Perfect house in every way

Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

Tatum and Oscar don’t do what they say they are going to do they tell you what they think you want to hear and that’s all.

Salesman didn’t help. Wouldn’t comp anything messed up that was their fault that constantly delayed my move in dates. Concrete poured just days before close and cracked. Couldn’t even park in my driveway or garage. Wood work was sloppy and cut short. Drywall had lumps in it where the wall was left uneven. Stairs creek after only a week in home. Didn’t even clean the home floors weee covered in dried dirt from sloppy mopping. Definitely not worth 560k. I wouldn’t recommend this home builder to my worst enemy. They just don’t care about the customer it’s all as fast as can be and write up a warranty claim if something doesn’t work upon move in. Sad how bad the pride in work is these days. Spend the extra bucks go with Richmond or another great home builder. Lesson learned here. ... More

As it is our first home, we are very happy and grateful to see our dream come true. It is a beautiful and excellent work and quality of construction. We recommend everyone looking for a home in Orlando to visit and buy at Lennar

Everything was first rate quality-- our home was turned over to us in a timely manner with no outstanding repairs needed. Construction crew and Lennar consruction representative were courteous and very helpful.

The expected construction time was way off time (almost 4 months earlier). I had to pay over $4,500 as penalty to my previous renters/realtor. I rented based on initial estimate giving by Lennar. I felt I was rushed to close the house. Even when I asked, I never was invited to see house while constructed (most of my neighbors where able to see and experience along their hose construction). I was only given pictures of the process. Houses in the neighborhood were received with welcome balloons, congratulation signs as well as a welcome gift which I never received. Now I been living here for a month or so, absolutely love it but my sidewalk is constantly flooded with dirt, sand and water making it very frustrating because it seems that all the neighbors water gets stuck in front of my house. It is very annoyed when you want to enjoy your front house with small children's and a dog. I am very concern about them playing safety as well as all the bugs population growing drastically in that area. The house sidewalks is and looks dirty an uninviting. It was a great experience with this builder. In a time when supplies are short and timelines are delayed, Lennar was able to keep the home on schedule. There were many extras they put into the house as standards for them. All the lighting, Ring doorbell, and other automations are standard instead of upgrades. The superindentint takes pride in his jobsites. They continually inspect the work of their contractors and have items corrected prior to the homeowner taking possession. All in all a great team and terrific communication!

On my delivery MJ was keen on communication and timely responses for needed repairs.

LOVE my house and location but once I closed - crickets! I’ve had to request mailbox keys and how to pay HOA dues. No one ever welcomed me to the community let alone see if I had any questions after moving in. “Fully Connected” and “easy DIY” are a joke. Most new homeowners I’ve asked are NOT connected to their devices because they can’t figure out how to set them up. Lennar takes your money but then, you’re on your own!

Substandard workmanship coupled with poor customer service at a a price point that should have been far better.

In beginning everything was good and the seller Carson was amazing, after that it was so complicate. I had other company to do all relative to the mortgage and I decide do it with Lennar and that was like nightmare. then when I was in the end of process I went to do the walk in, and I was let them know what need to be fixed, the lady how was with me answer " you have to understand this is a production house" I don't know if the mean it is the cheaper house, don't ask for to much, anyway for a production house, they should offer good quality, and better costumer service.

Lennar adherence to closing date was exceptional. While various builders were slipping by months, Lennar was precise to the week.

Everything was done professionally. Very satisfied!

Unfortunately, we had experience what a lot of our other neighbours also experienced. Lennar project was delayed by over a month and there was no clear answer about why and when it will be ready. We were all left up on the air until 10-12 days before closing. We’re phase 1 of this new construction and there are so many essential things (heater in the winter and water heater to start with) were defective when the home was delivered and there are so many outstanding issues still remaining. One thing that makes it more painful is that we bought this house almost $300k over asking price and I believe strong market made the Lennar to don’t care about their customers, because there’s always demand and another person if you don’t want it. Lennar construction team did good job in delivering home on time but there were some issues with windows, stairs, drywall and more. Good thing is construction manager Jim is so good and responsive, he made sure most of my issues were resolved. We’re not happy with sales team. Our sales manager Brighid didn’t provide proper updates about house construction or open issues within the house. Also she wasn’t there during closing formalities neither contacted us before or after closing.

the experiance is worst, in all the categories.

We had a hard closing date that Lennar would not budge on even though the house wasn't move in ready. It's been 2 months since closing and our issues have not been resolved yet. The construction manager had made promises that he couldn't deliver on. Not a good look for a national builder like Lennar.

Purchasing was easy enough, challenge with the walkthrough and follow up on outstanding items. Punch Lindt was extensive and I am still working through getting it taken care of. Spending a lot of time to make sure it gets completed and need to constantly follow up.

Choosing a home was a great experience! Angie did an Amazing job showing me and going over details and stayed in contact during the b built process. I would give a five Stars, however when it comes to the quality of the interior finish, I am a little disappointed. The paint is low quality and has a lot of off spots. When wiping down to move in the paint comes off completely. The home did not come with light fixtures in none of the rooms besides the kitchen and entry way which is a little disappointing and lastly the tile grout is filthy was never deep cleaned. When you purchase a new home you expect it move in ready, not expecting to drop a few hundred on buying fixtures and a floor cleaning company. It adds up quickly. In my experience, buying the home was not the issue, it's been the follow up. Things like purchasing the home were explained clearly and upfront. Things like follow up about who to pay for the mortgage through Lennar the first month, how to pay the HOA, and how to get the key fob for the clubhouse or even where to get my mail from have been like pulling teeth!

The process moved pretty efficiently and I closed right when they said I would. Gail was great keeping me updated and answering any questions I had. Aaron the construction manager was thorough and efficient during the orientation and we were out at ease about everything. Any issues were quickly addressed and I appreciate that.

Lennar kept home owners up to date on the progress as Sales Team & Construction Manager were constantly in touch. Workmanship was great. Overall experience was awesome

House is well-built structurally, but the finish (paint, drywall, etc.) is definitely sub-par. Sales personnel were great, as was the on-site construction manager, but it is evident that many of the actual workers were not very skilled and constantly pressed for production vs. quality.

My family and I had an awesome experience, we couldn’t be happier.
