We were made several promises only to receive crafty excuses, repeatedly. Quality is lacking in so many aspects of this construction it's difficult to name them all. Attention to detail is minimal from Lennar subconstractors. Simply put, the Lennar Team lacks integrity.

Nice house, but the process to close was tedious and the final build of the house was not according to the plans we were initially given.

The shopping experience with Lennar was superior. They facilitated the process significantly through their high-touch customer service, inventory, and the all-inclusive package. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, Lennar made the buying process streamlined and rewarding.

We purchased a fully upgraded home in a new Lennar development, and were pleased by the excellent result. High professionalism was shown by every employee we encountered. The pandemic years caused some delays in the build process, but Lennar persevered and still delivered.

We had a positive experience with buying our house, the sales person was responsive and knowledgeable. We used Lennar Mortgage and Lennar Title, which made our lives easier. The Mortgage Officer was very helpful in the process. Construction on the other hand was a pain. We had to document all of the issues ourselves during several walkthroughs with pictures to make sure everything gets addressed and resolved. However many of the issues were ignored multiple times. They got addressed only after we escalated them to the construction management. Construction didn't commit to the deadlines they set for themselves. Lennar insisted that they pay off my car with proceed from my sale in Atlanta. Payoff sent was 1000.00 over price and this money could have been put on mortgage. Lenders were VERY unresponsive, All of Lennars team except for one person in title were horrible at their job and never on the clock or in the office. Took more than 24hours for a return call and them they did not know anything.

Everyone in this process has been amazing. However the 2 areas identified above were less than helpful. Loan Process: Slow response on loan process. Duplicate loan process requests. Very confusing. Sales department: The sales office was less than helpful and not professional at all.

Great buying experience and would recommend. Staff was very helpful throughout process.

Overall experience started off very rocky. It ended pleasant but it could have been better. Lennar needs work on customer service and making sure the customer feels welcomed. Also, there were a lot of things not done correct, or finished on my home. Currently waiting on things to be fixed or replaced.

Overall experience was great. Any concerns we have had so far have been addressed timely.

Lennar did what they have promised

These are NOT homes!!!!!! They are just houses built by contractors that have no pride in workmanship! Would not recommend this builder.

The offer process was extremely stressful & drove the home prices above where they should be. They did not honor the people who were on the waitlist for several months, waiting for their homes.

Once I closed, things didn't get resolved as timely as I felt they should have. Still waiting for unresolved issues.

Home was a disaster at walk thru, I should have walked out. Just as bad at closing. No one cared to get any work completed. Felt pressured into closing and was told not to cancel furniture deliveries even though house was not ready. Manager and crews had no work ethic and promised to complete tasks, yet did not. Poor craftsmanship and attention to detail.

No matter what they tell you, add three to four months to the expected delivery date. If you are waiting on a home to be built you must be proactive and engaging. Do not expect anyone to keep you informed about the progress of your build. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. The excuses you may hear range from late inspections, COVID manpower shortages, to supply chain issues. The overall construction is average this includes paint, flooring, and cabinets. If you are expecting a custom build with high-end performance, you can check that at the door. Lennar is an all-inclusive company - sales, construction, mortgage/lending that struggles with communication inside and out. The closing for the house was a nightmare; we hired our own attorney and it took two months for Lennar to provide all of the required paperwork. They are helpful and they follow up with you

The Sales team was excellent throughout the process and even after we closed on our home. The quality of the build as well as the communication from the project manager left a lot to be desired. The change in timeline was not communicated and we are still waiting for items to be completed. We still have blue tape on items that were not repaired from the initial walkthrough.
