The roads are so narrow when the construction team comes in they block my driveway and for som reason don't park alongside the cub near the house they are building! The junk yard in the back of my house is louder than I thought it was going to be.

Great workmanship and material. I only have concerns about how the backyard was slopped so water doesn't sit on the lawn. The lawn has eroded because the downspout drains 3 feet from the patio porch instead going all the way out of the yard. I can hear my neighbor going up and down the stairs. I can also smell when my neighbors smoke cigarettes; it moves through the vents. There is no natural sunlight that you get in the front of the house because of the design, no windows in front of the town-home.

Our House title was to be titled to our Trust. The information was given to the Lennar Salesperson. We learned after our closing, that our house deed was not titled to our Trust. We were told that the Salesperson left his position, abruptly, and left unfinished business. This caused considerable inconvenience and expense on our part.

Moved into our brand new house and eventhough all my issues, and there were many, (from sewer back up in plumbing, garage door stuck in open position, HVAC heat/cooling system not producing heat, toilet water leak, and water heater elements needing replacement) within the first three months of moving in. Not a pleasant experience.

Lennar delivered on time and communication was exceptional. The people working for Lennar are great and were very responsive to feedback and requests. The selections of materials are limited which I understand is why they stay on budget and on time but they are not wearing well showing use after less than 6 months. The quality of the cabinets, carpet and hardwood is low. There is little insulation in the house and the house lives very noisy with significant noise transfer from room to room and floor to floor. We love our view and the layout of the house is great but we would hesitate to ...

I gave the overall buying experience only 3 stars because the closing date was postponed several times. When the actual date arrived I was nervous about closing because there was still a long punch list of things that were not yet completed/corrected. But I'm glad we went through with the closing. The wonderful foreman and sales office make up for the sloppy workmanship.

For the most part was happy, my upgraded tile floor still looks very poorly done. Problem was not addressed properly and lennar refused to fix it properly

The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

Salesman Excellent! Disappointed that options were not offered. My previous home buying experiences offered other additional options like gutters, sprinklers, blinds, tankless water heater, etc. Nice to have some of these items offered as additional options rather than having to run around and gather those items on my own.

Tengo dos meses con la casa (nueva), aunque me gustó el diseño, la calidad de los materiales son muy baratos, incluyendo la cocina hecha de aglomerado, en el segundo piso tuvieron que hacer reparaciones ya que caminas y el sheathing hace ruido como su fuera una casa vieja, los baños pueden verse bonitos pero aun así los acabados son de baja calidad, el motor del aire acondicionado lo colocaron cerca de la sala y hace demasiado ruido, también llega el ruido a las recámaras que estan cerca del motor, no entiendo porque lo pusieron ahi... entregan sin pintar la cochera y en la parte de atrás sin ...

I feel it is too soon to rate the house. There has been a lot of issues with Lennar homes so we will see. I have had 2 issues so far and they did get resolved quickly. I love the area we are in and the house we chose. The approval process was a hassle. But Kimberly B in SC was amazing.

Plenty of short cuts, some of the workman ship pretty much money motivated, 3 max,for the price it's a decent deal, had to finish some of the issues by myself and not wait for the so called professional to respond, over all it wasn't as bad as someone else told me, good luck if you think it's nice in ready

We were disappointed in the quality of the cabinets and drawers. the upper cabinets cannot be opened together without creating damage. They are not deep enough by an inch and the drawers are very shallow as well. One outside hose bib is not enough. The website and final/actual inclusions are not consistent. The people were all great. It was very frustrating to have credit cards that I use for business get added to the home mortgage with my credit, debt to income ratio and 30% down. My realtor spent 3 hours on her hands and knees cleaning paint off of the floor.

Overall, the experience was not satisfactory. They are very rigid in their decisions, and nothing can be changed or modified before the closing, which is not acceptable. Even if you like a few items, there is a high chance you will not like others, yet you are forced to accept everything as it is. This makes the entire process feel like a waste of money. Additionally, they are not cooperative when it comes to correcting faulty work or mismatched items.

We were excited to purchase our new Lennar home, but a few issues made the experience far less smooth than expected. Just two days before our scheduled closing, Lennar informed us that the closing would need to be postponed for more than 30 days. This last-minute notice created a lot of stress and logistical problems that could have been avoided with proper communication. Everything felt very disorganized, starting with the salesperson, who was unprofessional. I always had to be the one to reach out, and even then, calls often went unanswered, or I had to leave several messages before getting a response. Another issue is that I had already paid the deposit on the closing day, yet they forgot to transfer the money to the home insurance company. Lennar homes are gorgeous homes and seem to be built well. Once we have been in the home for several months, we are finding more and more structural issues that were not caught by the builders nor the home inspections. While the use of the app to file the claim is effective, the timeliness of someone coming out to the house and having the issue 100% fixed is not efficient nor does it seem anyone is willing to act quickly in order for the issue to be repaired.
