Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

Buying with Lennar was very simple and stress free. All staff I had an opportunity to work with were very friendly and helpful.

Buying my first home with Lennar was an amazing experience. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and ensured everything was taken care of ever step of the way. Stating with finding the right home, to securing a mortgage, and fixing any minor touch ups needed on my new home, all individuals who were apart of my home buying experience were extremely resourceful and made the process easy. So very glad to have chosen Lennar to buy my first home.

My experience was pleasant. At first I was very concerned bcz of all the YouTube videos I watched but thank God I didn’t have any issues at all. My loan officer was really good and she helped us get through the process with no issues. I am very happy with my experience with Lennar.

We had good experience from sales to closing process and then the final walk-through with the On-site Customer Care Manager. Everything was great until we had to submit a service request and dealt with a Lennar Customer Care Rep from Tampa Care center. This person became very hostile and rude when she couldn't answer my questions. Not only she yelled and accused me of yelling while I was speechless, she continued to bully me to shut me up. Very bad care services. I am very reluctant to deal with Lennar Care center now.

I recently completed a townhouse and they've yet to address any issues with this build. The people involved have yet to come back and address any issues and there are some major issues wrong.

Our sales person was the worst but our building manager was absolutely great

The sales team especially Stacy did a great job for us. She followed up every week about the progress.

Overall, buying a home from lennar was an excellent experience. Our first point of contact was Tina who streamlined everything for us from the beginning to the end and made sure everything’s goes smoothly. Without her, this would have been a stressful experience considering we had multiple obstacles; however, she made it easy and provided everything necessary, and quickly responded to every question, leaving no time for hesitancy to purchase and move forward. . She is a gem and Lennar is very lucky to have her on the team. Her upbeat, positive personality and expertise in the market, was a bonus that we didn’t expect and gratefully enjoyed. Sherri in escrow, assisted us tremendously as well. We had to purchase the house with a power of Attorney and she assisted by making us understand the multiple steps and kept us on track on the tight timeline, to close escrow as required. She also did it all with a super friendly, great positive attitude. Azita in title was super responsive and was happy to help in anyway possible. Even when we had difficulty finding others, she would reach out to other team members and made sure all parties were informed, had all needed and helped us by constantly keeping us informed of the status, so there are no worries. Josh who handed the house to us was great as well. He patiently explained all the features of this “ smart” house, multiple times. He made sure we were comfortable and responded to our many questions afterwards as well, even after hours, over the weekend. You can tell he takes great pride in what he does. This is My first house . It’s amazing made. It is a smart house I never seen. I really like it so much. I am enjoying my house. Thank you Lennar.

It will be better if we get weekly updates on the process. Construction manager never send any updates and not friendly.

On two separate occasions we were told to expect full wood flooring and NOT carpeting which was one of the main reasons for our purchase !!! Secondly we also expected to have a garage door opener and gutters! Carpeting being the main issue as this what we were sold on and promised! We have since purchased a garage door on our own and are seeking vendor for the wood flooring as well as installer to “complete “ our home !!!

Don't like the experience in the warranty agents. They are not responsive.

There were multiple issues with poor workmanship. Especially with drywall, trim, patios and driveway. There was damage done by the cleaners after our new home orientation and because it wasn't noted on the new home orientation they would not fix it. Even though the damage happened in-between these two appointments and was not done by us. Our construction manager was not very knowledgeable about the process and gave us incorrect information on the builders warranty. I was very disappointed and we are now left with our brand new house feeling like we now need to spend more money to make repairs so that the house is done right. ... More

I feel like if my husband and I didn't point out a lot of things that were not done correctly, they would have let it slide. We've had neighbors complain about things missing from their home or not done well. People are in the excitement of getting a new home, there needs to be people in their corner making sure their home is what is expected.

Actually purchasing the home was a great experience. Felt like we were always involved and updated. Home was built very quickly and generally we love the home. Our issues started immediately though and there have been many problems we have found over the first month. Some of the issues have been resolved and some we are still waiting for a response from Lennar on when these issues will be fixed. Being a brand new home and for the amount we spent on the home would expect a much higher quality of work and quality control process from the builders before they ever let us move into the home. Lennar has dealt with most of the issues its just a waiting game on when they will show up and get things resolved. Happy with home but people constantly at the house to fix issues is not a great look. ... More

Would have been great if they helped with the silverfish problem. The brand new homes are infested with bugs. Still dealing with it after almost 2 months.

This is a great new home, my wife and I love it. It looks great but with lots of quality issues so I have to do a lot of repairs. Doors won’t lock, master bedroom shower started leaking on the 1st day we moved in, washer was broken after 1 week, etc. Good thing is customer care is very responsible and getting things fixed now.

Well, I felt during my home buying process, the communication between different departments was lacking in which it affected me at times. There are too many websites that Lennar has and getting on the portal wasn't user-friendly.

Lennar Title was the worst I’ve worked with and I almost backed out of the purchase because of them, Lennar didn’t pay real estate commission to my realtor so they got free labor but after I purchased, now they offer commission because the market has tanked, they take more than 2-3 weeks to respond to simple post purchase fixes needed. They keep sending surveys but do nothing about the feedback they receive. Interior doors are nice upgrade, appliances are middle quality except dishwasher is lowest quality available. Construction of the house itself is thankfully good but they cheapened out on the smallest things (no washing machine pan for second floor washing machine, kitchen faucet and water filter are cheap). Lennar has made my home buying experience a nightmare, i will never buy a Lennar home again.

Any time you do something new there is always somethings that you need to learn. This was our first new build home and Kim made the learning curve significantly less steep for us. She was extremely responsive, easy-going, and knowledgable even in the areas that she didn't service directly. We couldn't help but be thankful she was in our corner throughout the process.

With the failing of the water heater the windows not working and the thousand of other things that have not been done yet we are still unhappy.

Initially a great experience. It's the little things now that we can't get fixed.
