Number of work orders have been submitted and issues with the house are still continuing. Customer service has not been helpful at all. Can you address these issues as soon as possible

Over all everyone did a good job getting the house finished solid home so far .

Lennar is the best hands down.

Very disappointing to see Poor workmanship, lack of trust and bad post purchase customer service. Would not recommend Lennar based on my experience.

Someone forgot to schedule our closing, we had to scramble to get it it done on November 23, 2022. When we arrived at the house later in the day, the garage and front door we’re wide open. Don’t move into your house until the to do items list has been cleared. And don’t move in if the house is filthy, at this point we had no choice. We are still struggling to get the list finished. We are also struggling with a vendor whose representative decided not to process our warranty claim on a critical appliance, offshore call center handled call, obviously misunderstood what was being said to him. ... Brady was the leader of the building team and he took care of almost everything for the house. He responded to every issue and corrected them all ASAP. Although it’s a lot of issues occurred but I’m glad Brady was there to help. Thank you Brady.

The builder is good and I recommend this builder to anyone who wants to have the kind of comfort I am enjoying now.

Sales experience was the worst. 4 closing dates scheduled in November and finally was shoved into November 30th. The dishwasher was not installed when I closed and took my keys. ealk through was cancelled 30 minutes before it was scheduled. I didn't show then I got a call from the sales person who calld me a liar that the appointment wasn't cancelled, even though I sent a screen shot of the email cancelling it. Didn't expect to get yelled at though from the sales person to get on the reschduled appointment. I just would like to vent my frustration but no one at Lennar cares. I wrote a Yelp review and was thinking about reaching out to NBC or Fox consumer complaints to see if they care to hear about my experience. ... More

I was highly impressed with the team and professionalism of all parties. They made the buying process less stressful for me.

Nobody from Lennar at closing. Was explained next to nothing throughout the entire process. Feel like only reason some things were fixed was because we brought it up before house was finished. Closed even though not finished. Many things still need fixing. Communication sucks. Period.

The craftsmanship and home is very nice price is fair for the area too. However, they should of finish building rest of the neighborhood prior to selling the home. They didn’t put an active mailbox with USPS which took weeks to resolve and the USPS has difficulty delivering due to rest of the construction/homes Lennar building in the neighborhood

It is snnoying that they do not give you any choice in the design.

The process to buy the home was fairly quick. The underwriter required alot ofbdocuments to secure the loan but overall it was great. There have been a few issues that came up with the home but it is all covered through wareanty. They have been very responsive and helpful in making sure all the needs of the house are met.

We are finally home! We love it here and the experience was very smooth. Quick response on all fronts. I would recommend highly.

We have had numerous problems and a terrible response to getting issues fixed. 1. Our AC went out the first week due to poor electrical work 2. Our fence is flapping in the wind 3. Our grass was never rolled out and patches are missing 4. Metal debris all in the yard 5. Gutters were not installed and the rain washed away some of our landscaping that has yet to be fixed

Lennar made my dream come true during these crazy house market. After losing several offers to preowned houses, Lennar made it happen with a new built. Took the stress away and made it easy thru the Lennar Home Buying process. Very grateful for Lennar team.

I was forced to close the house on 11/30/21 just so that Lennar can report the sales before year-end closing. Closing was originally scheduled for online and later changed to notary. Signing was done at 11pm EST on 11/30 which was completely unreasonable. Sales/title company were unresponsive; lack of proper planning/communication (as everyone was overwork). The whole street is not even available on google map. All the houses around me are still under going construction. Rajmani is the only one that's responsive and be able to provide great service.

How long does it take for cosmetic repairs? I was off from work 5 days for closing and I spent another 5 days after Christmas waiting for technicians to complete the scheduled job request. I communicated with Lennar staff voicing my concerns and was advised I need to schedule another request Monday through Friday? Would I recommend Lennar- absolutely not. I put down 20% and this is what I get! No not happy at all.

The structure and the way lenner builds their home is very fascinating
