Lennar didn't allow us to add any electric outlets or improvement to the house. It comes as it is when other builders allow for add-ons.

The home was built with quality and they care about you and the home your buying.

During the build process, Lennar did a great job of communicating the process via a weekly email. Unfortunately, beyond anyone control, the process took way too long. The impact of Covid-19 on the build was huge. Materials like windows seem to take forever to arrive. Matt and Tina were very good and providing updates. I have built many homes in the past. The overall workmanship on this home is average. There have been many minor issues that we found after we moved it. Lennar has been responsive in making the changes, but I feel like Lennar should have caught many of these in the process of QC'ing the work from their partners. Lennar was upfront regarding request to changes in the home. Lennar does not modify the home from the specification of the model. Simple request to add additional outlets were not agreed too, which meant having an electrician come in after we moved in to add outlets. This would have been much easier before the drywall and painting were done. Overall, we are happy with the home. Construction manager was very responsive to our questions, post closing. Suggestion: at closing, all incomplete work documented and signed by Lennar rep. And buyers as done by GL homes. This would alleviate buyer anxiety.

Make sure you get what you pay for.

I can’t say enough good things about our sales associate James and mortgage associate Chris absolutely great. House quality is good, not great, but good. I say only good because some items such as appliances and plumbing fixtures are downright cheap and of poor quality. Service after the sale is unacceptable. I reported problems on Feb 28 and no word on scheduling repairs and it’s now Apr 6. Stainless steel kitchen sink has rust stains after one week and Lennar won’t replace, they say it’s my fault. All in all I’m happy with my purchase, but there is MUCH need for improvement in customer care after the sale. ... More

We are first-time home buyers. Lennar has made the whole process swift and painless. Modern homes with careful consideration for use and maintenance. They answered all our questions swiftly with open communication and transparency. I love their "everything included" concept. I highly recommend Lennar.

Second home with lennar. Enjoy the new floor plan and updated design options. Customer service from representative was not at the level we would have expected given the investment we were making financially.

Not happy at all return the house I would

Quality of material and the appliances provided are very good. Responsiveness to issues is very slow it almost took 2 months to address one issue out of 5 raised

The communication between Lennar sales team and construction team is very good. As an out of state buyer, I am satisfied with their service, especially the construction manager Tony Baine. I had experience with building my own house before, and understand how many small works to be done every stage of the construction. But Tony made me feel that he was the onsite manager only for my house when he actually have more than ten houses in progress at the same time. Appreciate your hard work, Tony, thank you so much!

When moving into any new home you identify little issues that need to be addressed as you live in the home. I have been pleased with Lennar's responsiveness. We love our new home and the neighborhood and amenities are great!

Love the quality of workmanship!

Don't believe any closing dates or promises made that are not in writing. I understand the supply chain and labor issues but this sale, closing and quality of product received was the worst home buying experience that I've ever had and I've had more than a few.

We closed on our Lennar home recently. We are happy with our lot selection, home size, finishes, and price paid. Karly was excellent to work with in regards to new home orientation. However our trust was broken the entire time due to poor communication by many other working for Lennar, and false expectations cost us thousands of dollars in temporary housing. Given the supply and labor issues being faced in the industry, delays are understandable. However, setting realistic expectations would have been appreciated. Emails either went unanswered, answered late, or arrived with vague explanations to our questions. I would buy another Lennar home, but only if it was a move-in inventory home. ... More

Everything went smooth start to finish

Delay is build may be common for builder, but that cost buyer a higher mortgage rate. That is not it, if house is closed with pending lawn work money to be deposited to escrow is buyer responsibility if buyer don't go with builder recommended lender, so kind of CHEAP trap.

Our sales rep TK was awesome and really made it a smooth process. They have been responsive with messages pertaining to issues we have brought up but there are things that still remain that were supposed to be fixed or cleaned that have not been. I will say that the quality of the finish work was not very good. Also the paint they use is terrible quality.

Its was a good experience buying lennar home with minor hiccups.

Every aspect of the purchase went very smoothly. I would recommend that you have your own real estate agent as we did. Makes the process very easy.
