Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

The buying experience was ok. However a lot of issues were found at the hike. Felt maybe the built was rushed. Had I known about issues of moving to Arden (new builds) address not uploaded, mails, having to call to have things fixed at the house. Internet issues. I would have gone somewhere else. Not happy. But making it work. My warranty for everything needs to be extended seriously.

I am delighted to share our experience. Quality is non-existent. Paint is so watered down it comes off on your hands and clothes. Every outlet cover is painted onto the wall. The floor tiles have never been cleaned. Electric kept popping the breakers. Response was there isn't anything wrong, you should plug your Keurig in elsewhere. In a house built for 2025? None sense. (We have had the breakers replaced and that circuit is fine, now.) After closing there has been little or no effort by Lennar. The service request system is cumbersome and almost useless. Walls not plumb and square. Flooring not square. Exterior walls bowded and sidding severely rippled. Soffit trim rippled nor square. Foundation wall pour is rough and one area whete the form had slipped out causing uneven wall. Garage floor, concrete chips are poping put.

A standard sedan cannot fit in the garage.

The experience with purchasing was not bad, however after moving in the heat was not working on the ground floor and it took them 5days to fix. My standard sedan cannot fit in the garage, what’s the purpose of a garage if it can’t fit a standard sedan?

I just bought a house in Georgetown TX from lennar. They promised internet that I have yet to receive. The floors are cheap and you can clean it enough, glue comes out on the floors. Inside cheap materials on countertops, cabinets. Not happy with lennar

I have never seen such a poor constructed home in my life. I spent a lot of money and didn’t even have towel racks. What house doesn’t come with basics. I have walls not to code. My backyard is full of boulders and nails and all kinds of stuff. The workers just threw whatever was dropped or wasted and covered it up with dirt. I have kids and though I have raked and raked trying to get all this mess up so any of us don’t step on nails but it’s a struggle. They are all great thru the buying process and then you realize what a mess .

It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Drywall and paint were absolutely horrible throughout the home. If builder rep would have walked the home prior to 1st walk with homeowner and address these issues then maybe this would have been a better home buying experience. Closing was moved up to morning with 2nd walk scheduled in afternoon after close. Many issues from 1st walk not fixed. After 2nd walk issues were turned over to Warranty division where I worked with Jude to get my list of items fixed. The house is so expensive and the materials used on the home is very low grade quality. I put a nail on the wall, it just moves without any resistance because there was no wood on the walls. I later discovered the walls are made of cartoons instead of wood. It's a very bad experience I have had. Everything is just falling off just 3 weeks of being in the home.

We just closed on our condo , we have so many issues from the poor general contractors hired they don’t care and it shows! I worked for a large builder and we would never deliver products like this to our client’s! I would have never purchased a Lennar property knowing this now! So sad we are still waiting on issues to be resolved

Unfortunately I have to say that I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the construction in general of my Townhome. I was very excited to get a Lennar home due to reputation in the Texas market ( I moved from Texas ) thinking I was getting a well made home. I am very disappointed, with quality house.. the floors leaking glue… don’t have wiring to my lanai light… cable running through my garden.. I spent already 10,000 just to make that little bit better.. my front door has quarter inch opening on the bottom.. wind and dust go through it make loud noise… Any those issues.. I discuss with manager …. Nobody care .. I talk to neighbors they have same problem if not worst.

The sales process went well. Good communication etc. on the other hand, Lennar support after closure is terrible. They do not promptly respond to issues nor take accountability of damages that you observe when you start living the house. I am still waiting for responses to several service requests. My impression is that they do not want to fix the issues.
