The product Lennar offers includes more than other builders. But I can’t believe that we got cheap hollow doors, builder grade mirrors and closets and other base level options for a 1.5 million dollar house, and no option to leave them out if you want to upgrade. Plus, we have had water damage and a leak over a month and it’s still not fixed. Not terribly impressed.

Beware of the quality of work done! Lennar just contract everything to third parties. Quality depends on the mercy of third party contractors workmanship. When you leisurely inspect yourself you will find several issues/problems. I would avoid Lennar given a chance!

Decent value for the money . Read your contract you don't get all what you see in there show houses. Lucky I'm not a lawyer there would probably be a class action suit.

The work on the punch list that we discussed on our walk through prior to closing were not completed as promised. I revisited 4 weeks later to find the disappointment. I understand that the build isn’t a custom home build but the issues should have been addressed

Doors were never touched up before moving in, had to repaint ourselves. Kitchen cabinet is crooked. Flooring is raised in certain spots, back fence is already separating & we have only been here 1 month. For what we paid, I expected a higher quality of workmanship.

The Customer Care unit doesn't rate even a one star. Closed on July 7 and still waiting on warranty work to be completed two months later. Not one person will follow through on anything.

House looks great. Quality lacks in many aspects from poor electrical wiring, poor workmanship for ejecutivas outlets, poor workmanship for nailing especially in garage, painting lacks quality, and so on. Then to get things fixed you wait for several weeks, if they get fixed at all. You also get offered things in the community that never happen. Just don’t believe what Lennar states.

We knew upfront the home was overpriced, but found its size and views very appealing. However, many defects were detected during our “blue tape” walkthrough — way too many for a brand new home, which should have been a red flag to us that workmanship was a big issue. After moving into the home we quickly learned how “sub-standard” most of the appliances, fixtures, and workmanship were. At the beginning of the purchase, everything went smoothly and fast. When closing came the house was inspected and a few things were defective. The workers had left broken tiles on the roof some were replaced but not all of them. The laundry room had a bad connecting outlet for the washer machine we had to replace. Our experience with the Lennar representative as wonderful. If it were not for Laura , I believe , the builder would not release the home. We were committed to buy and the PRICE WENT UP THOUSANDS! This is downright criminal. The construction manager Reese was also a pleasure to work with concerning repair issues. Miller Brothers and BNR both do half-crocked work. Miller Brothers break fiber optic cables and home owners are left to get the problem fixed. . They don’t care what they break and Lennar doesn’t help with getting the cable repaired. BNR puts sprinkler heads in our yard that belong to our neighbors and also puts the heads right on the property line. Told the construction manager we were putting up a fence on the property line so they knew not to put the sprinkler heads on the property line, but did it anyway. 8 month delay in construction of new home

I originally signed for my home to start construction on March 2022 with a tentative date of completion for October 2022 but the home was not delivered until July 2023. The home itself was delivered up to par in terms of quality and everything so far has been working well. My only complaint again is that the home took way too long to complete, in fact, I visited my lot every week and for months and months, there was no progress made in its construction until about 4 or 5 months before July. The cosmetic issues were half fixed prior to closing. After living in the house you see so many more things that need to be fixed. When putting in a work order I was told to wait for the 11 month review. I am not convienced that things will be taken care of timely.

Overall we are very happy with our home and the community! The largest complaint we have is the workmanship. Attention to detail has been lost for sure. Landscaping and concrete work has been terrible and an ongoing headache. The money Lennar saved with low bid has cost us huge in time spent managing repairs, not to mention the work I have to go back and redo. Lennar, please start taking pride in your own product and ensure quality work is done ahead of time.

We are new with Lennar and are thankful to finally have our family home. Took about 3 inspection dates to finally get our house approved. But once it was approved we were not told until our power went out. Since lennar was paying our electricity until the house was finished. We appreciate all that you do but would’ve liked a call once everything was finalized. So we would not have a surprise power outage.
