This is my 2nd Lennar home and the process was just like the 1st one, outstanding.

The Mortgage and Loan Dept were amazing and an easy process, thank you for this. After purchasing the model though. Different story, we have had many issues in the home, no one responds because it is the Model, and you buy "as is". You reach out and no response. Windows are not opening properly, Curtain rods have fallen out of the wall and dinged up the walls where they were hung and fell into. Doors dont close properly. There is a foul odor that we cannot figure out where it is coming from, many other issues that contradict the "buy a model, you get the best of the best" If this is the case... The house is beautiful and we are creating a sweet home, thank you so much for all support.

It is the worst I had experienced. They mis-represent items. They are not very responsive, When I have an issue, they won't get back to me until I kept calling or I will need the RE agent to contact them before they will get back to me. The closing process was terrible. The workmanship and the material are horrible. I will never ever buy a house from them again.

Very spacious and well built homes. My visitors always recommend the house and says they have never seen such a house. Good job lennar and trustbuilders.

I had a great experience with Lennar. The house was ready when they said it would be.

They have good and bad. I dealt with some great people in sales like Mike and hated finance past Christian that is. The mortgage process was good but also a headache for sure. But we are all in all happy. Great community with great families, events and great times

There have been several minor issues that have been resolved quickly. We paid too much for the house because the housing market was crazy when we signed our contract and we were on a waitlist for a while. Now there are several houses for sale right around us. Timing is everything in the housing market. The biggest complaint I have is standing water in our yard after the house next door was completed and water runs down into our yard and pools. The water doesn’t stay long enough for Lennar to consider it a warranty issue with the grading though, so I guess we will have to live with it and figure out some landscaping solutions. ... More

Materials were decent for this price point, but the quality of workmanship was sloppy in many places - unfortunately common in mass-produced homes in this area. There were quite a few things I had to fix on my own after moving in. The builder, warranty team, and trade partners are very slow to respond to issues. The only issue that was addressed in a timely manner was a gas leak due to the stove not being installed properly. Even then, it was a pain to reach a customer care rep and the plumbing company rep. Sales team was friendly and knowledgeable. Lennar Title rep was unresponsive and unable to be reached on my closing day and caused a delay (my realtor and settlement attorney both said that was very typical of her). ... More

This has been the worst experience of my life. I honestly would not encourage, suggest, or promote anyone I like, know or trust to purchase a Lennar home. The quality is subpar, the responsiveness to issues is next to never as far as the repair persons actually showing up. There is no flexibility with scheduling, I had to keep taking off work trying to get things repaired in a BRAND NEW HOUSE. NIGHTMARE.....RUN! I gave 1 stars to submit the review

We faced some challenges right off the bat with our first pick home getting sold, literally as we were signing our salesforce documents, however in the long run we got a much nicer house with better amenities for roughly $200 more a month. After that things went pretty smoothly right up until we had to start dealing with Lennar Finance. It was extremely frustrating having to upload the SAME requested documents MUTLIPLE times, receiving incorrect cash to close amounts, & trying to get ahold of people was like pulling teeth. Also, while dealing with finance, there were mistakes made with our master shower due to build plan changes & miscommunication with the builder/contractors which ended up pushing our close date back about a week. Once all of these challenges were worked through, we finally made it to closing & it was totally pain free experience.
