The experience in the purchase with the sales team was good, friendly and easy, but the defects and problems inside the house due to the poor finish was very bad, we arrived a month and 20 days from the closing and we still have many unsolved problems , I thought that buying from a company like Lennar with such prestige in the market we were going to be fine, but it was not like that

Not at all happy at the moment with Lennar!! Hopefully , the issues with our home purchase , which are many are resolved in a reasonable amount of time..

Buying from Lennar has been a positive experience. The design is modern, functional and lots of space. If I was to suggest any improvement it will be the following: better quality appliance package, go the extra mile and finish the garage, change paint supplier and last offer the option of installing blinds.

Buying process is very convenient and the sale team is always ready to cooperate. Syed

I have smoke alarms constantly going off. I need someone to address this asap! I have reached out to the contractor with no help!

You have a very good product, but the customer experience has been worse than terrible. You have demonstrated no interest at all in the concerns and challenges that your clients might have and you expect all flexibility to change things on your side, but are not willing to give any flexibility to your client.

The only issues I had with the complete experience was with the mortgage people and their under writers. The mortgage staff were not that responsive and could have cost me a lot extra money by not paying attention to the market and how the interest rate was going up. I would hope that their job was to help people get the best rate and to watch what was happening and advise the buyer to lock in sooner then they did. The sales team and all the construction managers who work on the site have been excellent and are a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Lennar Our home was completed in a timely manner considering the material shortage and we had a wonderful construction manager Ron who kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any questions we may have had. We moved here like so many others from out of state and could not have gotten through it all without all of the resources offered to us by Lennar. Closing was completed in such an organized and professional manner and the title company was beyond compare and JJ and her team worked relentlessly to help us through the process via the extensive extremely professional Lennar Track portal system, emails, texts and phone calls and honestly the communication was remarkable. We are loving our new home down here in beautiful sunny Florida and are so happy we chose Lennar!! ... More

Pretty good experience. We are upgrading a couples items in the home.

If you are looking in the 55+ category you should check out a Lennar community. We starting by chatting with Ekaterina who explained all the model options and communities beforehand so we knew which community in PA to focus on. We made our appointment with Brighid who was patient, efficient and showed us great models in Meadows at Hillview to select from. Brighid communicates every step of the way and was a pleasure to deal with. Each home comes complete with a good variety of upgrades included. Some developers nickel & dime you for everything including outlets, tile and hardwoods but not Lennar. The whole buying process was automated and there even is Lennar Mortgage with great mortgage rates & terms. Better hurry there almost 1/2 way done with building these cape cod style homes here. We also met Cheryl on the day of our closing who was great as well and helped us with some last minute details. Lastly you’ll also enjoy and appreciate your construction team-Chris & Joe for added insight and understanding of your new home. I was quite impressed by the construction manager's responses to our questions and concerns. Also, after closing, Lennar responded very promptly on the problem reports. One area that we wish to have a better/quicker response was the financial area.

Stay on top of things, that you see wrong. Get a home inspector for pre drywall and final inspection. I have doors the stick because of the way they painted and hung the door. Over 6 door that are coming apart and peeling..I am disappointed quality of a over half a million home…

Overall the experience was good and I’m enjoying my home. However, there are some things that could have been done better for the price.

Like Lennar homes floor plans.

The quality of work from the trades is horrible. It’s a shame there are so many issues with homes at this price point. The emphasis seems to be on closing homes, and correcting the issues afterwards, rather than staying on top of issues during the home building process.

Several outstanding warranty issues have not been resolved nor any attempt to fix them. Deena my construction manager and warranty contact will not respond and fix MANY ITEMS THAT WERE NOTED SINCE PRIOR TO MOVE IN DATE. Customer service at this community is the worst I have ever experienced. I have purchased multiple new construction homes since 1991 and Lennar is by far the worst experience I have had. Deena is terrible! I have broken tile; granite counter top; incomplete landscaping; weeds all around my home; a nasty rusty nail sticking out of the concrete in the garage; my AC unit is not working; terrible mismatched pain job throughout the house. These items were noted in final walk through approximately 5/18/22 and not one of them are fixed! I see Lennar rapidly completing new homes to sell and make a profit but has COMPLETELY NEGLECTED TO FIX THE ITEMS IN MY HOME. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like to work with a different construction/warranty manager as Deena is not doing her job and has demonstrated zero effort in resolving my warranty issues. Not the quality I was expecting.

The home was given to me in a complete mess. Now, Lennar expects me to be available all the time to schedule appointments with each individual company for the many issues that the house has. This is a full time job for which I don’t have the time as I work full time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase of a house.

Overpriced, contractors should do the job correct the first time, problems should be fixed ASAP, communications need to be more verrbal. Just disaattiiffiied

Gina was very helpful, thorough and proactive in guiding us through the home purchase. John, our builder, did a great job getting the house completed on schedule and giving us a warm welcome and thorough walk through on the closing day.

Weekly building updates were awesome while building especially living out of state. Still waiting on some needed repairs since we moved in. All in all it was a good experience.
