A huge thank you to Chris customer care manager who helped me a lot with scheduling post closings repairs. Very upset with Tremayne construction manager over his response to all remaining issues with construction and very poor workmanship.

It was so stressful and so frustrating experience buying a home with Lennar. I’m not sure it’s in this area itself or from others areas too. I had experienced a lot of hidden things and responses from teams are horrible and construction is not good as other builders. I did mistake buying this home please don’t fall in the trap! No parking HOA sucks there won’t be any follow up in the issues you raised and no one cares once you buy home!!! Again I will take complete responsibility of my mistake which I have done in my life and if anyone read this don’t just look at the brand. Also club house ...

I would recommend that new home buyers visit these homes while under construction to view their lack of quality.

I purchased a Lennar home, and understood that their would be issues with materials due to Covid-19. However, I was highly disappointed with the work and response to fix their mistakes. I still have a hole in the master bath, unfixed electrical, a broken front door, parts were stolen for other job sites, and more. Lennar’s motto is Quality homes built for you, which is a complete lie. I’ve had staff tell me well it’s a Lennar home, this is what you are buying. Everyone blames someone else, no one takes responsibility. They try to do the minimum and talk over you until you become so frustrated you either give up or walk away. The construction manager had no clue what was going on in our house. The paint was horrible inside and out, the grout had holes, the cabinets were rubbing and needed adjustment. The front door was crooked and the paint job was horrible. The garage door had no handle. All of our neighbors had similar issues. These are peoples homes...take pride in your work.

The Poor quality of workmanship in final walk through.

The Sales team was excellent throughout the process and even after we closed on our home. The quality of the build as well as the communication from the project manager left a lot to be desired. The change in timeline was not communicated and we are still waiting for items to be completed. We still have blue tape on items that were not repaired from the initial walkthrough.

If at all possible do not closing at end of fiscal year. Things were too rushed and done so poorly. Would consider not using Lennar again if we had other options.

I was so excited about purchasing a home with Lennar but unfortunately my excitement was short lived once I signed my settlement and received the keys to my new townhouse. Immediately I noticed the poor craftsmanship of my new build it was like the builder rushed putting the house together. There were noticeable errors and issues throughout my home that I’m still working with customer care to fix (which is a nightmare within itself). It’s been 2 months since I’ve closed on my house and there’s still a long outstanding list of items that still need to be complete. The only one who responds is the customer service Mgr who has to work with construction Mgr and their contractors who do poor quality work if they show up at all. This has been a nightmare and I’m embarrassed to show my new home to anyone. I can’t enjoy it or do anything to it until certain items remaining are done. Instead of being happy with buying my first home I’m disgusted each day that I look at things not fixed/done.

they make what they call and exceptions list. this to be fixed right away 1/2 the items are not on the list. non-responsive to fix anything. the worst builder we have felt with and had 6/7 new homes built . our building supervisor is terrible and non truthful. 0n a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best lerrar is a 2

They rushed me into the house when it was time to close, it wasn't even finished, then there was a leak in the plumbing and they still haven't finished fixing all the damage.

Very poor service after sale. Do not recommend this builder. You will not be a priority after you close. Warranty repairs have poor workmanship and take longer to fix than it takes to build the house.
