My only concern is we are not receiving the garage door that we were promised when we sign the contract. The temporary door is unacceptable and not in good condition. They decided that we won’t be getting a new garage door- that will try to fix the existing dings and problem with the temporary door- this issue has made homeowners very unhappy including me. Hope they’ll revisit this problem and fix it so all the homeowners will have better respect for Lennar.

Customer care is good, they solve the issues but not as fast as it must be, the workmanship is terrible and the materials are scarce.

Good quality service from start to finish

Everything great about the buying experience. The only thing that I do not like about the homes or the appliances. It was no option to upgrade and the appliances are very very bad. It also would’ve been nice to be able to check options within the home that we could not do. Everything is already picked .

Be careful of the quality and workmanship.

We love everything about our home and the people who made it all happen. But when it came to issues we found and needed fixing it either went unanswered or took a VERY long time to get responses unless I kept pushing. Still haven’t heard anything about our grass when we first moved it.. it was leaking from the neighbors side into ours and our grass never took before winter so when it comes time our grass will look horrible.. sent numerous messages and never got answers..

These has been a nightmare for me. The apartment was not ready at the time of close but under threat of losing money they forced me to close. 60 days after not a single Lennar employee has come to fix the 26 issue that I have in the apartment. Do not trust Lennar Sales team or you will pay the consequences.

The houses were sloppily put together to meet a deadline. It shouldn’t be the owners job to make sure that the construction services and trades did their job right. There should be more quality control and checking of peoples work. Finding issues every day the longer we live here

Mark was great in sales

Starts with sales and the construction Foreman with the walk through team all have followed through to insure our new house was built well and addressed corrected any issues . Very responsive and followed up on repairs with our warranty. They've made it simple and convenient. We are impressed.

We had a great experience with this builder everyone was kind and helpful from the beginning to the closing and still wonderful with follows ups and checking in on us

Although we appreciate that Lennar pushed to meet our established closing date, it was at the expense of the quality and completion of certain items. We are now 4-5 months post closing and still have items unfinished. Our construction manager essentially abandoned us and it's been extremely difficult getting things fixed via the warranty group. We love the house but this did not go the way it should have.

My overall experience was good. I do not want to fault them for the craft folks they hire and workmanship that they do. There were items along the way that concerned me, but overall most were taken care of. I have yet to receive my exterior house colors for touch up . I have emailed my salesperson and he keeps sending me the same document of the items included in the house, BUT I want to know the NAMES of the colors used for the exterior. Anyway, for the price at the time it was a good value.

Lennar’s team was responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. The equipment set up for the Ring, Wi-Fi extenders, and flow system was straight forward and easy to set up. We love our home so far and appreciate the ongoing check ins from Vivian.

The materials are very nice but some of them are not of good quality. There was a lot of essential info missing from the orientation. For example, they never told us about the filter, how it needs to be replaced, How to operate the thermostats. etc.....

My Lennar realtors Gina and Cathy where amazing to work with. They really help me through the whole process and contacted me in a timely manner any time I had questions or concerns. Tara my Lennar lender was also great and very helpful. the over all home is wonderful and I am very happy, my biggest disappointment is the paint quality I was told it was going to be Satin but its egg shell an nothing wipes off the walls. its very frustrating building a new home and already need to paint so it will hold up longer over the years and be easier to maintain. The building was fast and everything was smooth. Customer service afterward were excellent.

I think overall the workmanship is good quality and the walls are not so thin where you can hear everything which is great; however the most disappointing is the one car garage entry; I can barely get my car out; I have to be careful to hit the walls every time I leave and enter and it isn’t even a big vehicle. The builder should have considered and tested the garage entry and common sense would tell you to expand it a little. Also, the appliances such as the dishwasher and the oven are not the best to use, I would think we are in a new century and they would at least install better dishwashers, not the same ones from the 1990’s, also, the standard oven installed has a broiler at the very bottom of the oven separately…it’s so low it is like broiling things on the floor, that is horrible and such a hassle. ... My fiancé and I are so pleased with our decision to purchase a Lennar new build. The folks we've worked with have all been outstanding. They really do place an urgency on any request or issues that we bring to their attention and they always make sure we are satisfied every step of the way. The communication level has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lennar for affordable yet high quality homes.

Homes are nicely designed, making good use of the little space. But home is not still complete with issues waiting to be fixed after 3 months.

Lennar is the best choice for first home buyer like me. They are so organized to serve their customer and all team members are focusing on. It was really good experience with them.

The sales representative was fabulous. My understanding is most new homes are built with standard carpeting and paint. I would have liked to have been able to upgrade or pick my own features.

If at all possible do not closing at end of fiscal year. Things were too rushed and done so poorly. Would consider not using Lennar again if we had other options.

No issues with the house. Other then maybe quality of appliances but every single person involved in trying to sell us this house was just a disaster. Not with the headaches
