The house was rushed to finish for closing so it was closed for end of quarter. Sloppy job on finishing touches. Still waiting for damaged kitchen cabinets to be replaced. No one will schedule the installation. Pool was not ready at closing.

Our experience continues to be exhausting and frustrating. We had a 9 page punch list on the first walk through which was not addressed by the closing date. Being in the house for almost two months we are still waiting to get things corrected that should have never been issues if the builder used common sense. The issue costing us, is our AC is not working properly through out the house costing us high electrical bills. Light switches did not work, had to paint the entire house inside and out, seals on all windows had to be replaced, still waiting on hardware for the hurricane shutters. ...

I recently purchased a home, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the workmanship. There are several noticeable flaws throughout the property that were overlooked during construction. The finishing touches seem rushed, and the overall quality falls short of what I expected for the price I paid. I've encountered problems with electrical outlets, and even some structural concerns. It's frustrating to deal with these issues so soon after moving in. I hope the builders can address these problems promptly, as it's been a rather unpleasant start to my homeownership journey."

As a first time homebuyer I was excited for the process and now I’m upset and disappointed with the whole thing and wish I didn’t buy the house now since moving in the home I have had 5 issues, and the biggest problem was a leak leak and garbage disposal leaking watering all under the sink and let not talk about the voucher they provide that you can’t even use,, The dishonesty and the communication here sucks

Lennar was in a hurry to close the home. Because of this there are many items that didn't get taken care of on the final punch list. i.e. painting, paint on carpet etc.

After I moved in took long for grass to be put on the yard and had to many issues on the walls you could see screws and pilling house started shifting just stuff that should not happen on a new home that cost and paid a lot of money

Bought a few homes before and have never experience such poor workmanship and quality of products used. No quality control such sloppiness in painting and concrete work. No one wants to take accountability for the poor workmanship. I needs some items fixed but do not trust that the issues would look or be fixed any better than they do now.

Nice layouts- poor workmanship

The salespeople were nice, and the lending department was great. But when you buy a brand new house, you expect things to be like new with no issues. We've had issue after issue with this home - from floor to ceiling, exterior & interior. The "warranty" office lies to you, takes forever to get anything done, and does not follow up. We loved the layout & the neighborhood seemed nice- but the work quality is not good.

The purchasing experience of my townhouse was fine. The quality of my townhouse is not good. Very sketchy. I have submitted SO many tickets for service to correct issues that it’s becoming a weekly habit and a part time job. This is not what I signed up for. There were a lot of issues I brought up during the 1st day of walkthrough. The construction manager wasn't professional in responding to my follow-up calls/messages. For example, my refrigerator was so tilted, and when I called him to have it fixed, his response was "it's just the way it is". He only fixed it when I told him that I wasn't going to close the house and that I would inform the Lennar salesperson about his work ethics. I just bought my first home in 2023 and after a lot of work combing through the market, I finally came across homes quickly selling in an ideal area! I had heard good reviews for Lennar and decided to give it a chance. Immediately in the walk thru I noticed quite a few things that needed to be fixed. I could not be more discusted with the entire process. NEVER use Lennar Mortgage, they only complicated the lending process and make it harder. From the moment I signed and gave my deposit for my home I felt that it was one of the last lines of communication with Lennar without pulling teeth. The overall purchase experience from reserving to closing could have been better. We find different folks from sales support to loan, there always been some errors or omissions. After closing, we did a walkthrough the home, and we immediately find out when we standing in the kitchen, the floor bounces when the garage fire door closes. Quality issues with almost everything. No transparency from the construction manager and overall no good communication. Lennar’s standard is much lower than it should be and even though the work is done it is not quality. Anywhere they can they are trying to cut corners to save money and try and just do “good enough” work. Even though their work is clearly sub-par. Yes our house is completed and yes we are happy in our home but Lennar’s quality control is lacking, their honesty and transparency is sub-par at best.

This was our 4th new house and the worst one. Caked on mud on the light colored carpet. Microwave came with someones else’s cooked on cheese. Just gross! Air conditioner had no breaker hooked up. Garbage everywhere. Not what we expected from a new home.

We moved forward with purchase, despite reading some of the previous reviews and homeowner issues. We submitted 6 warranty claims within 1 month of living in the home, which was not the issue as I anticipated "some" minor issues, however they were all a result of poor craftsman ship, what appears to be a rush to complete/ close and move on, and lack of attention to detail.
