As it was a new house, There is a lot of details they I as a customer did not see on the walk dates, as soon as i wanted to inform about the issues, Lennar team was not helpful to attend or fix these issues, not only myself. some neighbors have had many issues as well, it looks like they wanted to build fast and not taking care of the quality. I'm sorry for myself that I already purchased and not have the chance to buy somewhere else.

I went through a realtor which was a BIG mistake. Because of doing this I did not get to pick any countertops ,fixtures and flooring. I also did not find out anything about the neighborhood like are there going to be ant parks for children,dogs and for everyone to sit in and meet other people in the neighborhood. Also I would have found out that gutters are not put on in the back of your townhome and neither is a patio and to put one in can be quite an issue with the association here.

A few staff made the after purchase activities a traumatic and stressful situation. The house is okay but know the model houses are upgraded and made very nicely. Your house will not look the same and the quality of the work does not compare to the one provided to the model houses.

Well I have good and bad to say. 1. I was told my lot size was much bigger than the reality came to be. When I confronted them about this they just said they made a mistake and did nothing about it, they admitted their mistake. Two people within Lennar has admitted this error. 2. The area between the sidewalk and road has been in standing water since July 8 and it is now Sept. 9th. They finally started looking at the issue but it has not been solved. We paid extra $27000 for the view because we live uphill. Now the house behind us block our view. Very disappointing. If we had known that our view had been block, we would not buy this house.

We chose Lennar over other builders in the area for a few reasons. We loved the upgrades and features that came with the home, the larger lot size, and community. Since moving in we have had numerous warranty issues that have had zero follow up on. Our back yard is completely flooded from poor landscaping. All of the sod we paid for is ruined. In addition our houses is the only house without trim painted. We have been told that is “the way we planned it” but the house looks incomplete. Seller doesn’t care about you the second paperwork is signed. Lender is not very clear about the closing process. Triple and quadruple check the loan paperwork because there potentially are many mistakes in it that you will make decisions based upon then they change it and blame you for not noticing. They love to mention the purchase agreement you signed so make sure that is perfect before you sign. Over priced for the quality of the craftsmanship. Sod is put in haphazardly with many gaps. This was my 3rd Lennar home purchased. Sales team was great, had 3 walk thru and still incomplete. (Just did the problems myself). The building team needs improvement. My other 2 Lennar homes where fantastic and was treated very well. I have pics from the 3rd party inspector that will shock you. Thanks for listening.

It was an average experience the whole way through. Throughout the process plan to experience slow response time to questions you may have and since there are several people working with you it will take longer to find the right person to actually the question. Problems due get fixed and questions will get answered it just takes longer than expected. Interior and finishes are fair. You can tell some install and items were rushed and quality is not the best. Overall it is good price for the size of home.

I've had to call a repair person out 3x. Where both toilets were not tightened. The dryer wasn't connected. Still haven't filled in the holes in the cement for the driveway.

Even though we did a walk through on the home most of the items on the list really didn’t get fixed. I’m pretty sure the paint in the home is only primer. You can not wipe down the walls at all or the “paint” wipes right off. The finish work in the home I would give 5/5. Most of the joints in the finish carpentry do not line up and nails holes are partially filled. Basically if I ever want to be able to wipe my walls clean if they get dirty I’m going to need to pay a painter to actually come in and use a quality paint that is able to be wiped off. The buying experience was fine. The actual home is very disappointing. We have been living in the community for two months and have had to submit seven different requests for repairs (on a new home)! The repair request process is not very efficient. You submit the request which include pictures of the issue, they send an email for you to schedule a virtual visit (which is a waste of time because you already sent photos of the issue). At first Lennar seems like a great company to work with. That quickly disappears once they have you under contract. They expect everything under the sun from you at a moments notice. Yet, when you have questions or concerns they take their sweet time. There were a lot of small issues we found during our new home orientation. They had 8 days to fix them yet most of them were “fixed” during the final walkthrough. We are mostly happy with our home but I would not recommend Lennar to anyone. It was a stressful experience.

Overall quality is OK, but we had some bad experience with HVAC Furnace keep on troubling after closing and delivered bad quality of Landscaping while closing the home, no proper caring of the Landscaping by Lennar homes, and also observed some electrical ceiling lights design issues, even not addressed by Lennar, Lennar team is responding well before closing, once closed your home, construction team is not that much of responsiveness with home buyer. so i had mixed feeling of home buying experience with Lennar. Thanks!

Michael was our sales person. Amazing experience. Professional and accurate execution. Lennar Mortage…was almost perfect but they didn’t pay all of the HOA yet so we are having to be the middle man for it. Warranty after the buy…big ZERO.
