Seems like they cut corners to hurry up job. No linen closet that was on plans. House wasnt clean when we moved in. Floors dirty garage not cleaned. Garage door step covered in mud. This is my 5th house and worst land scape job i have ever seen. Cut corners dead grass. Things just cheaply done. Problem with missing cables. Called lennar and they say not our problem. How could they do an inspection and not catch these things.

I want to start off with a few positives, the house is nice and spacious, the neighborhood looks and seems nice. (Still waiting on amenities). The home buying process for me was pretty awful. The sales agent was very attentive until I submitted an application. He did advise me that I’d hear from the loan officer the next morning (it was a Sunday, no big deal). After three days of not hearing from anyone, I began sending messages to the sales agent, and within the Lennar mortgage portal (I uploaded all of the required docs based on what was recommended within the application process). ...

We had an initial great experience with Lennar sales, however Lennar title was very difficult to work with upon closing. We were told we were to close on a Friday, however Lennar title did not see our money transfer from the sale of our previous home that was sent early in the day Friday until very late in the day and due to that we were unable to close. When we tried to contact them Friday afternoon for clarification there was no response or anyone we could speak with. Overall we are satisfied with our purchase but there have been some hiccups. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes so this is not a new experience for us. Very hard to get in touch with anyone for any questions, I called the concierge and was told will call back but when I called back to ask regarding the issues then no one pick up the phone. The construction team are great, very thorough walk through, but customer service team are very unhelpful, by the way I closed out my home a month ago and still don’t have a mailbox keys, and still waiting for someone to get back with me regarding because I can’t get in touch with anyone.

I was told and so was several other people that the mulch is included with the HOA and from what I’m reading from all of them is that that is not true!! that needs to be fixed… for a first time homebuyer as I had questions and reached out to Lynn and so forth in regards to certain things then yeah I didn’t get a call back!!

All staff from various departments were friendly but there were so many involved that no one seemed to know what the other departments were doing. All staff were responsive wmexcept for one concierge Hanah who often did not respond to requests. I joked with the manager that Lennar should be paying me a salary as I had to do so much work in coordinating staff between departments. It wasn’t at all seamless or efficient

The buying process was smooth and easy, but I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the home. We’ve run into several issues, especially with sand in the pipes, and were told this will always be a problem unless we install a filtration system—which isn’t exactly cheap. Honestly, that seems like something that should have been included from the start. On top of that, the carpet quality isn’t great, and one of the rooms has something melted into it, causing a bad odor. It’s been frustrating to deal with. I think the sales agent was nice but the process which I’m sure is trained feels rushed and forced. You are not allowed to review documents. It’s sign and make a down payment. Will not be my last purchase but will definitely use a realtor or attorney going forward. Same thing for ky walk thru. Never got to noir or green tape so refused to sign for the walk thru. 2nd round although I taped half the tape was still up and not touched up. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

The house was done on time and the transition through inspection and closing was smooth. Clean up around the house was terrible as trash and building materials were left laying around the house. The back patio was covered in nails and other debris that was just left. The people we worked with were great, but could have put more focus on giving us a clean and pet/family friendly yard.

House wasn’t ready for the walkthrough. Quality of the workmanship was not what I expected out of Lennar and with the price of the home. With a lot of community things got resolved. After the closing the whole process of getting house keys, mailbox keys, gate pass and getting everything changed into our names and learning all the process and multiple sites has been stressful. I feel things could be streamlined so the whole process is not so stressful with closing and moving.

I purchased a home Lennar. They did not pressure wash my driveway. They didn’t clean my yard after I purchased it. I had to ask them twice. The “free grass” I got is actually making me pay extra to get treated and my landscaper just told me I need to get all new grass. The HOA is asking me to get my yard treated

I’d paid 240,000 dollars for a home id expect a lawn to be finished. But no, Lennar only does half the lawn. It’s a bit ridiculous to be honest. On top of that the grass installed was installed dead. Nicks, dents and holes throughout the house.(partially on me though for not hiring my own inspector) Electrical issues from the jump. If you go with Lennar make sure your around for the whole project or just avoid it. The HOA is nice. The locations nice. Lennar…Ehh.

Sales in my opinion very poor. Was handed a list of homes and a house key and told go check them out and let me know if you want one. Construction purchased a finished inventory home. I walked the home 2weeks prior to my official walk thru and made a list of punch items. I gave this list to sales requesting it to be given to the construction team. The day of the walk thru none of the items had been addressed. Closing had to be moved 3 or 4 times. Had to reschedule movers twice, and they simply just didn't care.
