Homes are built with little to no pride of workmanship, just slap the homes up as fast as possible and any mistakes are overlooked or covered up with putty and paint.

You can trust the people you are working with to help you through the process. Taylor makes the offer process easy and kept me up to date on the progress. Ron made the building process simple. Ryan was amazing on the warranty side explaining everything, going above and beyond following up and doing the 30 day walk through.

Lennar has built a solid and well appointed home, the workmanship of the house itself is excellent and I’m very pleased.

Great experience. Friendly customer service. Updated materials and floor plans. Great follow up after closing. Good value for price paid.

The house overall seems to be well built. However,the response to punch list items is almost non-existent.We have been here seven weeks and still no working dishwasher.Also,some closet doors not installed,missing lights in lanai,stucco damage in summer kitchen,cleaning issues in summer kitchen and another half dozen lesser items on the punch list.

The quality of the work is just OK, there were many small issues like uneven subfloor and scratched windows when the house is ready, most of them are sort of fixed, however, you can't expect too much from them: for example, there are still uneven subfloors after the fix, and the color of the tile in the bathroom still look different after been repainted twice by their workers. After all, Lennar only deserves 3.5 stars, but since I can only choose between 3 and 4, I would add 0.5 star for the customer service representatives that worked with me and make the final rating 4 stars.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new home, which is what matter most essentially. The buying experience had some speed bumps which I attribute to having too many people involved, but once you get through that, it all turned out for the best. The Closing at the Lennar office was amazing, the treatment was first class. If you’re looking to buy a new home and there is a Lennar community nearby, definitely check them out. Floor plans are innovative and the people are amazing.

Do not close until the house is complete with all the options as advertised. Bombardment of emails without awareness of the urgent ones required for closing documentation and frequent missing closing information such as routing numbers etc requiring physically acquiring this information and possibly closing check on the day of closing. After closing and being inconvenienced after moving all items into house and having to address issues that should have been resolved prior to closing.

The insulation around the house is terrible, we can hear everything from the outside. Construction process was very poorly inspected. Materials used are not the best quality as promise. I'm not confident that I bought a house that will last for a very long time.

We are vary pleased with everything to date.

This was a wonderful experience, and we are very pleased with the quality of our new home.

They kept us up-to-date on our building progress and what to expect in very difficult times.

The sales team member provided regular updates on the construction progress. The walks are very detailed.

Due to demand, there are only spec houses available which does limit the individual's choice of the model they want and the lot they want.

I have owned over 20 homes through out the years and this is the worst experience thus far . I have been in the home over 6 weeks and still with a lot of unresolved issues . The last issue that happened yesterday is that they came to replaced the masters bedroom carpet and in the process they damaged the frame of the closet door and even forgot to put it back in it’s place . I will have to spend another day from my business schedule to wait for work men again. This is just not acceptable and the list goes on ….

Overall the buying experience wasn't as bad. My issues started with the home inspection after the build and then after I was told that all repairs had been taken care off which was not the case once I had closed. Make sure you are detailed on the home inspections, some of the materials used, specially for all the cabinetry are what I consider very low quality. From talking to my neighbors, it appears that the builder had many homes with the same issues within the neighborhood which shows either a lack of quality control and/or using sub par contractors. I understand that the pandemic has caused all sorts of issues within supply chain, however for the priced paid for the home I expected better quality materials. It appears the builder is pumping houses out rapidly because of the demand and not paying attention to the quality of the homes being built. Also there is a delay in resolving issues related to contractor work so be prepared for delays once you move in and need issues resolved in a timely matter. ... More

Anything that is not right they will fix it asap, great company.

They don’t give you the option to make any changes or upgrades. The walls are so tiny, like cardboard . Still, some work needs to be done. Thou that is understandable because of the supplies shortage. The water heater was misplaced, the doorbell wasn’t working, but the good thing is that they fix it. Other than that and overly satisfied.

This experience buying our first home was totally awesome. Sales team and financing team was so awesome and made the whole process simple and easy. We will recommend lennar to everyone we know buying a home

Every step of the process was enjoyable. It was great to watch my home go from a slab of dirt to what it is today. Closing day had a minor issue because they didn't communicate effectively, however there was no delay in getting my keys. I would definitely stick with this builder for my single family home whenever its time for that.

Couldn't even wipe anything down or clean the floors for us before we moved in. Every single light fixture has dirt in the lens. Spent a lot of money for subpar quality.
