build process and were available for those spur of the moment questions that always seem to come up. Dealing with Lennar's mortgage company was not as smooth. Things went well overall, but there was a lack of communication between the sales and mortgage side on when the closing date was going to be. This caused multiple "hard" credit pulls that adversely affected my credit score. I was lucky to have a pretty good credit score so it did not effect my rate. But, it could have. Dealing ...
