Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.

Love our new home.

Went fine till the end. Quality of finishes was below expectation. Sloppy work by finishers-grout on baseboards, poor seams on door casings, touch up paint in wrong sheen. Just sloppy. Lennar staff was great. Just poor oversight of subs.

My appliances are cheap, there is no outside vent for the microwave, No garage opener, I have to lift the door myself. No patio of any kind. calking and pain could have been a little better, a tthe end, I just couldn't split hairs anymore. Just not what I expected for a brand new home,

I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

Our agent Hyatt was the best, always available to talk and answer any of our questions, especially as first time homebuyers. The home we bought was built well although I could find many small imperfections throughout the house as I spent more time in it. Imperfections such as some walls had paint that was not touched up well, some of the wall moldings appeared as if someone had no patience and just did a fast job, I also found a crack under our kitchen island. The biggest problem we have is a leak in the master bedroom ceiling every time it rains. I have reached out multiple times to Lennar service and always got someone to call me and say someone would be out to check the issue but no one has shown up yet. It has been almost a month since I reported the problem. Also, when it gets windy on some days or nights, the vent flaps (im guessing) click and bang loudly, which I just emailed service to come and check. Lennar has a long history of building quality homes. This is my second one and so far they remain very consistent.

Decent price for the location, very good price for size of house and lot given the current house situation. Materials used is a joke; from the pre-installed kitchen appliances (the stove vent doesn't even vent anywhere HAHA!), to the paint, the floor to the roof. It is all of the least expensive material. I can appreciate cutting costs for the homeowner however to what end? The homeowner will more than likely have to replace most of the cheap material very soon anyway. Oh and their warranty program is a joke. I still have paint all over my floor, someone came by attempted to clean a small portion of it with paint thinner then said just keep washing with soap and water, that'll do it. Riiiiiggghhht.. ... My overall experience is fair.just had some issues regarding the date of delivery because the builder insisted on closing date even the home was not ready for leaving in it. Like painting,bathroom shower doors were not installed yet.

The day before closing, all of the small details had been taken care of and our house was move in ready. The building team was so conscientious.

Unfortunately when we were about to moved in we had some issues that can cause delayed to moved in to our new home two weeks later after the closing day. We had to wait until the installed closet doors, for them to repair the cracked attic door inside the walk in closet, they delivered us dirty, dusty house, incomplete base board in bathroom, stained carpet in walking closet, loose dishwasher, hole behind the fridge.

Overall not a bad experience.

They build nice house designs

The home itself was a positive and exciting experience. The staff at the homesite were sweet and helpful. However, supporting Lennar lending makes sense as it is in the name. The worst part is it seems as if the loan officers and their manager staff suck that positive experience out from you. From hiding fees to show a lower interest rate when I specifically state I do not want to pay any points, to being charged extra anyway as it was locked in. Next requesting to switch loan officers due to this huge discrepancy and unfortunately becoming just another loan to close and they make their cushioned commission truly made the experience the worst I have ever had. ... We love our new home and were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and especially all the people from Lennar who helped us.

Lenna is the best builder and the villa is very good.

All people are very helpful and make the purchase process smoothly

We were told that a subcontractor would be by to fix issues with the bathroom tub. The subcontractor has not contacted us or come by to fix the problem. We had COVID three days after occupancy and have not anything to follow up since we have recovered. Other than that issue the home is as advertised. Not the best workmanship but it is fine for a tract home.

Once everything is finally done, the home overall is nice.

Based on my personal experience and some of the fine people I have met in the neighborhood I wouldn't recommend Lennar! The home buying experience should be a joyful time in your life especially your retirement home and they took the joy out of the process and turned it into a nightmare and they can't give that back to my wife and I no matter how much the eventually try to correct the poor workmanship and fit and finish.

I have a broken wrist and hard to type. i would like to do a very nice write up to Lennar about how exceptional everyone has been!
