It’s unfortunate I sold my home prior to closing with Lennar - otherwise I would have never bought and built with Lennar. If you’re interested in spending your money that follows absolutely none of their core values - be my guest. If your are interested in sub-par quality and a horrible customer service this is the builder for you.

I closed escrow in July 2021. I expected quality for the price of the house and for having Lennar as the builder. But staying in the house for few months now brought me a lot of disappointments. The granite in our kitchen countertop absorbs water and now stained with oil after it was claimed to be sealed by Brandon from quality control dept., and even after I sealed it before use. I spoke to Brandon about the issue, and I was told that it will be adressed, but I have not heard anything yet until now. I was originally told my closing would be June 8th when I put a contract on the house. Almost every other week my closing kept being put out. There would actually be weeks gone buy that no construction work was done on my house. I finally closed on July 23rd. This was an extreme inconvenience because I had sold my house and had to stay in a motel. I have numerous text messages in my phone to verify the above information. Also the landscaping is terrible. I had a great experience with our Lennar realtor but unfortunately did not have a good experience with the loan officer we used by Lennar. We do love our house and understand things happen while building BUT Lennar should do a better job with communicating. We have been contacting them for months to have our block wall fixed (which is detached from the wall and is becoming a hazard) and we’re promised the company would call…months later nothing still. Since moving into my second Lennar home, I have lost all confidence in your workmanship and follow-up to building deficiencies. It took about six weeks to finally get a dishwasher that worked after being given a model that was no longer even sold by GE and they couldn’t find a replacement part; I’ve had multiple doors actually falling off because the screws used are too small (I’m afraid to let my 8 year old near them in fear of them falling on her head!) and these are still unrepaired (4 months and still waiting). When I first toured the townhomes I was very impressed. My mom has a Lennar home in Reno and it was a very well built home. One of the first things I was told when I started asking questions was that I would be able to put AC in my townhome once I took possession of it. Well that is not the case. The Lennar board of directors said no middle units only end units can get it and now the current board is saying no to middle units as well. It’s only been a few months and every day I find something else that was done wrong. The paint job looks like it was done by a blind person or someone who didn’t care. The bench in the primary bathroom is unusable and a host of other issues. I could not in good faith recommend a builder who would release a $400k+ home as if it was an auction as is house. Shame on Lennar!!!

Sales and Title was great but the build was not and turnover of the home was horrible.. Had I not personally been involved and physically called vendors over to my house I would not have closed on my Closing Date. The quality of the work and materials are subpar at best. The walls aren't flat making it difficult to hang pictures and some areas have large visible bulges most noticeable where there is plumbing. HVAC system was installed as if someone fired it out of a cannon, particularly where the glue was used to seal around insulation and duct work. Baseboard is wavy and concaves over large areas. Nothing gets resolved in a timely manner or at a time that's convenient in terms of warranty work. Overall very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the quality Of service. Everyone at Lennar is quick to tell you we will help but is far from assisting. It’s sort of a joke for the money spent. My family has numerous unresolved issues and the company is complete disappointment.
