We had a great experience thru the purchase and closing process. Sales staff is very friendly and responsive. The Lennar Mortgage team was slow to respond and had rates higher than other lenders, and therefore were not used. Construction, appliances and finishes were of sub-par quality compared to other new construction in similar price ranges. Issues found during closing walk thru were not completed before closing and were thus sent to the warranty team which was initially slow to respond. I love the neighborhood and amenities, but wished there was more focus on quality vs speed to ...

We worked with Lennar for 3 Months just to find out we got approved for a loan 3 days before closing. Imagine not getting the loan and wasting 3 months of house hunting? When we were asked for documentation they were uploaded into the portal within hours. We were asked for those documents again days later as the representative wouldn’t be able to find it without me telling them where it was. This was not an easy process. My previous home purchase was seamless compared to this catastrophe.

The buying experience was a little frustrating due to being out of country and some of the sales staff was not super helpful. There has been has been a few warranty issues with tile work and the company sub-contracted with Lennar is slow to fix the issues. Love the neighborhood and looking forward to loving my house once issues have been fixed.

The neighborhood project manager was a 10 but the rest of the process was average. I realize we are dealing with Covid so I can look past the delays. However, I was disappointed with lack of options. I also think every house in the neighborhood looks the same. There is no variety of color or style. It makes it look cheap. We need more brick, stone, hardy board, richer colors to make it pop and not make our neighbors looks dated

Check every detail before accepting the house. Everything is NOT included. Many problems with the subcontractors' quality and workmanship. Lawns are especially rough.

Covid shortages seemed to affect some of the quality. Shortages on certain building items have shown up with the make-ups not fitting properly etc. They attempt to correct but product shortages continue and have hampered them.

The process is fast, but this tendency reduces quality. No buyers remorse, but be prepared to have to possibly deal with issues right after moving in to the home. For me it was replacement of the exterior water pressure backup spout, repairing a roof leak, and broken doorbell chime. I notice other minor things pointing to lower quality of work like crooked windows for example. But I am still happy with my purchase as any issue I encounter so far they do service eventually. I moved in 4 months ago.

We purchased 2 coach homes. Looks like Material cost inflation from the deposit date until closing on the 2nd property is resulting in using lower quality appliances ( dishwasher, etc) and dropping accessories such a ceiling fans, medicine cabinets, etc.

It's amazing the things you find out about the contract you signed quickly along with the Builder etc, etc, after you move in. The Realtor just wants to sell sell sell and the builder just wants to put up a house very quickly!!! They don't care if the doors line up or if the floors are level or if there is insulation in the roof. GET A HOME INSPECTION BEFORE MOVING IN!!!

fast and easy process. finish work is awful. We have wavy walls, trim doesn't match up, the corners of every wall look horrible and drywall screws popping out everywhere.

Repairs that needed to be completed prior to the "needed" review for the sales department were priority. Details that need correction post that review certainly take a back seat. Vendors do not like accountability

The Lennar Title Company was non-responsive to my questions, emails and calls. They assigned my closing to three different agents before finally closing. I requested the closing settlement statement several times before I received it. My closing was remote with no personal interaction with a human being. I only met a Title representative when I picked up my keys. The Title Company is over worked, poorly managed and inefficient.
