I would like to have gotten the same quality of workmanship that was in the model home. I'm sorry to say that didn't happen and even though they made many many promises to make things right, I know that it won't happen. They only make money by building new homes, not by fixing their mistakes. It makes me sad to know that the quality is not getting any better and they really don't care.

It would go a long way if the process after closing was better explained, not clear at all. Punch list is a joke, because it isn’t done prior to close and then you have to chase to get them done. Love the floor plan and the neighborhood, Lennar not so much! Very disappointing process all the way around.

Terrible overall experience. The homes are quickly built we zero attention to detail. I’ve been there for close to two months and we’re still trying to finish repairs from initial walk through.

Let's start with the workmanship and materials: zero stars. Lennar's work screams sloppy, rushed, and lacks attention to basic details. There were several parts of our home that were left half painted or unpainted. Places that we didn't notice during the final walk through because we had to hurry and get to the closing office. There were cracks around our door locks in which they tried to just paint over it instead of replacing the door. The electrical outlets and AC vents are all installed crooked. The AC in the upstairs rooms were not working. The caulking looked like a 2-year old did it. ...

Lennar was a great builder back in the day. The process was lengthy but that was expected. The wall paint is awful. The trim needs work and no one fixed the issues, which is unacceptable. No one will fix the issue since me and my wife signed the dotted line. Lennar knew of the issues. Tiles are not correct, the floor squeaks and they say it was done correctly. The rug isn't professional. My feet sink in the carpet to where I feel the hard floor. The lights on the ceiling fell and this is a new build, nothing should be giving me issues. Poor, hurry up and make it look pretty so it sells fast. Some of the electrical equipment ( namely the circuit breakers ) are of poor quality. Minimum amount of plug outlets in the garage and basement. What is the delay in getting the front landscaping?

I paid $20,000.00 More then some of my neighbors for a premier lot . I cannot get out my screened in back door because of the extreme pitch . This lot is unusable as is. I cannot traverse this landscape at all .My 4 year old grandson opened the screened in backdoor and fell out rolling down the pitch and hitting his head on the Irion drain ! I ve spoken to several people from Lennar . All have not much to say expect this is the worst lot in here that they have seen to date and nothing has been done ,no one has a business card to give me no one from Lennar will give me there contact ...

This home was not built for me. I ended up buying this house but shared the issues with the home. The simplest issues where fixed partially. They caulked and painted the split door frame. When they painted they closed the doors so when I opened them the paint came off the doors. The cleaning crew was horrible. There are paint specs all over the quartz. The bathrooms and shelves are covered with paint and saw dust. The joint compound for the drywall on my ceiling has bubbled up. These are the things they need to fix and haven’t. Jennifer was the best with keeping us updated and answering our questions about our home from start to finish. The warranty team however is a different story. Trustworthiness, lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help with issues needing fixing on the first and final walk-through was very telling. The biggest issue was the damaged smaller condenser unit installed. We brought it to the attention of Rich in warranty. He just blew us off about it. Megan is the best she processed my loan other than her my experience the 2nd home purchase with Lennar was horrible he closing walk thru along with the new home orientation things were requested to be fixed and here we are o we a mother in our home and things are just being attempted to be fixed I would never buy form lennar again and hey forced a $10k on me for granite only in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances with I had no option on never again!

Very rushed closing with hundreds of punch list items, some not fixed yet. Warranty service which is supposed to start at 30 Days is just now contacting us at 60 days. Sales and Finance teams delivered, and Construction team helpful, but corporate control of the process and follow up is non-existant.

The quality of the home got worse (we bought another home from Lennar 4 years ago), as well as the service. We have placed multiple orders to fix different things in the house and you get redirected to garage door company, door company, trash can door company, AC company etc. Nothing gets fixed in the first attempt ,it seems that Lennar thinks you have to be stay home homeowner to fix all the flaws.

Forced into closing before house was completed or move in ready, over 1 month in and still having basic items needing completed or fixed. Poor craftsmanship on several items. Floor not level, sinks not mounted to wall, held up with only caulk, cabinets and drawers not completed, exterior and interior paint not completed or patchy, terrible cement sealing in garage. The entire experience has been poor. Issues do not get addressed and even when they are they are only half addressed. There are issues we have had since our one and only walk through before closing that still have not been addressed. We were also promised multiple walk throughs, throughout the process and did not receive them.

Overall we felt that we are cheated on the quality of the workmanship and the material. They are rushing with the construction process and hence compromising on the quality. During construction hard to get updates and clarification on any concerns we had. They even close the house before fully ready. The warranty process is awfully bad...The list will go on and on...
