Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

It was a great overall experience!

First of all, we we were on a waiting list for our home. Then, out of the blue, we had to endure a lengthy wait with stressful bidding...raising the price over 100k than original list price! Upon moving in, we found the the quality of trade workmanship sorely lacking. There were way too many issues on the punchlist and afterwards for any of the Lennar staff to reasonably complete in the 60 day period. We still have many issues to resolve...and a tilted ceiling that cannot be reasonably addressed. Love the place...just wish we had a much better experience. Great experience with Matt and JR

My purchase process was straightforward. The sales team solved my concerns fast. The move-in process was fast and easy.

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. It is an overall good value

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.

In our past experiences, when we bought a house, upon receipt of the keys, that was it - you're on your own. But now, even almost three months after closing, Lennar is still responsive to questions and needs. That's not something I've seen before.

Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!

Quality is questionable.They are charging huge money for average or less than average quality. The appraisal of the home is another big issue.If you are unlucky you are ending up paying 50k more for exactly same house booked on exact same day!!All in all no transparency!

Great experience. Very responsive and attentive to questions and needs for any fixes. Great team. Very thorough and provided plenty of information. Overall, great experience.

After signing contact office employee not as friendly as I think they should be. Builder very helpful. Employees working with closing all very professional and helpful.

Lennar's administration section makes home buying easy. The Lennar staff as a whole are extremely knowledgably, professional and always have the home buyers best interest in mind.

From start to finish amazing customer service. From scheduling walk throughs or answering any questions I had. I really appreciated the “One Stop Shop” experience, having everything in house kept everything easy.

I absolutely love my home. As the house settle I am starting to see a lot of things that needs to be repaired. When I put a request in for service the customer rep responds in an appropriate time frame but the contractor takes for ever to come out and fix the issue. I have been in my home now for about 45 days and it is a little frustrating to have to constantly reach out to customer service to send someone in to correct the issue. I paid to much money not to have quality workmanship.

The house is made of very cheap materials. The dishwasher is plastic, the island makes a hallow noise when anything touches it. The sheet rock in the garage is not finished. The windows leak. It is always cold down stairs and hot up stairs.

Horrible service and worst process I’ve ever been through while buying a home

Great response to the issues and lennar made the whole process easy and simple. Thank you
