I am sorry but this house was put together way too quick where the quality of the work was less than professional. To have my Construction Supervisor ignore my realtor and myself with question speaks volumes after the closing. I have had great luck with the warranty representative helping me remedy the issues I have encountered in the house along with workers who are part of the repairs. I have been here over a month and still getting my list of issues taken care of.

Communication is key, we had some and then we didn’t. Although the process of providing paperwork was painful, it got done. As a veteran, there should be more support on the process on getting you tax exemptions submitted. After purchase, I want to commend Travis who has made the post sale awesome. Always ready to help resolve issues that come up. You should do something for him. A raise,or promotion?

We bought our Lennar home recently, we did the blue tape walk through yet most of what we taped off was never taken care of. We were told that the paint on our windows would be gone as well and that we would get the extra screens we were missing which didn’t happen until recently paint still there and the screens don’t fit. We have had some issues with the way our laundry closet was set up by the builders we put in a ticket and the plumber who came out flat out said he wouldn’t take care of it even though it was their company that messed it up. I had two significant plumbing leaks after moving in. Customer service was very responsive but it was especially inconvenient to have contractors in and out of home for over three weeks for repairs. That was in addition to basic paint/cabinet repairs to address poor workmanship. I was expecting better quality for the price.

Over all I am disappointed with the experience so far. There has been little to no communication regarding the outstanding items. Many of our neighbors are all so frustrated with the lack of progress and communication. There seems to be more emphasis on starting a home than finishing it. There is garbage all over from construction, I was picking it up but after several black trash bags a week I am done picking up after the construction crews. We (us and neighbors) are very concerned about how the area will look when and if they get it complete.

Sales person was difficult to get a hold of and the process was a bit chaotic especially at the end. Wish things were a little more customizable, like adding a walk in/stone shower, a covered back patio, different backsplash choices etc. Those options are VERY limited but for the price we got more home than with other builders. Overall happy with the home and Lennar has been responsive to a few issues that have popped up since we moved in.

We overall like Monroe Parke and our new townhouse. We had quite a few issues before moving in and after (paint was sub par with lots of missed areas). The major issue was the rain that leaked into my office. It was a pretty big deal and even now, I don't know if there's already damage done. I wish the development has more open space, park, field space. Not much outdoor space considering this is a new development and built in an open field.

Our customer service experience has been disappointing. The home was not clean when we did our walkthrough nor was it clean when we signed off although we were promised it would be. The floors were covered with dust and dirt and paint spots throughout when we moved in. We had to call our customer service rep - he never responded. After reaching out that evening and including Donnie, he responded first thing the next morning and he himself came over to inspect the situation. I absolutely love my tiny home! Of course there will always be issues because it’s a new build. Just a few things… 1. The fire alarms are way too high to reach even with a ladder. My father got up on a ladder and he could barely touch the one in the living room. 2. I love the lighting in the house however can’t reach them to replace the bulbs and apparently I have to rent a certain tool to take off the cover so I can replace the light bulb. 3. Overall I wouldn't recommend a Lennar community to others. You are inundated with so many different people during the buying and closing process, who knows who anyone is and why are there so many different titled people to handle this process. They don't all communicate together and it shouldn't be my job solely to keep everyone up to date, especially if I'm not receiving answers for issues. This may summarize the overall experience; 15 minutes on my way to closing, I got a call stating "not to arrive to the office because they were not ready for us yet"... I was told by the lady who showed us the house that the solar system was included with the house (which was not) and eventually cost us is a bit over $5,000 from incentives that we couldn't get because the lack of information between all involved during the sale who failed to guide us, even though that we explicitly stated several times our willingness to purchase the solar system. I felt like there was a lack of communication between title company and construction manager, and sales person, I was off and left wondering who was going to contact me regarding closing and final walk-through. Title company had me closing before final walk-through.

Most materials and products are nice, not typical builder grade. Much of the craftsmanship is also well done. In our house the prep on the millwork was very poor, not the same as in the model homes. Many repair attempts were poorly executed. Unfortunately it is a poor representation of the rest of the house however it is highly visible and runs through the entire home. Please know when you buy a smart home from them you will be setting up 95% of it without anyone's help from Lennar. They just want you to put down the deposit for your home and once that happens they completely stop trying or caring. I was told by an employee actually that Lennar is cheap. However, I love my house. They did a really good job with it overall, but please don't be fooled by the glamour of your house because nothing is what it seems with them with their rude employees.

Builder is pushing out the work without any quality control. Sub contractors do poor work then they have to come back and repair causing more problems

I would not transfer any funds into escrow account until all the punch list is done. Once you transfer funds they will close on the property, by transferring funds you give them the right to close read your contract closely. there only goal is to meet the closing dates. Then anything that needs to be done goes into warranty work. They have been moving along on the list of things that need to be done most of that is from poor sub contractor work.

We purchased for our elderly parents so they could be close to a pool and work out area. From what i understand, the pool area will never be complete. How could you sell these condos to people expecting a life style they cannot live. Especially the elderly. The ring had to be replaced and now we find the back door does not lock so they leave it open. i am sure this will not get published.
