Our lennar agen Nate Davis was extremely helpful

Lennar has gone the extra mile to ensure that everything is in place that we need or needed. From the start of the sales process to now post-closing, everything has been positive along the way. With all of the moving parts, especially in these precarious times, exceptional proactive communication on Lennar's end has been the backbone to their top notch delivery of everything. I highly recommend building with them.

The is no follow up after a job has been addressed to see if the job was completed and done correctly.

Customer service on the builder side was seriously lacking. I expected it to take longer than estimated to build, but the roadmap was unclear and timeline changed so many times and took twice as long as the original estimate for close. My issue was really with how unclear the process was in terms of next steps and the timeline of what was needed from me. For a company that has all of the parts of the process able to be managed by Lennar businesses I had hoped they’re communication between building and lending for example would have been better. Overall, would I do it again? Maybe but not in this market- not even because of price or delayed closing but because of service along the way. ... More

If buyin the home traditionally the company is good. However, we bought our home from out of state. The title company is horrible and does not do their job until it’s either very close or past due. I would rate them 0 out 5. Nothing got done with them unless I drove 1200 miles and walked into their office. The people who sell the home are great but once the home is purchased they aren’t very interested in helping with questions. The financial team is great. They will ask for everything in a timely manner and always do their best to answer the questions or point you in the right direction. The maintenance team for warranty is overall not the best. For our property the main maintenance guy does try but is overwhelmed with lack of communication from Lennar. Every time someone comes out to fix things in the home they come at very odd hours and never seem to know why they are there or have attitudes of how they have to fix the home. We were encouraged to close on the home earlier than expected, by the title and final inspection. Make sure you take pictures of everything and make sure it all gets into the report. They will tell you that don’t worry about it, it’s small we can fix that very fast and indeed won’t fix it. Our home has a lot of minor cosmetics but it’s been a hassle to get them fixed once the home was purchased because we trusted Lennar but don’t make that mistake. It’s not been a good experience. No one responds to work orders.

Not a good experience at all. Quality is not a priority. Management has worked to make things right. However, the experience is ruined and the home is not what we expected.

Once we purchased, follow-up calls/requests have been poor.

The people at Lennar are great! And for the most part the home is good. But some of the workmanship and quality of materials is quite cheap. The paint especially.

The builder was overwhelmed with closings and could not complete construction on our home by closing. Punch out items took an additional week after closing. We placed on contract on a nearly completed home one month prior, but the builder prioritized other homes over this one for completion.

The whole process was not what I expected. The sales person was not truthful in some of her statement i don't believe she cared about how i felt as a buyer. They could do alot better with helping you set up your smart home. They want you to pay someone to come out and set the equipment up when I think it should have been properly set up when we moved in. We been here for 2 months and still can't get the keyless door to work. Lennar needs to be a little more focus on the customers experience.

My wife and I had been looking for our dream retirement home for several years and were growing frustrated because we simply weren't getting the right vibe after seeing many different homes from many different builders. When we came to the Imagery development that Lennar was building we finally found what we were looking for. Aside from the natural beauty of the surroundings, we were impressed with the obvious quality of the homes being constructed. We were also very pleased with their no-hassle, everything's included motto. And we never felt any pressure from the sales people. Once we went to contract and construction began, we were kept updated with emails, text messages, photos, videos, and even live FaceTime chats, all of which gave us the greatest sense of relief to be able to see the home being built every step of the way. We were also impressed with the time spent with their representatives during the New Home Orientation walkthrough. Nothing was rushed and they were very, very accommodating. We hope to spend many long and comfortable years in our retirement dream home, in a lovely community, and we have recommended Lennar to many of our friends as they begin their own searches for their dream homes. ... I had amazing response times from sales and finance team. They made it possible for us to acquire our home. Response to fixing our issues has been quick. I have been disappointed in the quality of some small items such as heater grates and landscaping details that don't reflect our almost $900k investment. A lot of the work has been sloppy with need for repair/replacement. I will say Lennar has been super responsive in having contractors repair. I will share more in the future if our needs are not met, but so far, so good in terms of post closing issues. Hats off to Brad who quickly addresses issues. I love my home overall, however there are many items pre-closing that have not been addressed. ... More

Was not happy with the quality of work Lennar provided in building a home as far as correct the mistakes I was informed by supervisor that the labor in Texas is you get what you get

If you want to purchase a brand new house with little attention to detail/quality of workmanship, this is the place for you!

For the quality of the home build, there is room to be improved.

Willingness to always be there for any questions/issues you may have. Thorough in walking you through the steps and stages, from signing to closing. Pam, Tim, Blake and the team at L.C have been wonderful to work with. A big Nationwide builder (which can bring scepticism) - but cannot be denied that they have their sh*t together. Would and have recommended.

There are so many issues. The quality of workmanship is terrible. The response: it's a production home. Yes, I paid over $900,000 for a "production home." The pool does not work. There is a panel missing by the equipment which, once actually installed, would permit me to run the pool from the panel (also missing) inside my house. I spent nearly $250,000 to rip out the utterly ridiculous work on the inside and replace it with quality elements more appropriate for a now million dollar home 45 minutes from the coast. The hot water heater does not provide enough hot water for a ten minute shower. The person in change of your warranty program confided that it will take months to get to the warranty items. Windows don't lock. Frames are crooked. An interior wall is so bowed that a closet designer could not complete the installation. There is trash everywhere. There was no pre-closing cleaning...I had to pay for the house to be cleaned. The electrical panel/circuits were poorly set up. I had to pay an electrician to correct the problems. Why should I have to wait months for Lennar to do what they should have done before closing? In sum...never again. Your company stinks. ... More
