Overall, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful explaining the home buying process and what to expect with your home. Some minor things Lennar could improve - there's no customize option as other builders offer. Lennar makes it convenient offering home insurance, home mortgage making the experience more streamline because its all handled by Lennar. After moving in, there were some minor dings, but Lennar did fix it in a timely manner.

They will take a long time to replace items on the list when you closed. No ETA on when it will get done. Move in since the end of Nov 2021 and had issue with refrigerator which is still not working since day one. They will not replace and will tell you to deal directly with the manufacture (Frigidaire) Please don’t buy anything with Frigidaire they’re horrible to deal with, and will not replace anything even though it’s brand new. I would not recommend buying with Lennar. No follow up to resolve the issue and the details are so so…

Great home with smart devices installed (ring security, sprinklers, smart garage delivery, smart water leak detector, smart door lock). Smooth and worry free closing process mostly done online. I even closed online and was not disappointed. My only issue is that there are still few fixtures missing from the home (e.g. vents ) and a few items that were finished in a hurry because they must have run out of time before closing. These are being addressed. Overall, I am excited and happy with the home.

Expect a lot of delays and a long punch list of things that need to be done prior to closing and even after.

In some areas the workmen hurried too much and had to be redone. Generally, the home is well planned and attractive and salesman and supervisors very caring and responsive.

Big company however some individuals are not representing its mission statement

You not only get a great home for the price per square foot, but it includes all of the features most homebuilders charge large amounts of extra dollars.

As a first time home buyer, I had read a few concerning issues other buyers had with the different builders (nothing on Lennar). I was assured by Lennar they do not work like the other builders that have been associated with those horror stories. I can say Lennar was transparent and upfront the whole way. I'm definitely happy with choice of going with Lennar and do not have any buyers remorse.

Professional and great customer service.

My husband and I started building our new home in NC from all the way across the country in AZ. The process was simple and we were sent progress pictures every couple of weeks from the building manager. Now after being in our home for 2 months, we could not be more happy with our decision to build with Lennar. Our home is absolutely gorgeous and built beautifully. The Lennar team has also remained available to answer any questions that have come up within the past couple of months which has been a great perk! 10/10 in our book!

My home was built using lock luster effort. Everything from the materials and attention to detail is lack luster. My home is falling apart with so many defects that I have marked. I have purchased from every major builder before and Lennar doesn’t even earn a spot at the table in my opinion…

This is not our first new home purchase, but this was by far the worst. There is not enough room here to describe everything and I do not have all night, but I'll start by saying that we were rushed to "close" the purchase on November the 29th last year and it is today, almost 2 months later to the day that we received the key to our home after multiple attends and visits to their office from our realtor. We still do not have any documents what so ever that show that we purchased a home. To this day there is still work to be done in our new home as everything was rushed, but nothing done properly: scratches, dents, paint damage, wall damage, floor damage, water does not get to the irrigation system up front ....and so on. Consider a different company for a new home....... Terrible service, and no one gets back to you from the Lennar Title. No one....in 2 months.... ... More

The sales staff was very attentive and respectful.

Our best experience came with the team who met us at the home; the Construction Manager “C” who should in my opinion play a much bigger part with Lennar. The young man who did the walk through was fantastic and made us feel comfortable. Anna was very warm in person and helpful. We have NO love for your Loan Department at all. The lie “$11,000 towards your closing cost” shouldn’t be used anymore. Though there was a bright spot with “J” the rest of everyone else was unprofessional and extremely pushy. I have been very vocal in discouraging anyone from financing with Lennar. There also is a person who needs remedial sales and customer service training in your “Home Protection Mortgage Insurance”. He was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We do love the home, however there things that could be done to improve it. Our overall experience and totality of it all is a C plus. ... More

As first time home-buyers, my husband and I were understandably nervous and at times a bit overbearing throughout the build and buying process. Every employee from the sales office to the loan officers to the closing crew were very friendly and patient in answering every one of our questions. I felt comfortable as the process went on and appreciated how personable every one was. Highly recommend Lennar!

We were first-time home buyers and the overall process was super seamless. We were surprised by how smooth everything went from beginning to end. Definitely made our experience enjoyable and stress free.

To start off, our new home consultant was great. Once it came time to do the walk, that's where things started to go down hill. First off, walls were crooked. They stated that they have a certain tolerance, but the walls were way beyond that. They did fix the issue which delayed closing. Once you close on the home, you may as well not exist. A new home comes with a 1 year end to end warranty. I am currently in a fight with them to honor this. They have finally agreed to cover some things while still giving me problems on others. They do not seem to care if you are having issues because right now they are selling homes left and right. In order for them to consider your issue, you have to keep pestering them until it is done. Just today, I had a warranty appointment for grout repair and they were a no show. I understand the current environment and staffing issues with the pandemic, but at least let me know you aren't going to make it because I had to arrange to be home for this. In the end, it's no different than buying a car. They are all about customer service until they have your money. ... More

Too bad you folks are so busy trying to close sales, because it does take away from buyer attention & needs. It must be nice to pre -sell your entire inventory. It shows that You are building homes of good value!

From the first time we met Melissa to discuss purchasing our new home and right up until today (45 days after closing), Lennar has given us the best customer service and care we have ever had in a community build. We have built 4 other homes this way in the past and we are DELIGHTED with our new Lennar Home! Daniel and Chris have been responding to us within 24 hours on every request we have. We couldn't be happier anywhere else!
