The disorganized nature of your closing process and miscommunication was unparalleled. Never had a more frustrating experience in my life. Unresponsive. Rude. Disorganized. Lack of knowledge etc. I could not get keys but finally a woman who was a manager took time 7am on a Sunday morning to let me in. She was really helpful, annd fantastic , and an exception the the rule.

Bought home at Lennar Huntersville NC, construction quality is below average, materials used cheapest.. Common Mail box is in front of house , but they assigned 2 blocks away so this is the sample example of them If you want to waste your.Money then buy many homes with Lennar

We bought a great retirement house!

The lennar staff is great . As for the quality of work done on house , poor quality on finishing and concrete . Most trim has big nail holes, broken pieces or poor patch work and even worse paint , if painted at all along the bottom trim, driveway has multiple cracks, chunks broken out, pitting , and exposed rock where finish wasn’t completed . This is a brand new construction build , things that should have been replaced were just attempted patch jobs . As for the Lvp floors, glue seeps through multiple seems throughout house, several planks are lifting and just left that way . Kitchen flooring deeply gouged and scratched. Between range and island . Final review will be based on if and when these issues are addressed and on what timeline they are fixed . Communication was not clear during the process. Had to chase down contacts. Continuous pushbacks with no explanation of why. Overall, I would not buy another home from the builder based on that part alone. I was so glad to be done with all reps in every process during the process. Nice home but stressful process to close. Not worth it

Beautiful location. However, we were disappointed with the quality of the product. Windows don't close properly, closet doors are not hung properly, Thermostat not functioning properly and dryer duct work not properly secured causing a leak. Lennar has responded and we are awaiting repairs.

Sales are very good. But 【Lennar Mortgage 】is very unprofessional！You should go to Google Maps and read the reviews, people are not happy with 【lennar Mortgage】！My salesman, Mr. Kristian Chanin, is a young, very polite, energetic, patient, and very professional . Like all quickly built homes... lots of little things need to be fixed/replace already. Nothing serious---all minor issues.

Employees did the best they could under completion pressure at year end. Magnified by hurricane and materials shortages. Recommend a customer service department independent of other departments for quality control of closing issues. I do not see any evidence of a local customer service department. Again, it's not the employees, its the large number of closings without a customer service department to handle preparation for a successful walkthrough at closing. Cost is minimal for change as other departments could focus on their priorities. Amazing how much goes into making such an great community just to allow low final customer service impressions at the end. ... More

Horrible quality. I regret everything. They told us SO MANY LIES. I feel like a lawsuit is in our near future.

House quality fell short. Building timeline was continually pushed back because of labor shortages. Over priced home with no input from consumer. Lennar took advantage of inventory shortage and watered down its brand for the sake of a dollar. I real shame.

Overall, good experience in buying my first house in California with the help of the sales from Lennar.

Lennar is too big and has lost sight of the customer. Homebuying processes were very difficult to navigate and communication from Lennar departments was seriously lacking and very frustrating. Pre-close walk-thru was very rushed and buyers are threatened if talk of delaying closing occurs...even when the home is not complete. Quality/workmanship is seriously lacking and below anything I've ever experienced; door-frames are not square (binding doors), cabinet doors are not straight/aligned, appliances don't work, and several other issues). I would never recommend a Lennar home to anyone and will purchase my next new-construction home from anyone but Lennar. ... More

My biggest disappointment is very poor communication, slow or no response to issues. Workmanship and materials are both mediocre.

we bought house in nov 21. we moved in and when raning for the first time we had a major leak. there are countless cosmetic issues including the paint surface not even a couple of very narrow trust bars a garage door that is not sealed and rodent precense inside the house. were also promised the inclusion of W/D which never happened.

The issues were resolved to my satisfaction , my rep was very responsive

The homebuying experience has been less than ideal. From putting in an offer on the house being told last minute that I can’t close due to a quote on quote SHA policy until my family member outlined the FHA guidelines did the sales team change their tune. The lender that was referred by Lennar again not great. I asked multiple times during the process for additional review of my good faith estimate, and was told I had to get back with the sales agent who never returned my emails. Chris who is on the construction side has been the only person to follow up and show any type of customer service. I did not close on my loan until November 30 after 10 PM after I demanded a mobile notary to come to my house due to the hick up with Lennar ‘s closing department. I was asked for the same document multiple times causing tons of stress for a newly divorced homeowner. The customer service with Lennar is by far the worst I’ve ever experience. This is my fifth home purchasing and I have never been treated so poorly the day of closing I did not even get the full experience as other homeowners with the red carpet roll out or even the banner and balloons. I notated the condition of my cabinets prior to moving into the house and here we are now at the end of January, and I’m being told my cabinets will not be fixed until May. The paneling of the cabinets are pilling off one of the actual doors is completely off the hinges, broken cabinetry in the kitchen and nothings been done to expedite this. Furthermore, I have not been able to hang up any clothes in my closet as my comply closet is completely broken and that was also outlined prior to closing. My backyard is a complete utter mess with holding water everywhere. I would like to have the great customer service. The other builders give their homeowners, however, I have not received that to date. ... More

The idea behind the new Reverie community was well thought out and achieved the goal the design team planned. The build quality is poor as there is not a straight wall in the home. For the dollar to delivered value Lennar was the real winner not the home buyer. Not really sure if it is even possible to purchase less quality materials. An excellent example is the guest bathroom shower stall and tub, a cheap fiberglass job with multiple fractures in the material. If I said you could see daylight from all corners of the front door would you believe me. The real challenge Lennar had with this home build was the quality of its sub contractors. Until Lennar can find and hire true professional teams to build these home they will be plagued by these problems. You will not hear from me again unless the foundation breaks as I have hired a team of contractors to straighten and rebuild this new Lennar home. ... More

I closed on October 28th. I still don't have the certified gold roof paper work for my insurance agent. I still don't have my signed completed paper work from the closing. The home was dusty and not prepared at time of closing. Get this... I'm a real estate agent who build his last 2 homes. I had to buy due to 1031 exchange.

I think Lennar should have a program where then can solely help with First time home buyers who know nothing about the ins and out of purchasing. This Corporation is so big one they could afford to have a program where they assist with first time home buyers step by step starting with any and all that is hidden in the fine print. From a choice of pant color to know whether your Front door opens in or out.
