The carpet was almost like indoor/outdoor carpeting with no upgrade options, so we tore out and spent $10K at Home Depot for nice carpet. Dealing with landscaping issues as are yet unresolved. Exterior painting was very poor on the trim work. The sales process with Michelle was fantastic and she helped us immensely and we are very grateful to her for that! Thanks Michelle!!!!

I like the model we bought. The curb appeal is nice. I was a little disappointed with the communication. We got the house with dirty windows and stains on the patio concrete. We asked for them to power washed and nothing was ever done even though Grant said he put request in.

Family and I chose Lennar due to the growing presence in the SA community. We love our first home, but regardless of being a first time owner or subsequent owner the overall quality of the home is worrisome. From nails in the window frames to missing caulking throughout the home, the house was painted wrong then repainted the correct color with lack of attention to detail, frame can be seen outlined through the sheet rock, slanted window, and nearly every door frame was installed by the world heaviest hammer (broken sheet rock). My backyard has been flooded the entire time we've live here. The water does not drain properly and the yard is totally unusable due to the constant standing water. Worried about our foundation. No one has even come out to look at it yet.

I can’t say enough good things about our sales associate James and mortgage associate Chris absolutely great. House quality is good, not great, but good. I say only good because some items such as appliances and plumbing fixtures are downright cheap and of poor quality. Service after the sale is unacceptable. I reported problems on Feb 28 and no word on scheduling repairs and it’s now Apr 6. Stainless steel kitchen sink has rust stains after one week and Lennar won’t replace, they say it’s my fault. All in all I’m happy with my purchase, but there is MUCH need for improvement in customer care ...

We love the neighborhood, trails and play area. The house is okay, but it does lack quality. Several issues since move in and they are slow to get things resolved. Our customer service rep is nice but all around there is major lack of communication. Otherwise we love the home and floorplan, just wish quality was better.

Currently pre-construction items were not successfully updated and no one has gotten back to. Kitchen cabinet doors falling apart with only one month of use. Not happy with the amount of time they take in order to get back to you when issues are reported. On the other hand my sales person was amazing and always responsive. The mortgage and closing was a smooth transaction even when I had so many questions. They will always get back to me on a timely fashion even if it was after hours.

Trim, paint and other final details of the “completed” home showed almost zero quality control. Oversprayed paint, poor paint coverage, dented, dinged and warped door jambs and trim.

Lennar offered great designs, indeed beautiful houses, but not really impressed with details. From cleanliness to items not ready @ delivery, to customer support, many items were left unplug, uninstalled, open access to controls, lack of explanation on upgrades, the list is long. In my experience, there was lack of communication, customers deserve RESPECT for our commitment to our biggest investments of our lives, please DO BETTER for future home owners. Despite all complaints, I still love Tavola and my home elevation.

They did not meet move in dates. Walk thrus we’re a waste of time as nothing was completed. Now that we are here we sent in a list of repairs two weeks ago and have not heard from them. Not sure what the procedure is but two weeks and more is unacceptable. Joey in sales was very nice and did a great job. Waiting till all is done and we can start to enjoy our home.

My only concern is we are not receiving the garage door that we were promised when we sign the contract. The temporary door is unacceptable and not in good condition. They decided that we won’t be getting a new garage door- that will try to fix the existing dings and problem with the temporary door- this issue has made homeowners very unhappy including me. Hope they’ll revisit this problem and fix it so all the homeowners will have better respect for Lennar.

My sales person is the best experience we had with lennar Yatsira but the rest of process and workmanship and material really disappointed concrete finishes are horrible trim and caulking and paint are really bad the contractor only care about getting the job done with no quality so sad for all that money we paid
