Responsive with minor issues/questions resolved quickly.

Two months dealing with breaker issue in bedrooms, still not resolved. Losing power every week once they think it is corrected. Large ant hills around property, now my issue to deal with, HOA too restrictive on storm team colors, making us use very dark brown on White House’s, HOA using my wrong email address on denial letter, now asking for another month to review colors they are making me use. Just too difficult for the price of this house.

It is one of the best residential complex construction companies in America.

This homebuying experience for me was positive and seamless. It takes a village to complete all the processes necessary to close a transaction when buying a home. This company has it together regardless of which phase of the buy you are traversing through.

Nobody should have to spend their first week dealing with sewage issues, leaks in bedroom walls or non working appliances. Your first week should be filled with happiness and joy. I understand 1 item but multiple is unacceptable. Other homes in the development have had similar problems. Where Lennar shines is post customer service. They took care of the problems immediately and for that I am greatful to the people who resolved them. Would I buy another Lennar home? Absolutely not.

Everyone who played a part in the purchase of our home was Amazing and so nice and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Our overall experience was very good, there were some issues that were not appropriately resolved without a struggle and that is unfortunate. We really had to work hard to get Lennar to do the right thing with some Warranty repairs.

Cheryl is the BEST! She was fast and patient addressing all questions, concerns and needs. A big help with information we needed to have additional work done after closing.

Overall the buying experience was good. There were a lot of emails that could be consolidated to avoid confusion during the buying process. The one issue we are having is, since we bought a model home, many of the options purchased are not standard and therefore repairs do not get completed in a timely fashion.

We had a great experience purchasing our first home with Lennar. We're very happy with the quality received. We had great interactions with every employee we worked with along the way.

Overall great experience ran into a few problems like front door getting stuck after a raining day over all living the neighborhood. So peaceful and quiet.

Finance was a nightmare, constantky saying one last thing. Then workmanship is shotty, some things caught before clising that they said they would fix. THEY LIED! DON'T TRUST. NASTY PEOPLE. Can't wait for Karma to pay them a visit.

Things discovered in walkthrough were not fixed in final walkthrough. It was dirty and there was urine in our sump pump. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m so exhausted and stressed with the entire experience I’m sick of talking about it and would rather not relive it.

We had a great Lennar team, from sales, inspection, to lending. Everyone was very helpful and communicated well. Seth, Gabriel, Nic and Jonadab were especially helpful!

As a first time homebuyer I like that everything I wanted was included in the home. I did not have to purchase any appliances or countertops. Everything was modern and the color scheme I was looking for. I love that the models I was shown all had open layouts. I had the opportunity to work with a great sales consultant and lender. My LENNAR team was always available and very prompt when I had questions or concerns.

The home buying experience itself was smooth honestly quick and easy. Brin, Logan, and Patti made things worth while. walking me through everything. Patti especially explaining things through the loan process and helping me negate things really helped. The lower Star reviews was honestly due to the builders and how things went wrong three days after I moved into my home even through the hectic and horrible issues. Brian made that process a lot better as well because he was very genuine and upfront with things and showed that he really cared the whole time in the whole process through everything getting taken care of while we were in a hotel overall Lennar has taken care of things ... From the initial visit we felt the experience was going to be smooth and we were correct. Choosing the floorplan was easy for us but we had no idea what to expect about the rest of the process. Between our realtor and the homebuilder, we were happy with the journey to today: Being a Lennar owner for almost 2 months. We recommend you consider Lennar as your builder.
