Please have someone from customer service contact us, we have been struggling with fixing the open items. We have had our replacement cabinets on order for 4 plus months. We have a leaky faucet that has been reported 5 times or more. Need an important person to contact us. Our out side electrical panel needs replaced. All items reported since original report.

The purchase of my home from Lennar on the beginning was great. Lennar’s agent Tina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the home and what was included. Dealing with the construction ma abet Matt was also great during the building process. We were delayed in closing and he kept us informed on the delays. I have now been in the house for four months with things still left from the original walk through on closing the response time in getting things repaired is unacceptable there is no communication between the department and us and one point contractors just showed up to the house at 8am. They have tried repairing the stucco on the house 3 times and still looks horrible. I realize this is not Lennar’s teams but they need to hold their contractors responsible. The workmanship was lacking a lot. Flooring tiles uneven throughout. Dry wall was not even and to many of the screws were not covered. Garage floor was not troweled properly.

I still have open issues, its small repair stuff but never got addressed.

Too many problems in the home and long wait period to get them fixed.

Not a top quality builder in my opinion. Many issues with unfinished work even though this was a Move-In Ready Home. Hard to get things finished or fixed in a timely manner. Construction manager very unreliable and unresponsive.

It looks like this house was built by apprentices, none of the walls are straight and none of the windows are squared, the entire wall shakes when the door closes, the floor planks keep popping out of place and I've been told to use a soft hammer every time it happens, the last tech pour glue in the seems lol, true. The backyard is terrible uneven and worst is pitching towards the house all around. Service request is handled by a computer and after you request you need to do a virtual appointment to confirm if you are telling the truth I guess.

Lennar reps for construction are horrible to respond to issues. I moved in and the final walk through (the same day as closing), 2 hours before, there is issues in the house that was not fixed that I was promised would be fixed. The paint and touch ups on the wall were not fixed, I have a broken cabinet that I was told someone would be out to “temporarily fix” which was to Caulk it and I’d be placed in the system as a potential cabinet replacement if it’s not up to standard and that we would be in touch.. This was on 3/16 the day I closed. And I have yet to hear back no matter how many times I call or text the managers cell phone. There is flooring that is chipped underneath the rug by the entrance door. I notified the same guy at the same time about the flooring. Same thing, we would have that scheduled for it to be fixed. The front door seal is already falling apart. Overall, I do not think I will buy another house from Lennar. I use to love the houses that were made, but it’s clear that it’s simply cheap and well over priced for the sq footage especially the quality of work done. Not to mention, I’m not allowed to put a fence in the easement but Lennars landscape company is allowed to plant a tree over it. The buying process and deal was competitive. However construction quality was poor, and warranty didn’t support reported genuine construction quality issues. For example, kitchen countertops is just 2 cm thick, and developed cracks within 11 months with normal usage. However warranty didn’t cover it. Most caulking got cracked and pilled off within 10 months, but not supported by warranty requests.

For the money you pay for these homes and for YOUR home, they are poorly made. They use the cheapest material and do the poorest way out. As was told by someone whom helps build the community, they have a curtain amount of money per house. Whenever the money for that house is out, then that’s how the house stays. Also, they are in a pinch in every house building because they need to move on to the next house. It is sad that these builders and big names-rip innocent people off. Don’t get me wrong, we love our home because it’s our home. But the walk through definitely is so opposite than when you move in. The walk through is in a day, a hour or two max. Not daily. So the home owner doesn’t get to see the issues within the house. Once you are in and bring up the issues with less than a month to less than 3 months, the manager/warranty manager doesn’t want to admit fault. Does not want to see the issues. Plain and simple, does not take criticism well. You have to practically fight for what is right. Then you have people within the construction team come out and they tell you they are going to fix the issue and they see the problem. Just to walk outside and then we get a call from the warranty manager- we can do this (of course- the lazy way out) but cannot do this. This is the warranty managers answer to everything. When it comes to the construction of your home and the workers, it’s like Buyers Beware! Again, we love our home and all the people that made it possible, but the construction and the managers are a complete joke! They take nothing serious. Just want the laziest way out. Don’t waste their time because our time and concerns fall short to their liking! Excuses after excuses!! quality materials is very low quality

Had a major water leak the 2nd day after moving in. The drywall, cabinets baseboard and kitchen floor had to be replaced. Lot of air leaks makes the house uninhabitable on cold days..

These Lennar people build very bad quality houses which is honestly fine with the one year warranty covering everything in the house but the catch is that they will give you a runaround and never help you out so then you’re stuck over paying for a crappy house

You should know the experience of buying the home was smooth and easy. But after moving in we have had several major issues including cement steps that were not within code and having the included washing machine and dryer shaking the house so much many of our rooms have cracks in the seams in the ceiling and in the corners. Lennar states everything is structurally sound, but we have now involved a lawyer and other neighbors who are also experiencing this. A once dream experience is quickly becoming a mistake

The buying experience was ok. However a lot of issues were found at the hike. Felt maybe the built was rushed. Had I known about issues of moving to Arden (new builds) address not uploaded, mails, having to call to have things fixed at the house. Internet issues. I would have gone somewhere else. Not happy. But making it work. My warranty for everything needs to be extended seriously.

I am delighted to share our experience. Quality is non-existent. Paint is so watered down it comes off on your hands and clothes. Every outlet cover is painted onto the wall. The floor tiles have never been cleaned. Electric kept popping the breakers. Response was there isn't anything wrong, you should plug your Keurig in elsewhere. In a house built for 2025? None sense. (We have had the breakers replaced and that circuit is fine, now.) After closing there has been little or no effort by Lennar. The service request system is cumbersome and almost useless. There are no drawers in either bathroom also no towel bars. Half shelves in the lower kitchen cabinets. Several tiles need to be replaced. Grout drippings are all over, door hinge screws missing, every door bottom looks like they have been dropped, scratches in the very low-quality stainless sink. Roof tiles flapping in the wind. Scratches on the "granite" counters. The list goes on. Stucco around the doorbell, the entryway door lock’s finish is coming off, caulking around the base of the entryway door has come off, window frame on the front bedroom is loose. Paint dribbles everywhere. The pantry shelves have huge blobs where paint has dripped into blobs about the size of a quarter on every shelf. Shall I go on? ... More

Walls not plumb and square. Flooring not square. Exterior walls bowded and sidding severely rippled. Soffit trim rippled nor square. Foundation wall pour is rough and one area whete the form had slipped out causing uneven wall. Garage floor, concrete chips are poping put.

The experience with purchasing was not bad, however after moving in the heat was not working on the ground floor and it took them 5days to fix. My standard sedan cannot fit in the garage, what’s the purpose of a garage if it can’t fit a standard sedan?

I just bought a house in Georgetown TX from lennar. They promised internet that I have yet to receive. The floors are cheap and you can clean it enough, glue comes out on the floors. Inside cheap materials on countertops, cabinets. Not happy with lennar

I have never seen such a poor constructed home in my life. I spent a lot of money and didn’t even have towel racks. What house doesn’t come with basics. I have walls not to code. My backyard is full of boulders and nails and all kinds of stuff. The workers just threw whatever was dropped or wasted and covered it up with dirt. I have kids and though I have raked and raked trying to get all this mess up so any of us don’t step on nails but it’s a struggle. They are all great thru the buying process and then you realize what a mess .

It was very difficult working with Michelle to be honest. This is our second home and there is no comparison with how great tri point was with purchasing and any issues we have had. There are some things that we went through with Brian during the walk through who was great, however when michelle handled our second walk through she was very dismissive and inattentive to our concerns. Anyway we addressed was a straight no without looking further to the issues. Our dishwasher was broken inside- the parts are unattached, the whole dishwasher can be removed it was never properly assembled and when we addressed this her response was we have to reach out to GE as it was not brought forward during our walk through- how would we know to run the dishwasher during our walk through Also other concerns and issues we have had it seems like the other representatives like Corina and Brian at least attempted but Michelle was just very frustrating rude and inattentive to deal with which did not make our experience pleasant. ... Drywall and paint were absolutely horrible throughout the home. If builder rep would have walked the home prior to 1st walk with homeowner and address these issues then maybe this would have been a better home buying experience. Closing was moved up to morning with 2nd walk scheduled in afternoon after close. Many issues from 1st walk not fixed. After 2nd walk issues were turned over to Warranty division where I worked with Jude to get my list of items fixed. I got tired of being told some of the paint items were “homeowner maintenance” issues. Same items not fixed from 1st walk, HAHA…..homeowner maintenance issues. A warrning to future Lennar buyers, delay your closing u til every single item on your inspection and all items from both walks are repaired. DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD that these will be addressed. Delay the closing and upper level Lennar folks will put pressure to get things repaired. Right now, there is ZERO accountability at the neighborhood level. NONE ... More

The house is so expensive and the materials used on the home is very low grade quality. I put a nail on the wall, it just moves without any resistance because there was no wood on the walls. I later discovered the walls are made of cartoons instead of wood. It's a very bad experience I have had. Everything is just falling off just 3 weeks of being in the home.
