I love the covered back porches and Elizabeth location. The Salesperson was great despite not being impowered to make negotiations. Management above her was very slow to respond. Additionally, one item that we asked for them to address and they agreed to was never addressed. Now we have been in the house for a month we keep having issues with the lights falling and notice that floor creeks a lot. Viewing it from the basement it looks like a short cut was made and they will have to address it now as well.

Very poor communication from the sellers. The materials used for construction look and feel low quality. They should improve the materials they use. The complex does not have lighting, for the safety of the community this is something they should take into consideration.

My first home was with lennar it was an excellent experience. I keep referring to the friends. But the second Home at this new community Northlake, buying experience was not that great. They have cut down so many features from what they displayed on the model homes. When I asked the reps their constant response was "lennar has gone cheap". Yeah the quality is not that good compare to homes built back in 2018. This home is not properly insulated. I can hear the voices from the downstairs to upstairs and one room to another rooms. My home buying process had its ups and downs, but overall, I’m happy with my new home. The initial phase went smoothly, thanks to Tara M. She handled everything from the site tour to executing the contract with professionalism and ease. The sale staff was nice to deal with However, the quality of the products is not . The construction Materials used are very ship. I was expecting more. For the money that I paid, and when something is reported to the guarantee company and they put so many excuses. Exemple: I called the guarantee because the Garage floor is cracking and they said that it is not covered by the warranty. It happened when I had 2 weeks leaving in the house. No doubt so sheap materials.

First, I never saw my sales rep and in my opinion it just felt like and we were treated like we were just another sale for him (his name is Michael). he wasn’t even there when it was the day to get the keys.. so we actually never saw him except for briefly when touring the homes. I don’t think that’s a great first time home buyers experience to not have established a good relationship with your sales rep and have them not be present for anything. I really like the design and construction of our home. My problems started when we were rushed to have closing before the end of their quarter. Lennar would not let us settle after the end of November, as that is the end of their quarter. Made closing more stressful than it had to be. There were a couple of design changes, nothing to major, that we were not told about until seeing them and asking Lennar about it. Purchase experience was good but the quality of workmanship is not up to the Lennar standards as per my expectations. It appeared the tradesmen rushed through the job with so many abnormalities. I can see the coverup made and finishing job is not good at all. We see abnormalities in every room of the house and it feels disappointing to see so much money spent for a mediocre job.

Lennar Mortgage issued a e check refund after closing. It's been a month and a half, 3 attempts a BOA and one at our bank and can't cash the check. Lennar process is smooth but the agent we worked was not helpful , she dont have information on the community and even after we asked her to check about specific issue(dog park existing ) she took a day and informed there is no such thing adjacent to our home. The water heater is placed in the living room and there were two leaks and flooded my living room. This is a very bad design by Lennar. Not to mention the water heater makes loud noise and can be heard up stairs. Some of my neighbors have the same issues with the water heater.

Our construction Manager, Macki is amazing! Everything else has been so-so... We have had a normal amount of "new construction" issues and our construction manager is always on top of it and doing everything she can to get it fixed but the folks that are "fixing" the issue are not really fixing the issue, just trying to cover up. It is extremely frustrating. There are a lot of things that could look way better if they were just fixed correctly the first time. The salesperson was accurate, helpful, and honest, but the mortgage person was not sincere and changed terms after they committed us. We informed the salesperson about the situation, but nothing happened. We were led to believe specific terms or conditions were being offered when we decided to purchase the house. However, after committing, it seems those terms have changed, which feels dishonest to us.

Everyone I came across in the Lennar world was nice except for the insurance people from Lennar Insurance. They were rude and incompetent. Plans showed a long main bath counter but came w a small one. Lennar made no effort to correct the mistake, except told me they would let me back out of the contract without fault. They claim it was a marketing mistake. Then they continued to show the incorrect plan for the new home. It was very disappointing during a time that was supposed to be exciting. Lennar Mortgage was great though. And it’s a home I could actually afford, so I can’t complain too much.

Gerry my Lennar rep was very responsive and helpful even with a follow up call to ensure McCrea, HVAC company, was thorough and complete. Unfortunately, with design flaws in the system it will be loud and inefficient to service the home in winter or summer. Gerry later called back to provide all my paint colors since they were not in my closing packet. I certainly can tell Gerry is committed to his clients.

We fell in love with the model home we toured - it was beautiful, we loved the neighborhood, and it felt like the right move for our family. Everyone in sales was helpful and responsive, and we got the ball rolling fairly quickly. Then our "concierge" Kimberly became our first contact and she was extremely difficult to work with.
