My Lennar management team recommended a realtor group to me for selling my property. Shortly after I interviewed and agreed to work with them to sell my home, I was blindsided by that realty group being added to my Lennar contract. Through the seven months of attempting to sell my home with this recommended realtor group, I had an absolutely horrible experience with delayed or no responses, minimal efforts or outreach to sell. I wanted to fire them, but Lennar, without discussion or consent, added them to my purchase contract as my realtors, tiring my hands. Finally, post closing, the same realtors who should be guiding me through warranty, walkthrough(they completed because I was deployed), discrepancies and hoa questions, are nowhere to be found. Lennar gave me as much incentives and moved mountains for me to close, but the experience with the underhanded realtor group attached to my contract caused my property to not sell and me to close under duress and financial strains. Overall, my experience purchasing a home from Lennar was good. The buying process was straightforward, and the sales team was professional and helpful during the contract and closing stages. The home has a modern layout and finishes, which we really like. As with most new construction homes, there were a few minor issues after move-in, but the warranty team worked in a reasonable amount of time to address them. I would recommend that buyers take their time during the final walkthrough to make sure any small items are noted. We made a big move from Central New York to Florida in the middle of the winter and we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome of our new home. The cherry on top is the fun pool and every evening with a beautiful sunset. Thank you from my realtor to the salesman and everybody else in between to make this happen.

Very thorough process when buying a new build home. Very understandable. Learned a lot ,watched it being built in the late stages . The Lennar builder inspector was great,showing us everything we to know.

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.

I love Lennar house

We were always curious about Lennar and their workmanship, especially considering how many things they include with the purchase of their homes, almost as if they try to cover their behinds with flashy objects. But thankfully this is not the case! From start to finish it was a great experience, easy to work with, great quality, and we are very happy with our new home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!

Home purchasing was easy - my sales agent did a great job. However the quality of the house turns to be below the code standards, the project manager who came for walk through was lost in his own world saying very blue tape is as per the code standards.

When we had a question we received quick responses in a majority of the cases and again, the quality of the home and the complimentary garage floor coating was greatly appreciated - it's beautiful. One thing I wish Lennar offered was providing optional add-on features for such things as plantation shutters, ceiling fans and lights as well as having quality paints used instead of the Pure White super flat that comes off by merely rubbing your finger across it. Spraying an empty house with flat white is quick and cheap but not a quality solution.

Fast and easy. Nice neighborhood

We looked at Lennar with the intention of buying one of the houses, when the Lennar realtor couldn't make it happen (she was new); our realtor suggested the townhomes and we lucked out! The mortgage guy Wes and the title person Erin were great - patient and so helpful! The GC Ryan and the Justin the warranty guy have been trembdous! Quick to respond to our issues (which have been minimal) and so very very helpful. They don't blame anyone they just solve the issue! Our only wish was that the Lennar realtor had been able to get into a house across the street!

Fist i would like to say i love my home and are very happy here. But the start of the buying was a bit rough. I understood i had the house with the first guy then another guy got involved and stopped everything which caused a problem with my cash transfer then ended up with a different girl finished the sale. But all ended well (did cost me a couple of thousand with a-bb and flight)

Overall good experience. Timeliness in responses was good

Lots of issues that the CM could have caught before final walkthrough. Planting dead trees in the backyard and tried to convince us it is alive and well. Poor painting, lazy finish. Contractors parking all over streets. Garbage left behind daily from contractors. Rude follow up when needed repairs or assistance. Overall I’d never buy with Lennar again after this experience. It was extremely stressful after closing and it just didn’t need to be.

Great home in a quiet and growing community. The house is brand new with a modern kitchen, open layout, and plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is clean and family-friendly, with good schools nearby and nice community amenities. The screened lanai is a great bonus for relaxing outside. The only downside is that it’s a townhouse with a shared wall and HOA fees, but overall it’s a very good option for a new home in St. Augustine at this price point.

I strongly recommend Lennar Homes for your next home purchase.

It was tough but thank God we sailed through and we were able to harmonized all grey areas. Wonderful experience

After closing was a disaster, disappointing, the house was not cleaned. Mud on floor and dirty hand prints seen.. Was not like that before during the walk- through.

Lennar home is a good value for the money. Workmanship is decent. Some minor issues but no major complaints.

I found buying a Lennar home to be an easy and friendly experience. Robert was very easy to work with and always available to answer questions or show me the home-again.

Awful home buying experience

This whole experience has been very impactful. Terri was the representative worked very hard and diligently at every stage even far after the closing to make sure I was all set and taken care of. This experience far exceeded my expectations. The builder produced an amazing house as well.

I have not had a good experience at all. First they will send a very strick/condescending message that this has to be done in a week - this and that. When on says I will back off, they become very polite again. They push and force their lending agency. The Lennar title add some bloated changes the day of closing and then called a week later for some other bloated charge that they wanted to collect more. So, overall I feel I cannot trust them.
