After sales service is very poor, they do not respond to service requests. I have an open ticket from since December 2021 and no one has attempted to resolve it. Once they have your money, good luck to you, if you have warranty issues,

It’s been 2 months since I’ve closed on my house and there’s still a long outstanding list of items that still need to be complete. The only one who responds is the customer service Mgr who has to work with construction Mgr and their contractors who do poor quality work if they show up at all. This has been a nightmare and I’m embarrassed to show my new home to anyone. I can’t enjoy it or do anything to it until certain items remaining are done. Instead of being happy with buying my first home I’m disgusted each day that I look at things not fixed/done.

they make what they call and exceptions list. this to be fixed right away 1/2 the items are not on the list. non-responsive to fix anything. the worst builder we have felt with and had 6/7 new homes built . our building supervisor is terrible and non truthful. 0n a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best lerrar is a 2

They rushed me into the house when it was time to close, it wasn't even finished, then there was a leak in the plumbing and they still haven't finished fixing all the damage.

Very poor service after sale. Do not recommend this builder. You will not be a priority after you close. Warranty repairs have poor workmanship and take longer to fix than it takes to build the house.

Where to begin? When we started the process everything was on point and the communication with the seller was awesome. After we signed the contract in February they promised us the completion date was going to be between July and August. It wasn't until November that we finally got our home. The seller didn't even answer on time; sometimes I was ignored for days. Not even Lennar customer service was able to help me get the answers I wanted. As soon as I moved in, a huge leak occurred in the master bedroom shower that caused a lot of damage and the response from Lennar customer service was horrific! The workmanship is terrible it looks like they just cut as many corners as they could. The paint job is horrible, it looks like they did one coat of paint and didn’t do it well you can see white spots everywhere. All of the toilet paper holders and towel holders are loose it looks like they drilled holes bigger than the anchors and just left it like that! There are a lot of small problems. When I found the microwave vent was not even connected it made me wonder what other problems are here that I can’t see. There also was a water leak that took 6 weeks to repair even though it was reported immediately. Who ever installed some PVC pipe didn’t glue it correctly. We were told the water on the floor was from a pressure washer. The leak went uncorrected for 6 weeks causing mold under some carpet so it all had to be removed by a restoration company. Do not close on the home until all issues are resolved! Also be aware about the patch jobs they do on driveways as they offer no warranty. We have issues with our driveway that where pointed out prior to closing on both inspections and Lennar now wants to try the same failed patch job again. The builder claims it is up to industry standard, but I have never seen a piece of foam siding imbedded in the concrete be considered industry standard. This is just one of 75 issues identified on the final inspection- the little things they will resolve fast, but the larger issues have large hurdles ...

Don't buy New Builds from Lennar. The homes are not worth the price because the quality is not there. The materials that are used are low end and cheap especially in the interior of the home. The companies they hire to complete the inside of the homes have no repect for quality of workmanship. My house is terrible and I regret buying it!

We closed on the house 2 months ago. We couldn't live in the house for most of the first month because AT&T, who is the only supplier of internet and TV for the subdivision, did not have service to our location. The builder should have known that. Also, we still have outstanding items from the pre-closing punch list that are not resolved. The Home Care people contact us every couple of weeks to say that they are having a meeting to make a plan to solve our issues, but we are still waiting for them to fix cabinets and install the correct garage door. I like the neighborhood, the area, and customer service for Lenar was alright. The quality of the home is below par. There are warped walls, our heater didn't work for the first 2 months, and contractors seemed upset when they had to come fix something.

Yeah…. Big let down. Stove so cheap you can feel heat outside of oven when on. Cheap oven controls. Tankless hot water may save electricity but waste tons of water daily waiting on hot water. Fan in laundry room continues to run 24/7. Even after switch changed out. Parking on both sides of streets makes where only one car can barely go down a street. Neighbor ghetto up by this.
