I'm a first-time home buyer and overall I had a good experience. Communication was not always the greatest, and doing everything online was nerve racking at times. I appreciated the walkthrough experience and felt that the building team truly wanted what was best for our family.

When fixing issues on a home you should send in licensed professionals and not young individuals to patch and repair a brand new home. Because the issues just continue afterwards. This has been my experience for months now in my new home.

I was disappointed, during walk through, when items were brought to attention, brushed off as standard. Quality of workmanship is lacking, such as attention to detail. I look up at my patio cover, can see visible beam indentation. Front Landscape, poor, some plants are idle no growth, there are some blocks have nice 6 foot trees & nice scrubs , I got 2 foot twig along with 3 other neighbors of mine, requested for tree to be replaced during walk through, was told go through ***** and replace it myself. Not fair others got $100- $150 tree & I got $35 twig,, yeah I priced it at Lowes. Sky series, no name display, dont want to be singled out . ... More

Great sales experience as my sales rep was quickly to follow-up with all questions during the presale, sales, and post sales process. However, loan underwriting was not able to come through when I had assurances given my situation from Lennar Mortgage that ended up with me having to pay a appraisal fee. The workmanship lacks attention to detail. Building material quality is the minimal builder quality.

Just like any home buying process it had it's ups and downs. Purchasing the home had some snags due to miscommunication or simply a lack of communication. Overall the experience was pleasant.

Buying experience was not pleasant as salesman acted like he was non caring. Workmanship is for most part good but issues have taken time to resolve.

Clubhouse is too small for everyone to fit for the events and we're only halfway on sold lots. No dog park as advertised. No billiards because Lennar is using the clubhouse for sales. No swimming after dusk because pool lighting does not meet local code. Super basic house - didn't even provide ***** holder or towel racks

Our experience up until we started working with the financing team was wonderful. Our mortgage officer, Jeff, was not good to work with and created a very stressful experience as he provided incorrect information that led us to pull unnecessary funds from our investments.

I just feel that things have not been followed through with. I've been delayed at putting up a fence because of Lennar not following through.

This company is horrible at negotiating, we were offering like 3k less than the actual price and were told that because they were "already discounted" they couldn't do anything for us, agent on duty wouldn't even send the offer saying she was sure they wouldn't take it, another house we like same as the one we end up buying was available and they ***** saying that was sold just because the one we bought had a worse lot and had been sitting for longer than the other one, would not buy with them again!

Sales person was great, as was the jobsite foreman. Any time I had to deal with the 'home buyer conceirge' it was nothing but attitude, trouble, and inflexiblity. Someone needs to remind him of what customer service is and that his ***** was to attend to our needs, not be a jerk. This overshadowed everything nice I had to say about the builder.

I do believe the staff at Lennar are trying their hardest.

Well, overall not going to purchase another Lennar home. Quality issues overall are horrible. They sublet things to the cheapest vendor they can find and it shows. From plumbing issues due to laziness of pouring construction materials down the toilet drains, to the painters touch up jobs being horrible. You can tell the paint is watered down when the retouches happen and the shades are totally off. Our paint vendor wanted to argue with us and tell us pretty much we didn't know what we were/are doing. The sales guy was great, he came through clutch and stood by everything he mentioned. The realty team was abysmal, the builder representative was cavalier and uncaring, the master builder was good, the only realtor worth anything was my outside agent and *****. Absolutely godawful experience all the way down to the mobile notary liaison. She was late to one meeting by an hour and a half and the other she was too early to my work. Lennar completely ruined our first homebuying experience.

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding pricing, incentives, transparency, and the way our concerns have been handled after the purchase. We feel deeply ***** and unfairly disadvantaged by the way the pricing, incentives, and buyer-agent commission information was presented to us during our purchase. We purchased our home in the Garibaldi community based on the information and incentives presented to us at the time. During the purchase process, we were told there was no buyer-agent commission concept or benefit in the community. We were also told that the community was firm on pricing and that there was very limited flexibility in the home price. However, within just a couple of weeks and a short period of months after our purchase, we saw significant differences in pricing and incentives offered to other buyers. What is particularly concerning is that some of these were comparable homes with the same floor plan, same square footage, and comparable facing/orientation, yet the overall pricing and incentives were substantially different. We also learned that other buyers received buyer-agent commissions along with additional incentives, while those benefits were not available or communicated to us in the same way. In addition, the 1.5% financing incentive was not offered to us. The timing and magnitude of these differences are extremely concerning. These were not differences that occurred years later due to normal changes in market conditions. They occurred within weeks and a short period of months of our purchase. Based on our comparison of the purchase prices, incentives, buyer-agent commission differences, and financing terms, we believe the overall financial disadvantage to our family is close to $100,000. What has been even more disappointing is the lack of meaningful support after we raised these concerns. We have made multiple attempts to have the situation reviewed and resolved directly with Lennar. Our concerns were eventually forwarded to upper management, but we have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the overall experience, particularly the lack of transparency and consistency in pricing and incentives, as well as the lack of meaningful customer support after the purchase. Good

Took us a while to decide on our next home and we kept returning to Lennar. The workmanship of the home and the knowledgeable salespeople made our decision easier. Very pleased with our home and our experience.

Overall was a good experience with a little frustration here and there. With more clear communication and instructions should resolve some of the frustrations.

Gas furnace but electric hot water heater? Give the buyer an option. You furnished landscaping it should at least be alive and not the worst things you can find because there cheap.

The quality of the home is outstanding, family and friends compliments how beautiful our home is.

The agent was and still is amazing. Appliances are good, fixtures are builder grade. Floors are nice and carpet is average. I love my condo though. Happy to own again with low maintenance

There are many "small" things I've noticed were rushed or perhaps not done correctly- however when I have reached out for assistance or support the support has been highly responsive and they've corrected what was needed. Good experience.
